What the he#* is going on? I’ve been going to this Supercuts Roosevelt center for over 15years, and Normandy before that for 5 years. I don’t have to ask why your employees are all leaving, it’s obvious; Management/Owner.I understand turnover. However, when your employees, especially long term employees leave to work at another company, perhaps you need to look inward for the problem.Maybe some customers don’t care, but It’s nice to have consistency in having your hair styled by the same person.A long term loyal customer?

Being able to schedule online for the exact service I needed was convenient. Takes far less time time than having someone skim through a schedule while on the phone with you, and Im sure its nice for the staff to keep doing their job instead of answering phones.

Always do a good job on my sons hair! Very nice people. Watch where you park until publix parking lot construction is over. If it rains it floods bad out front of super cuts.

So $20 for a haircut is a bit much for what you get. We know though, its never great but cheap so its okay. But when youre waiting and the girls go in back to chat for a lengthy time while you wait, thats too much. We got places to be. 3 stylists, 1 customer waiting.....customers first.

It was a great place to get in and out quick, I was lucky I think they got busy after that, great hours and staff.

These people are RUDE and unbelievable!!! I had a 1:00pm appointment for a haircut. I got there at 12:30 and waited. At 1:10pm, 3 people came in and said they had an appointment. About 5 minutes later, a lady finished up and went to see who was next. Then she motioned for one of the 3 people to go with her. When the other lady working there saw my shocked look, she came over and I asked what was going on. She said they also had a 1:00 appointment and the computer assigned them a number 3 and me a number 12. WHAT!!!!!! I was there 40 minutes before them and that is how they do apointments???? I could not believe what I was hearing. It made absolutely no sense at all. The whole thing sounded ridiculous and made up. Needless to say, I left and will NEVER go back. They need to have a zero, they do not deserve that 1 star!

They listen to what you want. Very kind and courteous people. Love my hair!

Took my son to get a haircut this afternoon. Asked for very short on the sides to the point of a fade and ran my fingers through the top of his head to show the desired length of cut. Within five minutes the cut was completed and I was not satisfied as the sides appeared to be barely cut and completely uneven. I asked barber to see if they could cut the sides shorter. She sat my son down, ran the clippers for around his head once within 30 seconds and asked how it looked. I then took my phone out and said I was hoping for something closer like this on the sides. She told me, with an attitude, “You didn’t show me that picture.” After about 10 seconds of silence, I said it was fine, paid and walked out. Traveled to the Normandy location. I was shown exception customer service and the barber fixed his hair to my exact liking without having to show a photo and giving her the exact same description I requested from Roosevelt.

Happy with my last haircut from here. Little wait and good service.

Holy wow!! I’ve had 3 professional haircuts in the last 10 yrs because I’ve never liked how they turned out. Tyra’s changed my outlook. She helped fix the haircut I had given myself, calmed my OCD about the layers and deciphered what I was asking for. I’m very happy and will be coming back for her haircuts.

Its a pretty good place one of the girls that work there Shes blonde with short hair shed look us up-and-down rolled her eyes and kept giving us a resting b face. But on the other hand there is one new black girl there her name was Sun something I really cant remember but she was so nice she did a great haircut compared to the once Ive gotten there before shes the best 100%!!!

Kat is a great hairdresser. I went to her for the first time today and she managed to give me a cute long bob. I’ve been to numerous hair dressers and they always mess it up, so I’m very happy with the results. She is also extremely friendly and gives just the right advice and suggestions. If you come here, you should definitely ask for Kat to serve you!!

I took my 17 yr old son to get his long hair cut a little. They cut about 10 inches off (he only wanted about 4 off). I showed them pictures of how he wanted it and its like they completely ignored me. They cut it straight across into a freaking girl bob at his chin when he wanted it about shoulder length! He is so upset and said he didnt want ot hurt the girls feeling by saying thats not what he wanted. Now we have to try to fix it and it will have to go even shorter. Worst service ever! Hideous cuts! Dont waste your time and money.

This has been my go-to place for a few years now, and if you cant get totally happy with their work and your experience, well, it sure isnt this bunch! Great mix of professionals who make you feel like friends and family.I dont go anywhere else!👍

All they do is cut. I wanted a French braid. I know you have to be able to do more than just cut to get a cosmotology license.

Toshi is the best stylist there. She is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile. Get her to shampoo your hair. Shes amazing. I was so pleased with my haircut. I wasnt sure what style I wanted but she was able to give me the perfect style.

Hit and miss. Sometimes I get a good cut sometimes I dont. If it is someone new we should be told and maybe get a discount on the haircut. I dont mind someone learning but I shouldnt have to pay a full price for a bad haircut then have to go somewhere else.

I have never in my life seen such inexperienced hair stylists in my life!! I asked for my hair cut and the girl chopped it like it was a barbie doll head by a 5 year old

The hair cutter was super nice and they took us right away. The cut was just so so. My daughter has straight medium length hair that is easy to cut so we were a bit disappointed. I may give them another try because the price was right!

I was really disappointed. Hair is cut but rather short and the individual who cut my hair was the usual female forcing small talk to judge. I do not like to go to the salon ever because of females who shame you for not being in the salon regularly. This is why I only go when I absolutely have no other choice. Typical female shaming is conducted here. My life is busy. Not everyone wants to spend tons of time in a hairdresser, especially when you know you’re going to be shamed because you haven’t been in awhile.

Her name is Toshi, and not only did she give me an amazing hair cut, but her overall kindness, attention to detail, and soft touch made me feel like a new man. Store was open till 9 pm walked in at 8:30 and two employees were working. They didn’t want to cut my hair because they said they had to clean. The store closes at nine and you take your last customer till nine. Poor customer service, lazy people I’m in retail and we take ever customer till we close.Then clean!

Came for a 1 inch trim & got 6 inches taken off. She didnt even want to tell me so she got the manager to break the news. Didnt get a discount or anything still had to pay FULL PRICE. Never again. Came in for a TRIM with mid waist hair & left with a long BOB. If you want to keep your hair length this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Lousy 💇 haircut. They dont have brushes to brush hair. Blow dry and thats it.

Awful, the manager cut my disabled sons hair she was rude and inattentive. He tried speaking to her when she was done with the cut she walked away from him without a word and left him sitting there. I was getting my haircut. When we left my son cried and asked why people are so mean? I dont know but some sensitivity training is in order as well as some other things.

I called that sad there open at 9:00am when I got there the door was locked
