The ladies were nice, but they do not do great hair. I wanted my hair straight, and it looked like $hit. It started with a phone call, me saying I want a wash and set. They said, sure, come in. When I get there, they didnt know what a wash and set was, nor did they have rollers of any kind. I proceed to get my hair washed and straightened. It was not nice, or pretty at all. It looked like when I try to straighten it myself. For what I paid, I should have. Ill stick with Dominicans that actually do hair. And the shampooing was horrible. She didnt even scrub my scalp.

Enjoy getting my hair colored and styled by Angelica. This will be my go to from now on. I totally recommend.

Matilde is awesome I will definitely come back to see her again. I could care less for the lady sitting the front desk she was extremely rude and eyed me down and up as soon as I walked in, asking in Spanish if I had an appointment when I said yes she simply dismissed it told me to sit down and reminding me they were closing at 5!!! Her tone of voice, body language said it all she either didn’t believe I had an appointment idk I was ready to walk out but glad I stayed. Matilde have me the best haircut and she is super nice, definitely book with her.

Where do you even start !! This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I called earlier in the morning wanting to change my hair color since it was damaged from a previous salon. My hair color was blonde/yellow and I hated it it was really getting to me, I didn’t want to let my hair down at all. So I called explained my situation to Yanet and she told me they were busy but I could come and she would take me as soon as she was available. I came in and waited a few minutes before she took me, I expected to wait a lot longer than I did. I loved the service with the results it’s what I wanted in the first place . I’d give Yanet 100 stars if I could

I came here for a keratin and haircut last June and it was ok but my hair wasn’t completely smooth after I washed it. It was straight but not in the middle. I have thick hair so it’s hard for me to find a place that does a great keratin treatment on me. The whole keratin lasted like 4 months ( this Is why I’ve waited to post this review)but I always had to use my hair straightens in the middle were it was sort of waive to make it look even. I also don’t wash my hair more than twice a week. Customer service was great though.

Janet completely made my day! She managed to not only correct the horrible hair dye job I did to myself but cut and styled it beautifully. She really took the time to listen to my picky requests. The owner was in the chair next to us and she was warm, engaging and friendly. They really made the whole experience a great way to have some pampering and conversation with genuinely nice people. Thank you! Glad you’re open again. I couldn’t get in today but I will be there soon.

Worked with Matilde she was very professional and sooo sweet. And even though my hair was damaged due to a bad accident Matilde over looked it and tried her very best. I love my color and I would definitely recommend her for your next touch up or coloring section! Thanks Matilde!! 💗

Im a little upset with how my hair came out it is uneven. Bangs are uneven as well.. I came from GA. And stopped in for a haircut..Ive never been here before...when I left I loved the cut then the next day i washed it...and saw all the uneven spots..in my haircut

Visiting Jacksonville and I was looking forward to finding a good Dominican salon. Clean and friendly environment but not happy with my daughter or my hair. We went in for a wash and cut. The hairdresser barely put any product in our hair after our haircuts. My daughters hair started to dry and frizz while she was waiting for me to get mine done. I asked her to put some product in her hair and she stated if I want a product I have to buy it from her. Definitely not worth going there again.

She is from the Domonican Republic and has years of hair styling experience. The owner, Darlene is from Puerto Rico. She is great too. Im always happy with my styling results by Maxi. Services include blow drying, rollers, color, deep conditioning, hair botox treatment, keratin and more. The hair salon is very well kept. Always clean and desinfected. Especially now during COVID times. They are following all guidelines and protocols. You will not be dispointed.

Really disappointed they do not have enough appointment spots available and when you schedule appointment well in advance they will cancel it last minute wasting your time. What is worse they cant reschedule you for another day. Because they are always fully booked.

Not from the aria but was visiting for a wedding and called in for a last minute appointment. They where booked but managed to accommodate me and schedule me in. Since I was running short on time they allowed me to wash and dry my own hair and they would style it for me.Anais styled my hair she was quick and did an amazing job. She did exactly what I asked for and I was more then happy! Highly recommend her for hair styling. I will be coming back next time I have an event in the Jacksonville area. Also, their pricing was very reasonable which was a plus!

Im very upset right now. I just paid $85.00 for the worse relaxer! My hair is hard at my scalp and lumpy and it has,nothing to do with scars. Thankfully she did not burn me even though she stopped to talk with co-workers. The excuse i received when i complained about my hair being hard is that its always like that after a relaxer! That is a lie, i have had relaxers over 30 years i know lacking skills when i see it! If that wasnt bad enough, when it was time to take out my curlers, she was blow drying another employees hair and seriously expected me, a paying customer, to waiit! When i said i couldnt wait and started to take out my own curlers then she was available. I would rather travel all the way to Orlando for the day to see my old stylist than deal with this again! She offered to wash my hair but after being there for almost 4 hours because she had me in her book for 11 but told me 11:30 and i had to wait for her to come back, i told her no because i had things to do plus why would i want you to touch my hair again?! I expected way better for the price and better service. First and last time Maxie!

The absolute worst haircut of my entire life! My beautiful long hair was botched; I had to go to a different salon to have it fixed. I asked for a trim and I ended up with layers and zig zag cut hair that varied 3”-4” in length from side to side and six inches cut off the length. I got home and cried my eyes out.

Worked me in and did exactly what I wanted above and beyond!!!!
