My Husband went to fast pace in south Jackson last Friday, he doesn’t have insurance so they said an office visit would only cost $135.00 & he needed to see a doctor so I paid for the visit in the office. They said that there would be no other bill, that the $135.00 covered anything that was done in the office that day, not to mention the Doctor saw him for a total of maybe 5 minutes but today I get a text from Fast Pace saying that we need to pay our balance of $812.00 for his visit. I’m not paying that & I will take it to court if they try to put it on our credit.

Everyone on staff went above and beyond - best care Ive ever had at an urgent care. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

Dr Lynn Redmond was my provider such a beautiful sweet lady! She got straight to the point an told me exactly what was going on and front desk & her assistant was so sweet here and so concerned. I loved them all❤️ Thank y’all so much. I highly recommend this place!

I started using NP Redman for my Primary Care Provider. I am very impressed with her. She take the time to discuss my labs, tests, vital signs, and plan to provide the best care. The front office staff and the nurse were exceptional as well. They were courteous, friendly, and prompt.

I always have a good experience at this Fast Pace. My children are wild. And the staff is always so nice about it. Not just certain staff either, all of the staff.

Was warmly greeted, service was quick. I have used Fast Pace Health for my DOT physicals for many years now. This was my first time at the South Jackson location. Normally I use the Selmer location but they did not have anyone certified to do DOT physicals at this time.

When you get a preemployment drug screen they dont seal the jar the urine is in, while you are there. So if someone got mad at you like the nurse for what ever reason she could mess with your test.. They wont let you see the results of the test. Its crazy the only reason I go there is because my employer makes me...But fast pace dont do the drug screen like they are supposed to bye the medical standards..

My experience with fast pace was great rather than waiting 5 hrs in ER I was in and out within 1 hr .I realize that there are some cases that require a specialist my wasnt I spent 400$ in one they told me to have my pancreas checked 2weeks later ER found cancer around my pancreas So the doc was right .though there not set up to do the steps to find out. They fo handle alot of other things. I half to give them a 5 rating on this visit .

The staff was very nice and friendly. We are new to the city and they gave us an awesome first experience.

This place is a joke.Dr wrote me a prescription for a urinary infection and stated it might not be the right antibiotic.If did not clear up to call back.I called and explained to receptionist.She said they would call me back and NEVER did.I call back 5 hours later and the receptionist says a different on duty doctor says go to a urologist.I drive a truck OTr and I cant stop just anywhere.This place is apathetic and I will share my experience with everyone in the area.

The woman who greeted me was rude, unhelpful, and insisted covid testing was $200 without insurance and that TB tests are $130 despite several other clinics corroborating a significantly reduced price.Calling me maam didnt win her any favors either.

The staff was wonderful and very professional. NP Lee has the absolute best bedside manner I have ever experienced. I hate to have met them under these circumstances but, wouldnt have wanted to be cared for by anyone else. Thanks for keeping my dignity during a very difficult time.

I will never set foot in another fast pace after my experience here. I went for just a covid test and was charged over $650 for it on top of a $75 copay, my insurance fully pays for a covid test but wouldnt here because they billed me under a hospital setting. This place is nowhere near a hospital in any way shape or form. I went back and forth between them and my insurance with nothing ever being resolved because they dont know how to bill people. Fast Pace customer service hung up on me 3 out of the 6 times I finally got to talk to someone. Worst mistake I made was going here instead of Physicians Quality Care out north.. the staff were very friendly tho, just disappointed by the lack of care with billing.
