I dont usually get my hair done because Ive had terrible experiences and Im very picky when it comes to my hair. Glenny is the BOMB!!! The service is great and my hair feels amazing. The Dominican blowout is well worth the time and money.....silky straight. Honestly it feels better than a perman and it last me about 3 weeks or more. If you are natural and want your hair straight just for a little bit of excitement this is the way to go

I have been a faithful customer for a few years now. When I went for the first time, my hair was truly damaged and breaking in the center due to over processing. She recommended a short hair cut and a cellophane treatment and even though my hair was long I trusted her expertise. My hair is long again and has never been healtier. I started going to her with my hair being in very bad shape 3 months ago and now my hair is so healthy shes very open and honest on what I can do to it without damaging it. I went to Glenny after two failed hair color attempts and a huge trip coming up in a week. She was honest and said she could work with my situation but her main concern was making sure my hair was taken care of so she would not promise to deliver what I “wanted”. I went through with it knowing anything would be better than my current situation. She under promised and over delivered. It is honestly the best color I have ever had. My hair wasnt in the best condition going in, but my hair still came out wonderful. Not a lot of ppl can deal with my hair texture but she did a lovely job.

I loved my experience at Glenny’s salon. The wait for service was lengthy even though I had booked a same day appointment but Glennys was very nice and keep me informed on when my turn was coming. At the end, my wash and set turned out beautifully and my hair was super soft and shiny.

I went there to get my hair done and the owner DGlennys was very rude. She looked like I owed her money or something with a stern face and didnt smile NOT ONCE. I dont know if it was PMS or what the heck was wrong with her. I give her 2 stars because she does know how to do dominican blowouts but her demeanor is so unpleasant I will not be going there again. Smiles are for free (you should try it sometime) and if you are going to run a business where you will be in daily contact with the public you should at least be more friendly and pleasant. Just like they say...Theres never a second chance for a first impression. She wont get my business EVER again...

Made an appointment for my grandmother at 12 got there 10 mins early she wasnt there so we waited still she did not arrive. The lady that was cutting in there did not speak much english so she was no help so i kept calling the lady but no answer so my grams and i left and went somewhere else. After an hour of leaving she finally called back in which i did not answer so she texted me a very rude message. Unless you are Spanish dont go they dont like white people much💁🏼‍♀️🖕🏽
