Honestly, this has been by far the worst experience dealing with a doctors office I have ever had. That includes 25 years in healthcare. The Dr. himself, Dr. Castillo, is very nice, listens & personable. The office staff is another story. I was supposed to be scheduled for a treatment, a month later, still not scheduled. They dont return calls or answer messages in mychart. I was having issues and ended up having to get a new doctor.

Dr. Castello is a good doctor. But you don’t get to see him. I have been a patient of dr castello for more than a year. I have seen him only once. after that I have been seen by the PAs. So, what a good doctor can do for you if you never get to see him.

Avoid this office at all costs. Kept me waiting for almost 2 hours for a follow up visit, and when I walked out they refused to cooperate with my dentist so I can no longer get much needed dental work until I find a new cardiologist.Dont get me wrong, Dr Castillo is great. But the office staff make it not worth the effort.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Costello gave me the time, he asked me facts to gave me a better diagnostic, he explained test results in details, he gave me an options and at the end he ask if there is any question and concern, he is very kind, friendly and he is supported by a team of professionals.His clinic/office are clean, the staff are constantly sanitizing the areas, there is a good atmosphere. I first want to thank Dr. Costello for his unwavering commitment to his profession and his patients. About a year ago I found myself fighting for my life after a bilateral pulmonary embolism. Dr. Costello and his professional staff have been there every step of the way to facilitate my recovery.I enjoy the fact that much of the ongoing testing required is performed right in his office guided by his support team who are all wonderful.Candidly I did not have a cardiologist prior to being rushed to the Memorial Emergency room after some 17 minutes of CPR. Having my case assigned to Dr. Costello is nothing short of another of Gods many blessings that have supported my recovery.I am excited about the future and a full recovery is in the cards. Many years ago I went through an exhaustive search to find a cardiologist that was knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to be truthful. I found that Dr in Dr Ramon Castillo. His staff is as dedicated to the practice and so accommodating to their patients. I appreciate everything they have done to help me from having another Cardiac incident for over 15 years. It is with much appréhension that I now need to find a closer facility and hospital, since we have moved 2 hours away. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding, professional manner in caring for my congenital abnormality all these years.I certainly will miss your smile and wonderful humor!

Listens to you , which is important for a Dr. to do, I found him after going to 2 hospitals over 8 months time that did nothing for me now thanks to Dr. Castello my heart is being controlled and I can function. He is understanding and very educated in his field. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr Castello is not only a great cardiologist but he is truly a Doctor that cares and does everything in his and his teams power to give you the best care possible. He works with you, He advised you, he listens to you. If you are unfortunate enough to have to be under a cardiologist care then theer is simply no better place for you to seek care. These people are great! They got me in the same day when I was in AFib and got me back to normal. The doctor is attentive and cares. When I was at the hospital all the nurses were raving about how he is the best and that’s where their husbands go. Don’t trust anybody else. Dr Castello is a pro!

We came in looking for HOPE, a listener and a plan. We walked out with all 3! Dr Castello was very attentive, addressed our concerns and started a game plan for my husband to hopefully achieve his goals. We found Dr Castello to be very genuine and knowledgeable.

I only need refills of drugs that took several Drs to get to. He saw me for for seconds.Just a money grabber.

I am a cardiovascular patient, operated in 2013 for 3 bypasses, Dr. Castello has kept my condition under control and in constant studies to improve.
