Before coming for my first visit, I knew that I was going to feel comfortable at this office. My appointment was scheduled a few weeks out originally but Merry Anne the patient coordinator called me later that day to see if I wanted to come in the next day- I was pleasantly surprised of the thoughtfulness!! The front office ladies were very friendly and made me feel welcomed upon arriving at office. I know this is important from my past working in a dental office- first impressions! Michelle my dental assistant for the appointment was wonderful at discussing my health history and concerns making me feel like a friend more that just another patient. Dr. Cavendish was awesome- might be a little biased since her name is Shelly also but she is great!! Very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease when discussing my treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office.

I love this dental practice. They are always very careful to make any dental work as comfortable and painless as possible. Their work is flawless. I have recommended them to others who are shopping for a dentist.

I’m not a fan of the dentist, and get a little anxiety about going. I always put it off. However, this group is so kind and friendly, I felt a sense of comfort and ease. I’m actually excited about getting my teeth taken care of finally.

The office always runs super smooth and professional from start to finish. I recently had several fillings with Dr. Cavendish And her technique was flawless. Absolutely no pain during or after. I highly recommend this practice for efficiency and most importantly patient care.

I had Michelle for my initial appointment. She was really wonderful. I also met Dr. Cavendish then and felt immediately at ease and knew this was the place to go! :) Went in for a cleaning today and Stephanie was wonderful. Just like the entire staff. This is how all businesses should be ran.

Such a wonderful office. The team knows your name when you walk in which will make anyone feel like they are at home. Each person is friendly and excels at their craft! Dr. Edwards and Dr. Cavendish are always in for a good laugh. We love this office!

Edwards and Cavendish are amazing! I went in for my routine cleaning and my hygienist saw my tooth had chipped. Dr. Cavendish quickly offered to do the repair while I was there, even at 4:00pm! The staff is always super friendly and easily accommodating. I personally appreciate that they stay on schedule and make it easy to pop over from work and get a quick cleaning.

This was my first appointment back after everything was closed. I had a cleaning with Lexi and she was great! I felt so safe being there, they took every necessary precaution! I always feel so welcomed by the staff and taken care of and today especially so! Thank you :)

I am so GRATEFUL for Dr. Edwards! I have suffered with complicated jaw and bite issues most of my life - which made going to the dentist an extremely stressful experience. Both the Doctors and the entire staff are so caring, accommodating and sensitive to my issues!! They make me feel so at ease and comfortable that I no longer dread going to the dentist!! This is huge for me!! The level of care and service is amazing! My entire family love the staff and the environment! We recently moved and now travel a great distance to this office. It is worth it to experience the exceptional level of care!!

Not sure what else I can say. Your practice is a spa experience with clearly expert medical professionals, clear, plain language and matter-of-fact, but without judgment explanations and conversation about treatment options and choices, smiling faces, happy people, and excellent financial and insurance advice and assistance as well. This is THE model upon which the entire medical profession should be based. Cant wait to come back!

I LOVE THIS ENTIRE OFFICE. The staff is amazing, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful welcoming smile. The hygienist and assistants are so friendly and helpful. Even the doctors are great (both of them) they make a scary process an enjoyable experience. I don’t normally do reviews but since dentists usually get a bad rap I felt it was needed! Highly recommend them!

Staff is professional and very talented. You would not think about a dentist office as being a place you like to visit, but this office is like visiting friends while getting quality service. We have been patients for over 14 years. They take care of our whole family - all five of us. I have referred many friends and family to them and they are never disappointed! Both the doctors and the staff are caring and considerate, They go out of their way to accommodate any needs that arise above regularly scheduled appointments. They take great care in explaining costs involved with needed procedures to make certain there are no surprises and are happy to work out payment arrangements if needed. Both my husband and my son have had braces done in their office. My husband did Invisalign and my son went the traditional route. Both with outstanding results. They specialize in cutting edge dentistry but not with the added expense. They want to provide the most efficient and thorough care for their patients. I could not be happier with our entire family’s experience. We love this practice!

Every other dental office can only wish they were this awesome! Everyone here truly cares about their patients. I live in Middleburg and their office is downtown Jacksonville. 90 minute round trip. I wouldnt change from this office for anything!!

I was recommended to Dr. Cavendish by a friend. So happy to have found this office. I had been spoiled with a family dentist, that I had for 16 years! He retired, and I (hate to admit this) went more than a year without finding another one. At my initial appointment, I was warmly welcomed by Michelle in the front. The waiting area is calm, warm and a pleasant place to wait. I had all of my X-rays and such taken with Jaron (who is bubbly, and puts you at ease!) She was very knowledgeable and didnt just take the X-rays. She WENT THROUGH THEM ALL WITH ME, making sure I understood everything. Dr. Cavendish came in, and felt more like a friend than your dentist. She was so knowledgeable, but made me feel knowledgeable also. She listened to my wants/concerns and put together a great plan for me. A few weeks later I went back to the office for a cleaning with Valeria. She was wonderful. Oh (and the TV on the ceiling to take your mind off any discomfort? Brilliant!) Im a fan, and think Ive found my next 16 year dentist. Bravo ladies.

I had a dental emergency on Tuesday evening (had an old crown break). They squeezed me in first thing in the morning and I was able to get everything thing fixed and a realistic treatment plan started right away. Great office!
