I just moved here so I didn’t find him off of a referral. So going into a new dentist can be scary not knowing what you’re going to get. But I throughly enjoyed my visit. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and why. Moving around a lot and have to just pick random dentists, I will say I picked really well this time around!

I transferred dentists for insurance reasons, and Lisa went out of her way to make sure my records got transferred so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for x-rays. The office is bright and airy and clean. Dr. Mashed has some super fancy upgraded equipment that made my cleaning super thorough.I’ll be transferring my son here for his next cleaning.

I came to Dr. Mashod after having a botched/incomplete dental procedure from another dentist. Dr. Mashod completely fixed my tooth before my wedding. I was so impressed with the level of care that went into each visit. Dr. Mashod was very kind, calming, compassionate, and careful throughout the entire process. I was in zero discomfort or pain while getting my tooth shaped and crowned.His office is clean and inviting. His staff are super friendly and kind. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work. I can now enjoy my wedding with a new smile thanks to Dr. Mashod and the rest of the staff!

My husband and I love this practice. Its clean and the staff is so kind. Dr. Mashod always does cleanings and checks himself and is very good, Ive never left with any pain or discomfort after a cleaning. Its far from our home but its worth the trip after the poor experiences weve had with with dental offices.

Worst experience. Went to establish new patient and to have my annual teeth cleaning and to have a chip tooth repaired. The dentist does NOT have a hygienist so while probing to see how deep my gum pockets were ,I was gagging on my own blood and saliva..no suction or water. After that, he proceeded to tell me that I need a FULL scaling of my gums which is a deep gum cleaning....before he would fill my chipped tooth or do a normal cleaning. When I said that is fine but, I need this tooth filled first or I will have too see another dentist...he got upset and left me..just walked right out. He did come back but, just to take the bib off..LOL I went this past Monday to another dentist where I DID get my chipped tooth repaired and he advised that I DO NOT need a full gum scaling which is $1100.00.Mr Mashod only wants to make money in my opinion..otherwise, why did he say I needed something that I do NOT need. So more to this story but, I am not at liberty to say. I will be reporting him to the ADA. Unfortunately in order to post this, I had to rate him. He got one star...but...he is actually a zero.

Dr. Mashod has been taking care of my teeth for the last 28 years. This has ranged from routine teeth cleaning, cavity fills, gluing a cracked tooth back together, extraction, and a root canal. He has also taken care of my mom and dad for the same amount of time. The service he provides is second to none and he explains everything in detail. Highly reccommend!

If youre looking for a great dentist you wont do better than Dr. Mashod. Hes thorough, knowledgeable and does quality work to fix any problems you may have.

Over the past forty years, I have lived in many different towns in both Canada and the USA. I have see at least six different dentists, all fine in their own right. But Dr. Mashod is the best yet.

I called and scheduled an appointment last Tuesday and was told that I would receive a text message to confirm. I responded to the text message confirming I would be there. While I was at work on Wed and thurs I had 1 missed call each day. In the voicemail the front desk women just said she had all of my husbands info if Id like to make him an appointment call back otherwise she would see me Monday. The next day was the second call, I listened to the voicemail after work at 6:30 and she just said she was making sure I would be there. SHE DID NOT SAY THEY WOULD CANCLE MY APPOINTMENT. So I take off work today to go to the dentist and she says they called me several times to confirm and then canceled the appointment bc I did not call back.. NO LADY YOU REALLY CALLED ONCE ABOUT MY APPT THE OTHER TIME WAS FOR MY HUSBAND AND NIETHER OF THOSE MESSAGES STATED YOU WOULD CANCEL NOR WAS IT SEVERAL TIMES.If that is your policy Mr. Mashod then fine but have Lisa state that and I will be sure to call back when I have time. We have a strict rule at my job NO CELL PHONES OUT AT DESK.As far as I am concerned Mr. Mashod or Lisa owe me a days worth of pay. Absolutely unacceptable. People have lives to live, I responded to the text as I was told. Now I have to find another dentist to go to, miss another day of work and get the ball rolling bc as I had told you Lisa, I have a broken tooth. Its kind of a big deal but obviously you are to busy wasting your time on the phone talking to much to have any kind of compassion. Btw most offices have automated systems to call for appointment reminders. Get one.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Have been going there for years and all of the sudden was mistreated and called liar. Front desk clerk was raising her voice at me for no reason and the information they provided regarding the insurance to me was incorrect/not true. Not coming back. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely the best dentistry experience Ive ever had. I will bring my wife and children there and I would recommend them to anyone!
