The Doctor and all of the staff are very friendly, and are equally professional. I came in for a root canal and filling, and they snagged a customer for life! Ive had my root canal and crown for a few months now, and have not had any issues!Dr. Broc is a great dentist, who is communicative, and very attentive to his patients. He has a gentle touch and is not rough, but he also gets in there and does his work RIGHT.He makes sure that you are comfortable, and if you start feeling any pain, he addresses it and makes sure you are no longer in pain before continuing.The level of professionalism and personal touch is honestly something I have ever experienced at a dentist before.The staff is also great, they are friendly and actively try to make sure you are comfortable or happy. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants greet you with a smile! The upbeat attitude this Dental office has is unparalleled.I will continue to go to Dr. Broc and his associates for all my dental cleanings and any future work.Thank you again for being such a great team!

I came for my first patient appointment and it was amazing. The staff were very nice and respectful. They made me feel great through out my experience. Carla the hygienist there were very friendly and up beat. I didnt feel any pain during the cleaning. My teeth feel so fresh and clean. Best dentist on the planet.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 6 years. I knew I had some major issues when I went in. I ended up needing a deep cleaning, a root canal and an extraction. While all that work is never going to be fun, Dr. Bradberry and all the staff here are great and made me as comfortable as possible. The did an amazing job on my procedures and my teeth look and feel better than they have in a long time. I highly recommend visiting this office if you are in need of an new dnetist.

Dr. Lihn has been AWESOME in every way, fully explaining my procedures & options to me then She then gave me a Personal Call Saturday night to make sure i was doing fine after having wisdom teeth removed!! What a great thing to know my dentist truly CARES about me. The entire staff (Carla, Gail etc)treat me like family from billing and insurance questions to making my appointments!

Find Someone Else.I had a cavity filling procedure earlier this year. Ever since, my teeth have been sensitive/aching towards ALOT of foods and drinks. I Can’t eat salads anymore, drink cold drinks, nor can I eat crunchy foods. I’ve complained numerous times of my discomfort and scheduled follow ups to allow them to fix my teeth.

Dr. Linh and her staff were awesome! So nice and professional. My teeth look and feel so much better. I am so much more confident in my smile. Will definitely be back!

I really appreciate Dr. Truongs dental work. She is a great clinician with keen eyes for details. It works out well for me because I am very conscious of my appearance. She sculptured my front tooth. This tooth was repaired by another dentist before but it never looked better. My tooth looks WAY better than the previous one. It is blended in so well and the work was very professional. By far the best dental office I have EVER been! The staff here are always SUPER nice and exceptionally down to earth. I had to have a couple cavities filled and scheduled an appointment about a month and a half ago. Well like it tends to do, life threw a curve ball the day before my appointment. Of course I had already confirmed my appointment the day before, when our 17 year old cat got extremely sick. So when I called their office disappointed having to reschedule, they not only understood but were very sympathetic to our issue.💞 That day, I rescheduled my appointment for 3:30pm Friday October 28...(today). I assumed my son was going to be picked up from school by his father, only to find out 2 days prior we needed to. Again, I called them having to reschedule. They told me not to worry and fit me in @ 12:30 on a Friday.So when I arrived for my appointment today. They first thing after checking, I was asked how our cat was doing? They were sincerely concerned too. Not to mention, they were just as conscientious about the clock as I was. Before we got started she asked what time I needed to be leaving, making sure we stayed in our time frame.I havent yet told you about their AMAZING massage chair! I was so content I forgot that I was even waiting!💯 The office itself is VERY modern and an upscale yet comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now.I recommend going to the place for ANY And ALL of your dental needs.💯

Even after much rejection about getting my fillings done and cancelling once because I was nervous, she talked me through everything and told me to focus on my breathing to calm me down. I went there with a mouth full of teeth. I left there with five less teeth. My mouth is numb right now, but it does feel less crowded now. The procedure went well. Now I am one step closer to getting my perfect smile.

Dr. Truong and her staff are the most friendly and personable people I’ve ever dealt with in a dental office. She and her assistants take the time to explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They answer questions about procedures without trying to sell them or make you feel guilty if you decline something. As a single person on social security, I feel comfortable knowing a payment plan could be arranged if needed. Dr. Truong is young enough to be on top of the latest dental technology and her treatment rooms are clean and well equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Ortega River Denistry is completely AWESOME! Just leaving at 5:56 on a Friday afternoon after having a root canal. Even better than the first procedure I had done by Dr. LINH. Didnt know that one could be better in those type procedures. Running late for a state playoff (high school football) game and dont care at all. Had a great time with the Docs crew!. Very detailed in her work, I had composite veneers on my teeth and I look like a completly different person in a good way! I have always struggled with not liking my teeth and never smiled in photos, now I cant stop smiling! I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars for veneers in order to be satisfied with my smile and I was wrong. It was painless, fast and affordable. They did an amazing job on my teeth, I am forever greatful.

