My experience at Skin Deep Day Spa is that the staff is always kind and professional. They ask the right questions to make sure my service is curated just for me. They take the time to make sure the steam is right, the product doesn’t irritate me and let me know exactly what they’re doing at all times. I had a wonderful facial which is always so relaxing. I feel beautiful and renewed. My skins textures is improved and feels so smooth. I like to go to the spa because it’s such a peaceful environment and it appeals to my senses—the music, the aroma, the soothing people..and I could go on and on.

I have been to Skin Deep several times for facials with Emily. She always makes me feel comfortable, explains what she is doing and the benefits it provides to my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism are much appreciated. I enjoy the salon atmosphere as well. So serene and relaxing. I look forward to coming back soon!

About 2 weeks ago, I went to Skin deep spa for a complimentary service and was so amazed! It was incredible to see training in action, have an amazing experience being so vulnerable and instantly felt so comfortable! Skin Deep is so calming and relaxing as soon as you walk in! Smells amazing, it’s quiet, and the workers there are so nice and helpful! I had a couples massage and have had multiple facials there!! I always choose the European facial so it is customized to my specific skin care needs. Would highly recommend Skin Deep Day Spa to anyone looking to relax and treat themselves!

Emily at Skin Deep is amazing. I have been seeing her the last few months for waxes. Very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. Always making sure my experience is great. She makes sure that the products they use arent irrating to my skin, and that I have what I need for after care. Highly recommend her!

Terrible customer service! I have a been a customer for years seeing Nicole for my waxes. Yesterday I was surprised when I came to my appointment and was greeted by Emily. My wax was rushed and patches of hair were left over. I advised her before I left and she attempted to remove the left over hair. Unfortunately for me I did not “throughly check” according to the owner before I left.She informed me I would have to pay for another wax and attempted to gaslight me like I was the problem because I expected the service I paid $80+tip to be completed correctly. When I told her I was not sure I would be returning, she hung up in my face.It is unfortunate that customer service is not a priority.

I see Nicole for my waxes and facials. She is phenomenal!!! She does such a good job at making you comfortable and her work is amazing. Every staff member Ive encountered is very kind and helpful. The building is very clean and so relaxing. I love this place and highly highly recommend seeing Nicole, she will take care of whatever you are needing!

Ive been seeing Nicole for years now and her dedication to my skin never changes. I only use products that she recommends and she honestly tells me what treatment I need to get the best skin possible. I have terrible hormonal acne now that Im pregnant and normally this would stress me out, but Ive seen how much Nicole improved my skin before, so Im confident that it will be back to normal post baby. I have built such great skin care habits with Nicoles guidance -- I dont pick, I wash my face 2x a day, and use the correct products in the correct order. I look forward to each and every monthly appt!

I cant recommend Skin Deep Day Spa enough! I struggled with getting my acne under control for years and could never quite get it right through going to different services or other professionals recommending certain products for me. I had a weird combination type skin with acne, oiliness, dry and rosacea on top of that. I started to see Nicole a few years ago and would trust any recommendation Nicole gave to me since she is very knowledgable about not only the skin but is well versed in the health arena as well. My skin has improved so much within the past few years and Im thankful to have Skin Deep and Nicole to help me get my confidence back with my skin.

Our foreign exchange student has had leg waxes three times here, and the first and third time there were several missed areas on her legs. The staff is really nice, but the quality of the waxing was not there. At all.

I love Skin Deep Day Spa. I get massage for pain management and Daisy does a phenomenal job of relieving the pain and making sure that I understand what to do to try to elevate the pain between visits. When I go all the staff is attentive and friendly as well as making sure my needs are met.
