Dr. Samy and his staff are the absolute best. After being glossed over by 6 different providers for double vision, Dr. Samy identified my nerve damage and performed surgery on both eyes to correct it. My vision is perfect now and I had no complications, as Dr. Samy is excellent!! He is incredibly thorough with his patients. I have never had a doctor dedicate so much time to me during an appointment. His staff, especially Tara, are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I was referred to Dr. Samy by neurologist Dr. Vong for my right eyes episodic temporary blindness. Dr. Samy is very thorough in examination and explanation about my problem. May be this is the reason I saw in several reviews giving 1-2 stars for having to wait for long time. Yes, but it is worthy.The front desk staff are very polite and helpful.I called two times and Julie answered both times and she is very helpful.

After trauma surgery a year ago created double vision I was referred to Dr. Samy as one of the very best in the field and he truly is!! Ive had all informative appointments and a successful surgery which has restored my vision to single view again! I am so thankful for his expertise and honest, compassionate care. His staff radiates a positive professional attitude from the minute you walk in meeting the front office staff to all the bright techs!!

This was my third visit to Quality Eye Care. The doctor is competent and professional but this visit was disappointing in that a routine eye exam lasted 2 and 3/4 hours which seems excessive. There were long waits. I asked if there was some problem and never offered an apology. Also I seemed to be part of some on-the-job training and saw a total of four technicians. Perhaps there has been high turnover and new people were coming on board. Last visit some tests had to be redone because a tech evidently did not do them correctly. Bottom line I am not overly enthusiastic about my experience but plan to stay with the practice, at least for now.

I have worn glasses since third grade. I went to Dr. Samy for Strabismus eye surgery. He is my hero -- I can see better now than I have in the last 63 years. Dr Samy is probably the most thorough and knowledgeable eye doctor I have been to. I have a somewhat rare condition that he immediately identified and other local eye doctors had misdiagnosed. He spends time with you and makes an effort to avoid costly prescription drugs by identifying home remedies and special vitamins. His staff are very nice and professional.

Dr. Samy and his staff are wonderful! I was having vision issues with my right eye, and nobody was able to tell me what was wrong; this was after visiting a regular eye doctor and an ophthalmologist. Excellent doctor and surgeon and took time to do extra procedures during the same visit to avoid future unnecessary appointments.

Maybe it is a good doctor. But inefficient in how he runs his business. 11 am appt. it’s 1:28 now and still haven’t seen him. I am angry at the waste of my precious time—they should have rescheduled people if emergencies came up. Will not be back.

Dr. Samy and his staff are very thorough, kind, and caring. I was diagnosed with Papilledema and referred to him by my regular eye doctor. I was very nervous and they did their very best to make me feel at ease and they really know what theyre doing. Dr. Samy is a great doctor and is incredibly knowledgeable. I have visited twice now (I had to have an MRI/MRV done in between appointments) and will have a follow up appointment sometime from now, his office has been extremely helpful and caring each time. Dr. Samy has done his very best to make me feel much better about a situation I was very nervous about.

Been under Dr. Samys care since 2014 for Giant Cell Arteritis and Ocular Myasthenia Gravis. AS a former mental health professional I have found Dr. Samy to be one of the most highly competent and caring physicians that I have had the pleasure to encounter. Excellent service; Dr Samy was very thorough; explained my problem and provided Rx for the condition, staff friendly; short wait.

We had an 8am appt. It is 9am and he isnt even in the building.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They kept my 81 year old mother who recently had a brain injury waiting 2 1/2 hours. The doctor was unprepared for her appt and finally walked in with an attitude. So I walked out. They are not all equipped to deal with elderly patients and the office and equipment is not wheelchair-friendly.

I would give this place zero stars if possible very rude staff!!!!
