Currently waiting for the doctor. When walked in the receptionist was just coming from lunch. I said hello three times. She looked up at me and continued to put her things away and then get herself settled while talking to the other receptionist. Yes both receptionist failed to say hello or greeting at all. After she was done she said “ I can see you over here” I was like wow!!!!Continued to the back. Male medical assistant for intake takes my weight, compliments my purse then we proceed to the room for vitals. Another medical assistant is verifying prior medication and records with me. She asked my last period. I gave an answer as twice this month and today. He screamed and said “ JUST SAY YOUR ON YOUR PERIOD IT MAKES OUR JOB EASIER!” Coming from a man!!! Omg my feelings were so hurt!!Proceed to the room to await the doctor. LPN Rebecca barges into the room and yells “come With me” moves me like a piece of cattle to the pedestrian side… I walk inside. She slams the door saying “thanks”For a woman who is here for anxiety and Depression this visit is trigging me.. it’s an uncomfortable feeling before I have even seen the doctor!!!😢🥺

Excellent care by doctor & intake nurse. Was seen quickly. Dr McBride is most understanding, compassionate, and listened to all that I said. I highly recommend this Clinic.

The billing is outrageous here. Had the Doc do a check up. Had some concerns on pectus . Exam for 1 min. Was $592. How can they change that much. They should tell you that your bill is going to be in the hundreds. All of the nurses and doctor was ok. They said that they have levels 1-5. What are these levels? So every time you ask them to look at some thing. The price goes up. Dont understand that.

The last time I came here it was fine. Don’t know about this time, the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all. She said she couldn’t find where my insurance was covered last time I provided her the information and she acted as if she couldn’t find insurance info relating to my co pay. I had to tell her, she told me you will have to pay balance and co pay to be seen.. Why would I pay balance when I provided insurance info from the last time I spoke to someone and provided that info for them to update. I let her know I would just go elsewhere and she said ok. I did in fact go elsewhere they were able to find my co pat etc with my card info... I’m not sure if it was a system error or just laziness! Disappointed

I had to get tested for covid for work and one of the girls receptionis was rude on the phone and in person. She hung up on me in mid question while on the phone. And when I came in and asked her if I could go wait in my car because I was feeling sick. She looked at me and said who are you and made a face that read pure annoyance. The only kind person was the girl that tested me.. quite disappointed.

I put a lot of trust in this clinic due to them getting rid of my moms cancer and was very happy when I met with Katherine Wyatt to get my yearly pap. I was having some issues and she put my mind at ease. I recently took a pregnancy test due to nausea in the morning and received a faint positive. I called that next Monday and the very kind nurse on the phone told me Katie was on maternity leave which I was so happy for her so I agreed to see a midwife they had available. I met with Staci Thomas and my biggest disappointment is she did not even look at my chart. I came in due to receiving positive and negatives on a pregnancy test and the recommendation I received was to quit smoking and use a condom. She didn’t order a blood test as the nurse on the phone told me would be done. I went from 101 pounds from my last visit to 94 pounds and since she did not read my chart I guess there was no reason for concern. 7 pounds in less than 2 months. I stated I would like to quit smoking to conceive and no recommendations were given. I was called crazy after driving a good distance coming to this clinic. Yes I was crazy to have trust in meeting with this midwife because I’m still nauseous I’m still dealing with pain and no answers or help. She told a married couple to use a condom when we were seeking help and answers. I wasted time and money for her to do a test I was doing at home. I’m so disappointed.

Truly deplorable those that have symptoms for COVID-19 aren’t able to get tested for free. I was told it would be 150 dollars. Y’all are disgusting and what’s wrong with health care.

Unprofessional, incorrect billing, bad customer service, not sufficient trained staff.if you have to stop by, check your insurance VERY VERY careful before step in or ending up with $225 charged (insurance will pay ~$100). I have multiple issues with this clinic including billing issues, incorrect guidance/information from staff, rude staff answering phone and blocking my numbers. I have no comment on the doctors/practitioners skills because I see them as normal/average without anything outstanding enough to overcome the unprofessional from the other staffs. Misguided information costed me $900 because a nurse/staff gave me total incorrect medical and cost information. In medical care environment, if someone is unsure of something, shut the mouth, dont give out false information. When I called in to check about this false information, staff refused to answer, hang up, and blocked my number.

The quality of this facility diminishes each time I go in. The receptionists arent rude, but they look like they dislike their jobs. The nursing staff is sub-par. Half the time they look like they dont know what theyre doing. When I took my son in for a visit, I was asked what pharmacy Id like his prescription sent to, I clearly and articulately said, Walgreens on Oil Well. I even repeated it. Well, guess what? It was sent to Walgreens on Campbell Street! When did I figure this out? After two trips to Walgreens on Oil Well and they told me they didnt have the order. I even called Convenient Care back and told them what had happened. They said they would call the order into the Oil Well location and apologized. I returned to Walgreens on Oil Well only to find they had closed for the evening. Good thing my son wasnt on his deathbed! Next day I called Walgreens on Oil Well, and guess what? Thats right: they still had no prescription called in for my son! I can overlook an occasional mistake, but this in just incompetence. Next time Im going to Physicians Quality Care.

I became victim to the dreaded sinus crud a few weeks ago. When it went to my ears, I went to Convenient Care. I did not wait long to be seen by a provider. The nurses were friendly and kind. The doctor listened to all of my issues and symptoms before determining the best course of action to improve my health. Great experience.

My wife went to this facility and saw a doctor for no more than 5 minutes. We actually thought the doctor did a good job and did a wonderful job explaining what she was doing but the billing practices at this facility are very poor. We were told before we saw the doctor the charges would vary from $80 to $250 and the services would be raked on five rank scale depending on the services We assumed since the doctor only saw us for a few minutes and did only one simple test we would be billed for one of the lower levels however once we got the bill we found out we were billed at level four and received a $253.00 bill. We asked for clarification and the front desk person was very rude and made us feel horrible for asking questions which is our right as a consumer. We paid our bill but would not suggest anyone go to this facility due to their billing practices, lack of knowledge of those practices and rudeness to answer general questions

Not sure if theyre just understaffed or what... 2nd time visiting here, this time with a family member. We sat in the lobby along with 1 other person for about 45 minutes just watching tv. Receptionists never smiled, just made you feel like an inconvenience cause theyre ready for their lunch break. Got called back to check vitals, then was sent back to waiting room for about another 30 minutes or so. When we were finally taken back to a room, we waited ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for the Doc. Meanwhile, all the personnel are cackling and joking and being SO loud right outside our door. Save yourself the misery, especially when youre already sick. Go somewhere else.

I always go here when my regular doctor is unavailable. Never had a bad experience and doctors have always helped and been very knowledgeable.

Worst place to go.. receptionist was extremely rude.. never recommend any body to go there, I went there twice and both the time had bad experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
