I had a dental emergency and I called 15 minutes before the office closed. Unfortunately whoever answered the phone left me on hold for 20 minutes and the call switched to the after hours answering service. I left a message requesting a call back and Dr Bahri called me back within a few minutes and let me come in anyways and helped me as soon as I arrived. I really appreciate that and it really turned what initially was a horrible experience into something much better.

Today I was seen by Dr. Micheline Bahri. She has taken the utmost care of every procedure she has done for me . I have had four dental procedures with her & I am so grateful for the way she has taken care of every procedure I have had with her. Her professionalism, and care for her patients is beyond what I have experienced at any dental office. Her concern and top priority is always your comfort & making sure you are calm and cared for. The quality of her work is exceptional . She is a professional in her field. She is definitely more than 5 stars in my book. She is a gold star professional .I am so grateful for her. If you have any anxiety when seeing a dentist she is the person you need. Would definitely recommend her with full confidence that you will not only be totally satisfied with her but would absolutely love her like I do .

I saw a female dentist- unfortunately I can’t remember her first name but her last was Bahri. I have never had a better experience with a dentist. She was kind and patient. She explained everything to me ahead of time and made a very tense situation easy. I had to have an emergency root canal. The last one I had I cried the whole time. This was easy peesy and quick. I will be going back to finish my dental work. Thank you again Bahri- what a blessing you were to me this morning!

Bahri Dental is amazing! I moved to Florida about two years ago and had not found a dentist to go to yet. With the pandemic and just the simple fear of having to find a new dentist- I went to my last one for over 15 years- it just wasnt on the top of my to do list. Well the other day my veneer fell off my tooth....so yeah big emergency when you havent found a dentist yet. The staff at Bahri dental was amazing and were able to squeeze me in immediately while also being flexible with my work schedule. Dr Sami Bahri is a perfectionist.....and when you are getting anterior implant crowns, that’s super important. Dr Bahri is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I have had a lot of issues with my teeth, and he is the only dentist I trust. In the past I was recommended work that wasn’t necessary. Dr Bahri only does work unless absolutely necessary. He is passionate about his career and cares about always doing the best and right thing for your teeth. Omg I loveeeeeee this office and the staff. My anxiety was through the roof about going to the dentist but from the staff to the doctors are AMAZING... Devaughn & Dr. Michelene goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and pain free... I have lots of cavities and extreme mouth work to be done and between the both of them I am eager to go back for the rest of my appointments. Dr. Michelene makes sure at each appointment I never feel an ounce of pain and that is such a huge relief. If you are looking for a dentistry that actually cares about their patients I promise you will not be disappointed.

Equipment seems outdated, and old. Lights were yellow, chairs that the hygienists sit on were faded and cracked. Tile looks old, and there were exposed ceiling tiles and vents. Very little patient privacy. It’s more of an open area, so you can see everyone and they can see you. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t know what to do. Dentist was very nice and knew her stuff! This was my first visit, however I was not impressed with the office or office staff and I will be finding a new dentist.

Giving this place one star because zero wasnt an option! Where to begin.. I scheduled a consultation for the ortho side.. arrived on time, filled out the covid questionnaire and my temp was taken. After sitting for over an hour and patients going back before me that arrived after me i spoke up. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK DIDNT EVEN REMEMBER ME.. she responded did i take your temp and check you in Like wow really? My phone started to ring.. it was the doctors office asking where I was at that i was late for my appointment! Again wow IM IN YOUR OFFICE! So of course I then get rushed back just for the machine for xrays to not work we tried over 6x.. the lady trying to take them said to me are you mad like what ? yall are so unprofessional. They apologized and asked me to go sit back in the waiting room and wait for the doctor to examine my mouth himself since the machine is down.. i literally walked straight out! ill never return!

I am a dental hygienist and was a patient here for about 13 years. I no longer go here (for obvious reasons), but my family still does. Now that I work in dentistry and can recognize poor dentistry from good dentistry (or even good dentistry from GREAT dentistry), I can firmly say that Dr. Bahri and Dr. Relan do GREAT dentistry. I had updated xrays today at the practice I work at and myself along with the doctor I work for were discussing how excellent the work done in my mouth is. I had so many fillings done here and they all have held up so beautifully and have perfect margins.

Dr. Bahri and staff are absolutely Amazing! They are very Kind, patient, and pay attention to detail to give you the best experience. My 3 children and myself have all had treatments here and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! They also offer Saturday appointments which means no time off work and school!

