I, Susan Boyle, have had problems with my teeth my entire life. I have had crowns and caps put back in numerous times. About a year ago, 3 caps and a bridge fell out of my mouth and could not be saved. I went to Clear Choice. At first I thought their prices were high, but after checking numerous implant facilities I found their prices to be very competitive. Dr. Tahmasebi is a perfectionist and also very patient. I now have beautiful teeth that I am very proud of. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I am so happy that I went there.

My experience has been very good with Clear Choice. The staff is very friendly and warm. In general excellent service. I will go there if I need services again. I just have my surgery on 6/21/21.

I love all the staff and doctors at Clear Choice Implants, and Kristi was exceptionally nice and helpful. They give honest advice on all your dental needs and look out for your best interest physically and financially. They do not believe in charging you for what you don’t absolutely need. Its been a long expensive journey to get to Clear Choice but Im glad I made that decision. After spending a small fortune and going through 20+ years of torture from Dr David & Assoc and Dr Wm Gielincki, I got my new permanent teeth this morning! Dr. Safa Tahmasebi and his staff have been wonderful. I was told up front that it would take almost a year to get through all of the procedures and to correct the problems caused by the other dentists. Today, its been about 10 months but it was worth it. I never had to go without teeth; I always had a plate even though it was a temp. The only difficulty I had was sometimes getting through to a person when I called. Messages are rarely answered, so make sure you get extra numbers to call. Thanks again, Dr Safa (and thanks again to your team). I highly recommend ClearChoice Dental Implant Center!

This experience was not perfect. There were definitely bumps in the road. It started off rough and rocky. I was terrified I had made a huge mistake. Im not sure it would have been worth all the struggle if Dr. Safa Tahmasebi had not ended up coming to Clear Choice Jacksonville and saving the day! I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Safa and I highly recommend him! He is amazing at what he does and you can tell he enjoys making people smile! He is truly an artist in creating natural looking and functional dental implants. I also have to give a big shout of thanks to Toshika. She too, was a Godsend! She made me feel comfortable and cared for through the entire final process. Thank you Dr. Safa and Toshika for giving me back my smile!

Over $30,00.00 paid, and going on 7 MONTHS, and still NO permanent teeth. Delays were not due to anything Covid. They ignored 32 left messages, one from an ER doctor because the huge temp upper mouth piece had cut into the roof of my mouth and caused an infection. 8th appointment is in 2 weeks. Do not think I will be getting my permanent teeth then either. The list of excuses, and reasons for the delays is endless, but they all end with the same line.... We are sorry, we dropped the ball. Now I know why they demand FULL payment upfront!!!!

I couldnt be happier with Clear ChoiceDr Safa is a perfectionist who isnt happy until you are. I had a lisp with my temporary dentures created by a prior dentist. She couldnt get it right. Dr Safa listened to what I didnt like and what I wanted. He recreated the bottom arch right down to changing the abutments and the lisp was gone! His entire staff worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ken in the lab is an artist! He reproduced my exact smile which is what I wanted. It wasnt perfect the first time or the second or third but they are devoted to their clients to get it right. Communication is key to getting your perfect smile. They cant make you happy if they dont know what you want. I cant say enough about how wonderful this staff is. From the minute you walk through the door you are surrounded by a happy, friendly staff that works well together to please you. A business is only as good as its employees and this staff is top notch. Welcome to Jacksonville Dr Safa and thanks to you and your staff for your commitment to excellence.