I went here years ago for a regular dental checkup and it was a good experience. However, last year December (2017) I went to get ONE wisdom tooth extracted....It was horrific. I need one molar extracted due to it leaning against another tooth. The office stated they would only need to do local anesthesia. I had never used it before so I thought ok, it wont be bad.The oral surgeon that did the work was a lady with glasses. I dont know if she was having a bad week, month or year but she had a horrible personality and was incredibly impatient. The dental technicians were nice and explained some things to meThe procedure came about and this lady was so rough, so impatient, so impersonal and condescending in her words as well as actions. When I left, my recovery was painful for a week and my face sore for the same amount of time.If youre wondering why Im writing this review now: I had the rest of my wisdom teeth (3) extracted days ago by an oral surgeon in the city I relocated to and my recovery has been a BREEZE. Sure my jaw is sort of sore but the office staff was wonderful as well as the oral surgeon. Unlike Oretga River, this office gave me meds before, clear directions, called to check in on me, and prescriptions the day of. Far superior to what I experienced with Ortega river. After I had the procedure at Ortega River , the front office staff didnt give me the right prescription (the lady was all over the place) and I had to call several times to get a hold of anyone in order to be able to a correct prescription written and sent to a local pharmacy.All in all, I would recommend for a REGULAR dental cleaning. Would not recommend for something further than that.

Although everyone was great and friendly and professional I am not happy with the work done on my mouth.

I was excited when I selected this dentist and I was even fine to wait a month to be seen. I told them I selected their office as my hmo. Throughout the month, I received numerous emails and text messages confirming my appointment. However, one day before my appointment, I get a call from their office, advising me that they no longer accept my hmo and that I cant be seen. Essentially, they were accepting my hmo at the time I made the appointment and during that time and the appointment time they elected not to accept that plan. Pretty ridiculous that they couldnt accept me when I selected their office during the time hmo was accepted. Unprofessional and uncaring.

Dr Linh is a genius. She does amazing work. I am 59yrs old and had lived with small lower teeth with huge gap all my life. No dentist have ever told me I can do some bondings that can literally change the size of my teeth and give me a complete new smile. I am smiling all the way. Thank you Dr Linh.

Not only is this dentist office open on Saturday they are simply amazing, I have bad tmj issues from grinding my teeth at night it causes a lot of pain and sensitive,I told them about the pain and they got me set up for a mouth guard. I also had filling from another dentist that didnt listen to me when I told them it didnt feel right and Dr Toung looked at it and fixed it for me free of charge. After 5years of not seeing a dentist because of the pain I was in after the last one . I will stick with Dr. Toung she is amazing and her staff is fabulous.

They were very yellowed from coffee stains and I wasnt too hopeful that she could whiten my teeth but to my surprise I walked out of her office with bright white teeth. The staff at Ortega River Dentistry goes above and beyond. Dr. Truong is truly professional and caring. Carla, the hygenist, is friendly and does a fantastic job. Aileen and Van are also great and made sure my insurance was processed properly even though Ive long since lost the card. I initially went to Ortega River Dentistry despite living on the southside for their convenient hours (Saturdays!) but have continued going back for the wonderful people. I have recommended Dr. Truong to many friends and will continue to do so.

I chipped my front tooth and immediately looked to get it fixed. I called everywhere and nobody would come in after hours. I could not go to work the next day with my front tooth missing. I was able to get a hold of Dr Linh and explained to her my desparate situation. Despite that Dr. Linh just had a newborn baby she came in at 8pm to bond my tooth. She is an exceptional dentist who truly cares for her patients. She was able to make the bonding on my front tooth looked better than the last dentist.😊Thank you Dr. Linh for going out of your way for me.

Dr.Linh truong and carla are awsome my tooth was killing me really bad i couldnt take it nomore my appointment was at 5 they got me in carla took xrays and could tell i was in pain dr linh came in and suggested to pull my tooth so i wouldnt be in pain nomore it was after hours and they stayed to pull it the numbing didnt hurt or anything usually the numbing is the worst part but nothing hurt i didnt fill a thing i really 💘 them theg was awsome
