I always have a great experience!I have a few fave therapists but today’s visit during my lunch break with Erin M was probably the BEST massage I’ve ever had!The pressure was consistent and perfect throughout the duration.Very professional.Very relaxing.Everything was perfect!I came back to work with a new attitude!

I booked an appointment Friday, September 3, 2021, for my wife and I to receive a Massage.... The person I spoke with booked us for today, September 6, 2021 at 3pm, in which tomorrow is our 8th year Anniversary but we both have to work.... So we chose today to celebrate.... We were told we had to arrive there at 2:45pm for paperwork.... At 1:25pm, I get a phone call from them saying Unfortunately we have to cancel your appointment because our Massage Therapist wants to leave early This has drastically ruined our day and I want to Thank You Massage Envy for doing that!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 P.S No other Massage Business had an opening!!!!!!!!

I got a facial today by DeeDee. She was very nice and gave me lots of information about my skin! The environment was really quiet and clean also. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

I had a year membership. During covid massage envy collected membership fees however they didnt extend 1 year contacts to give the members a 12 month period to use the massages.I cancel my membership in February which gave me until April 14, 2021 to use my earned massages. I have made several attempts to schedule a deep tissue massage which due to present health issues.I order to utilize my earned rewards. I was advised by Morgan the manager I would have to settle for a massage that was therapeutic.Massage Envy membership is a rip off. Please if you utilize there services dont get a membership.

I’ve had 6 appoints cancelled on the same day of service. It’s so bad that I now call on the day of service to see if it’s been cancelled. Yet they require the client to cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid being charged. It should work both ways

He sat there and didn’t know how to do my nails and they charge 30 for french tips they don’t know how to do i would never come back here

I called and left a message to schedule massage appointments for three people over a week ago. I still havent received a call back.

A good place to go to relax

I love and hate this location. Massages have always been decent. Had 5+ cancellations, which seems high volume, and many are last minute. Front of house needs work. Sometimes, just tell you where to go and wait, may or may not open door, probably wont lead or direct you. Other locations lead you, offer neck warmer, something to drink, have a relaxing atmosphere. This one is pretty basic. I think if they tightened up on front of house procedures, and had fewer no-show masseuses, I would give it higher marks. For one and done, it would be fine. I am questioning my dollars spent on membership.

Massage cancelled by establishment at last minute...literally last minute..like we were there waiting... only to be told due to unforeseen circumstances it would be necessary to reschedule. When an airline does this, they offer something for the inconvenience. Not this place. They offered a shallow apology and a promise to call the next day when they resolved the scheduling issue.**Spoiler Alert** they didnt call.

Loved it... Im a member now. Staff is actually accommodating and friendly. Other, than Chic Filet..who does that. I dont believe it!!?I rarely go anywhere beyond work and home.Its a wonderful treat to yourself... Happy Valentines Day to me!!!

This business has truly shown unprofessionalism in the worst way. I had a couple massage schedule for 3/24 morning and my massage was cancelled around 8:30pm the previous night. The person who called showed no sympathy for their part and basically told me they don’t know when the next time i could be rescheduled. Keep in mind you have to schedule dang near a month in advance for a couples massage. I left my name/number for a manager to call and i haven’t received one yet. I’ve called repeatedly for the past week and only have had the phone answer MAYBE Three times and left my name and number EACH time and STILL NO phone call. This place has truly messed up my first time experience! I wonder after reading this review will i get a phone call.

Was misled when signed up for membership wasnt explained. They say first 30 days free but was still charged its a scam. The massage started late and the individual I had left in middle of the session so I I didnt even get a full hour. This will be the last time I go to this location and the company as a whole.

This place seemed great until I found out that there is special care after a deep tissue massage Im very disappointed in the fact they didnt let me know about the aftercare especially since I told them that was my first time getting a massage I guess I will have to find some other place to go to for my massages from now on

This used to be a great place to get a massage. But now it is unreliable in scheduling and keeping appointments. There is a high turnover in staff, which indicates this is a management issue. Try the Flowood location instead.

I came here today to get the prenatal massage and it was wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Also doesnt cost too much.

Went in twice to get some info on services and was met both times with some aggressive sales tactics and not letting me use my gift card and leave relaxed and overly expensive. I have gone to spas all over jackson and they dont pressure you into a year contract and force you to split up services for bogus reasons. Madison massage envy seems more respectful and cheaper and therefore I made an appt. I will never go to the Jackson one again.

First time at this location. I reside in GA HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..MY BACK IS KILLING ME FROM MY DRIVE..there system didnt put me down for my massage and they offered me a facial apt instead...MY BACK HURTS NOT MY FACE....

My massage was very painful and I will never go back. My usual masseuse was unavailable. So I try someone new it was a horrible experience. I wanted to get the massage for my birthday and then I left in pain.
