Professional, friendly, and fast! Everyone Ive ever encountered at this clinic is super nice and truly seems to care about my well being! Receptionists, nurses and providers are all amazing as they take the time to actually listen and show empathy when you are not well! Lisa is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable with the best bedside manner Ive ever had! I would highly recommend 45 Urgent Care to anyone!

45 Urgent Care PC and Advanced Rehab and Medical Jackson gave me back my life. I had suffered back pain and tingling feelings for the last three to four years. My pain in my lower back was so bad that I could barely get out of the bed in the morning. My husband was having to pull me up. I was always hesitant about going some places because the pain had began to cause me to be moody and miserable. Finally I made a call to Advanced Rehab and Medical and they scheduled me for a visit. After giving my symptoms they were able to diagnose me and rehab started immediately.I have never felt so comfortable being around such and outstanding staff. I feel at home when I enter the door. And I always leave feeling better than I came. I truly recommend Advance Medical and Rehab because they will give you “back” your life as they did me.

Great experience at 45 Urgent Care today. Have earache and couldn’t get in to see PCP so looked on my insurance website for in-network urgent/walk in clinic and decided to go here. Professional personal quick service. So appreciative of the care I received. Will definitely use again when needed.

Went to 45 Urgent Care for medical treatment . What a great group of professionals. Dr Meagan really listens to her patients. I have also had opportunity to be taken care of by other really caring people Chrissy from the desk, Jarrod , Lisa and of course Miss Tracey who makes you feel right at home. I am very happy with their care and would highly recommend them

I came in the other day with a sore throat and was seen by Jarrod, he got me in and out quick. He is the best! He made me laugh and took the time to talk with me, most places wont do that. I recommend this place to anyone who is sick and needs to feel better.

My bf and I waited 3 hours for a rapid covid test. They didnt wear gloves or masks. We were there right at 1:30 after their lunch. We did not leave until 4:30, making both of us late for work. We were the first ones there at the time, and we were the last to leave.

No one wants to have to visit urgent care, but if you do, this is the place to go. Two thumbs up!! They really care about your health and well-being.

I waited 2 and a half hours just for a Covid test . They do not wear mask or gloves when they come to test you. They are cross contaminating test , they go from one car to the next car with the same test in hand meanwhile they have absolutely no mask or gloves on so if I didn’t have Covid before I might now .

My father who is 90 yrs old and has problem with his left leg because of a previous accident where he broke it. He recently accumulated fluid in his leg not being able to walk and with pain. My mom and I decided to take him to this urgent clinic. Everyone is really nice here. The staff greets everyone nicely and care about you. My father was seen by Dr. Lisa Medlin. She is the sweetest, nicest, and caring person. She took care of my father’s leg twice due to fluid build up in his knee. Dr.Lisa is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone that goes here. This is great urgent clinic.

I was really impressed with the service I experienced today at my first visit. I was seen timely but did not feel rushed at all. The nurse and N.P. were courteous and took time to ASK me what was going on.All in all they made my experience a pleasant one and I would recommend them highly.

My mom and I were driving through from out of state to attend my fathers memorial service. Mom had gotten some sort of spider bite behind her head so we stopped by. Staff was amazingly friendly and we were in, seen and prescription being called into Walgreens all within about 35 minutes. While traveling it’s always a blessing when something wrong goes just a little right - they helped make the wrong a little more right and with fastService and great attitude.

Doctors and people that work in the back are nice but woman at the front always gives me a ton of problems. Would not go here if I did not like practitioners in the back. Good luck

I was in severe pain, drove all the way from Sardis tn. I had no wait time other that all the paperwork. The staff were so caring really treated me like family, the care I was shone was exceptional. Everyone took the time to ask all the right questions. If need be, Ill definitely go back.

I have never had wait for more than 10 minutes. Ive gone 3 or 4 times now. One was 10 minutes before lunch on a Monday, once was 30 minutes before close on a Friday... Every time I was treated so well, as was my baby. Ive been very pleased with the professionalism, personal care, and knowledge of the staff!

I have seen Lisa and Elaine nurse practitioners and they are wonderful. Quick service and friendly staff. This is my go to place !!!Front desk is on point and friendly!

I went to this doctor office for both of my pregnancies. I had the same insurance for both my pregnancies and even after when it came to personal visits. I tried making an appointment and the lady on the other end refused to give me an appointment, telling me that she couldn’t take my insurance right now and when I asked for a specific reason she refused and hung up on my face. I tried calling back but she hung up once more. Never in my life have I witnessed what I did today. I will no longer go to that doctor and I’m the future I will find another obgyn

Chad didn’t know how to diagnose me and also billed my visit incorrectly. My cough did not improve despite the antibiotics he prescribed me. Not pleased and won’t be back.

I went yesterday for the first time. Couldnt do anything but whisper and have a terrible rash in the back of my throat. The nurse at the desk was incredibly understanding, it didnt take long at all to get to the room as well as to see the doctor. The doctor was SOOO sweet and concerned. She worked with me since i dont have insurance. Made sure the pharmacist would try to help as well. Gave me a back up plan in case they didnt have what i needed. Then the nurse even gave me a coupon for one med and tried to find one for the other. I am so happy i went to this office .Would recommend them to ANYONE i love.

Today was my 3rd visit to the clinic but the 1st time for myself. The provider came in, sat down on the stool and rolled up in front of me, our knees just inches from touching. She TALKED to me, but most importantly she LISTENED to me! She treated me like she had no other patient to see. And after talking to me, she actually touched me to examine me! After being a nurse for 23 years I have never understood how a provider can treat you and not perform an actual examination, but they do. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I drove from scotts hill passing other places, to go to 45 Urgent Care.

This is a wonderful place to go usually the staff is friendly and address ur concerns but when i went this time i got someone who seemed to not care and was basically wanting to get in and out! The person also didnt have seemed to look up medical past that was all in front of them so this last visit i was not impressed with!