Dr. Bahri is not only highly skilled but truly cares about his patients. A previous dentist crowned two top teeth incorrectly. My top teeth pushed my bottom teeth back and caused both grinding and chipping of my bottom teeth. I have not been able to move my bottom jaw forward properly to chew or to even smile. This restriction along with the scraping of my bottom teeth when I talk or eat has brought me to tears many times. The previous dentist would not correct the work and I have been left going from dentist to dentist trying to resolve the problem.From the moment I called the office, Candice was so understanding and assured me they would do all they could to help me. After listening to my concerns, Dr. Bahri said he could do something to help me right away. He used a polishing tool on the back of the crowns to relieve the tooth scraping and even allowed my bottom jaw some forward movement.He explained the concept of how this simple procedure could improve my bite. No other dentist I have seen has even come close to offering a solution that did not involve an entire mouth reconstruction. I am so grateful for Dr. Bahri.

I love going here. Everyone is so nice. Was a bit shocked with the $20 infection control fee. Guess all dentists are doing it now. So be forewarned.

I dont really write a review but I want to praise this clinic for going above and beyond their job. From the staff to the Doctors they are genuinely very caring. They were in the Smile for kids program giving free dental services for kids & adults. My son was registered to get a free extraction to the program but after waiting for hours they told us that they cant do the procedure because its not the right time yet. Dr Micheline Bahri the very nice beautiful lady, offered us that she will check my son after 6 months. after busy weeks & months went by we really forgot about it. Suddenly my husband receive a message that its time to check my sons teeth for extaction. So we went to this clinic and they extracted my sons two front teeth for FREE! We are so blessed I just cant believe that theres still businesses like this that keeps their promise and will give their expertise without asking anything in return. Just pure love and service! I have been going to Bahri Dental Group for 5-6 years. They are kind and gentle or I wouldnt continue to go to their office. Yesterday I went in for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was very quick! She was finished in less than 30 minutes and I could tell that she did a great job. She also detected that she thought I had dry mouth (I didnt notice) and took the time to explain to me why this was important to my teeth and how to protect them. I had some questions for the dentist and she also was very patient and made sure that all my questions were answered.

I have been patient to Bahri Dental Group for 8 years. They are kind and gentle and always fixed problem. Scheduled appointment are always on-time.I went there for a cleaning, which I do every three months at this office and something weird happened for the first time.The dental hygienist was very quick! She was finished in less than 30 minutes and she also detected a gum damaging. So she call doctor to look at it. And yes, there was gum damaging. Doctor told me that it was there a long, long time and asked me why I didnt come early to fix it. Doctor also told me that I needed to be more careful and took care about my teeth! Well I told doctor that I didnt realize that It was something wrong with my tooth/gum because it didnt hurt....As I am at Bahri Dental every three months for cleaning and checking gums I think they should find/know whats going on....

Wonderful first time experience here. Came here for some Orthodontic work on my permanent braces as the adhesive holding it had come undone. When I had called some other places locally, they were charging prices ranging from $350 - $500 to either get it fixed or get a new retainer. I called here and they only charged $200 for a new retainer, plus they were open on the weekend! I had setup an appointment and when I got there I explained my situation to Dr. Bahri and he agreed to fix my adhesive free of charge! (Please note Im not advocating that his services are always free). I was thrilled to see the level of care shown here and now my retainer is as good as new! A plus, they also do Dental work here, so my wife and I have already setup our appointments and look forward to our next cleaning!

The dentist always start with the most expensive treatment plan. They would always recommend porcelain filling which is 4 times more expensive then white composite filling. Dentist and their support staff will be very resistant to provide the other treatment plan.

For general dentistry I always had a positive experience. Ortho is a whole different story and hence the rating.My wife went to have lower retainer checked out as Dr. Sami Bahri (general dentistry) feared that its contributing to tooth resorption. At the time of booking the appointment, we were told it will be consultation appointment and no cost will be associated with it. Dr. Gaby Bahri without even examining her mouth and looking at a more than an year old X-ray (done by general dentistry - which he was asking my wife to confirm if thats her) decided that lower retainer is fine and all she needs is good brushing which the hygienist will explain. However, she needs the upper retainer replaced badly as they will break anytime and she needs to have a plan B (not sure how he came to this conclusion without even examining it). The total time spent was less than 10 mins including finding Xray etc. The cost will be $400 dollars which is not covered by our insurance. My wife decided to proceed and they took her dental impressions (about 5 mins spent) to initiate the process. While still there, she discussed the situation with me over the phone and I suggested that to be on the safe side, we should get a second opinion before proceeding any further since she came for lower retainer and they are suggesting upper ones replaced without even examining anything and only looking at an year old X-ray. She asked the front desk staff to cancel the order for the retainer and that is when the whole experience went down the drain... We were told that we will still be charged $100 for the impressions and the time that they spent getting those (5 mins). I spoke to the front desk staff over the phone trying to make sense out of this this whole situation but I must say they handled the situation really poorly... the courteous experience that we used to have changed in to a unwelcoming and agitated tone etc. Long story short, we were charged $100 for the 5 mins spent and impressions taken that we will never really be using.
