Ive been looking at other reviews, these reviews most be extremely old, because, this has got to be the worst place to place a love one, no one ever answers the phone, theres never anyone at the the desk, no one to receive a them when bring them back, it took about 30 minutes today. Just awful

Im not a big reviewer, but when it comes to Healthcare workers that go the extra mile I feel like they are the heros of our generation, so when I come across a senior facility that deserves a shout-out I take the opportunity to show my appreciation... Thumbs Up to the Nurses & Staff members @ Noble!!!

New Name Noble House Retirement! This place is amazing, my grandmother has been living here for sometime and it’s been great. The owners really care for their patients, it’s a small community so you get the one on one needed for your love one. I am so happy i found this place for my grandmother.

I have visited as a volunteer & to entertain residents of Noble House Retirement Home. The staff truly care about the residents & are gentle, kind & loving to them. They are currently building a new facility & I am happy they will be able to help others who need housing & care.

My mother was there for a month. She was in the older part of the facility. They have a large day room they use for dining and activities. I witnessed the staff bring men in there in wheelchairs and shave them with an electric shaver, right where people eat! And clip their toenails in there! Why cant that be done in their room? Also, there was a man that wandered into my mothers room. He even did that while I was in her room looking for something and he wouldnt leave! Staff is horrible and watch the lady in the office that takes the money....Dont give her cash to hold for your loved one.

My father only spent a few months there, as his health was declining, but the staff are VERY caring and patient. I would highly recommend Noble House.

1 star, because I cant give 0My uncle, is technically, still a resident there. He was not getting the care he needed. He had to SCREAM for help. He was not given his medications. He is now in the ICU. Do not send your loved ones to the Noble house.

Very disappointing. We went to visit Noble House because the facility where my mother is living will close on June 1. Lalaine took us around and showed us the building. We sat and talked for a while. We also toured Noble Gardens which filled up almost before we left. Noble House was at maybe 35% capacity.Lalaine told us that they would help my mom move her stuff from her current ALF to Noble House. She told my mom that should would be the last to get a roommate and they would give her notice before that happened. She said she could bring her refrigerator (to Noble House). My mom wrote a check for a deposit. We set a move in date for 1.5 weeks later. The agreement was for me to call the Monday prior. I called 4 numbers before reaching an answering machine. I left a message asking for a call back to confirm pick up of my mother’s items. I received no call back.I called again on Tuesday and finally got Lalaine. She could not remember who my mother was without a lot of prompting. She then went back on everything she said they would do. She said they were at 85-90% capacity and they didn’t have people to help with the move. She said I called too late. Then she said that my mom probably wouldn’t like it there anyway and that she likely wouldn’t stay long. Part of her reasoning was that the facility does not have a separate area for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s. The doors do not have locks.I cannot believe the audacity of this administration. Now we have effectively WASTED 1.5 weeks when there are at least 90 people looking for new places to live.Poorly done. I hope that they can manage with this exponential growth they are experiencing right now.
