Most unprofessional place that I have ever been to. Give you an appointment and then have you wait hours to be seen. A waste of time!!

I loved my experience with them. My husband has an appointment this week and I know he will be very pleased with them also. The staff is great !

This is the best dental experience Ive ever had. The whole staff are angels. Friendly, caring and helpful! Ms. Alanna is definitely the best and her assistant is one of the sweetest angels! Thank you so much for taking care of me! I thank God for all of you!

Dr. Alana Heflin is no longer the dentist. The new dentist is horrible!! Doesnt care about the patient, doesnt care if he is hurting the patient, etc! I would definitely have recommended Dr. Heflin, but would definitely not recommend going to helping Hands with the current dentist being there!!

I went back to the clinic to get more teeth pulled and it was horrible they pulled three brokeI went back to have some teeth pulled!omg big mistake he pulled some broke one I had absesses in my mouth also and he hurt me some I mean one time I was only digging my feet in the chair. And when I left they gave me nothing for the pain . I got to the phar.acy and turned around and went back and had to ask for pain meds which he wrote me tramadol which didnt help my face was swollen bad the next day got no sleep because of the pain and took 9 thats right 9 tylenol to try and get some relief. I called them the next morning and they still wouldnt give me anything stronger.. a vetenerian will do better than that man did.. this is just my new update I wont be going back there. I dont have to be treated like that again.. thanks for reading....I would like to change my opinion of helping hands. I got a call today and my dentures will be ready tomorrow the lady I spoke to was very understanding and concerned about how I felt. She said they got some more people on board that will make things run alot smother than before. I am very excited happy and satisfied . And I will continue with my lower plate and extractions there now since things will go alot smother. Thanks helping hands for reaching out to me and making things right .I went today to get my dentures and I was treated so well. My top plate was so pretty and fit nicely. The dentist took time to explain everything and i am going back next month to start getting extractions for my bottom plate . I just want to thank everyone there for being so nice and helpful we got off to a rough start but I am 100 percent satisfied and cant stop smiling!! Thanks helping hands staff and dentist and the new lab tech that made it happen for me.

I called this place today to hopefully get a broken tooth removed. Price for exam and exrays was more than Complete Dental Care. When I asked about payment plans (since I dont have insurance) I was told they dont have payment options. This was a shock since I was told this would be a better place for me to go and get help with dental needs. Totally disappointed

Ive been to dentist all of my life..Im 64.. the dentist that is there now is a NIGHTMARE...that staff are wonderful...on both occasions Ive seen the new dentist shes smart & shes crude...I was given today several injections to deaden the tooth that was going to be extracted...this woman starts pushing ony tooth & I was telling her that I cld still feel the pain but she just kept on digging & pushing & I finally moved her arm myself.. she ask me not to & I told her I was telling her plainly that I cldnt stand that & that I could feel it still...this happened 2 or 3 times..she gave a cpl more injections to deaden it & I cld still feel these shots & these raise me out of the chair...the dentist I did see retired..he was so kind..maybe you shld hire him back to teach her some bedside techniques...She never once apologized...I wont be back...these places are great but w ppl like her Ill pay more...

I had my first appointment today. I was a nervous wreck! I havent been to a dentist in a long time and I need a lot of work. The office staff was wonderful, they were kind and helpful. Social distancing guidelines were followed in the waiting room and chairs were cleaned after each patient was called back. The nurse who took my x-rays was patient and reassuring when I expressed my anxiety. The dentist was kind and professional and answered all of my questions. When I was making my follow up appointment, the receptionist thoroughly explained the procedure for follow up visits and costs. To top it off, because it is indeed my birthday, the office staff found and gave me a Happy Birthday baloon! It was a good experience overall and I was completely impressed and satisfied with my visit.

People are so friendly. They get you in quickly. Clean. Decent prices. Its very well organized. Protection in place for virus. Awesome dentist.

I had I had an amazing experience yesterday at 1408 North Highland Helping Hands Dentistry. The atmosphere was not only friendly but very relaxing. The receptionist Ashley A. Was very kind and helpful as well as the entire staff of ladies there. They made a painful and stressful situation a better experience for me. I would greatly recommend anyone going to them for dental care. Thank you all for your timely manner and kindness.

We have excellent staff. Great boss. I feel honored working with Gods plan. I was volunteer and later on got hired.

It was a very bad experience. My mouth wasnt fixed and because I didnt like the work thst was done I was kicked out of there office. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here.

Upon arrival I was greeted with professionalism...The staff was great and got me seen about in a timely manner... I look forward to seeing this dentist office again in the future

I was very surprised about how cheap everything was compared with all these other dentists. The people were very nice to me. I didnt have enough money to pay for everything but this lady name Sabrina Blue helped me and didnt charge me for some extractions. I thought that shes very nice. Go for yourself and I think that youll be happy.

The check in staff wore the same gloves while touching everyone. No enforced social distancing in the lobby. Finally got into the waiting room and and they asked if I was on the schedule for today. One and a half hour later, still in the waiting room. Just a tense and disorganized staff.

I discovered Helping Hands a year ago when I volunteered. Regardless of whomever differences may be; the clinic is still giving back to the community. Insured or not, as long as some sort of household income is being presented. I am appreciative that Helping Hands exists. The clinic is affordable. So dont worry about being insecure, and, there should not be any excuses why anyones dental needs shouldnt be met/kept.-T. Shanklin

Great staff and so friendly. I only paid $35 to get some extractions. Then, they helped me to save on my Medicare copayments as well. I am so happy that I was referred to go here. Tell people if they want to save money, this is the place to visit. Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you, thank you. I cried and hugged the staff before I left the dental clinic. I couldnt have afforded to get dental care anywhere. I had to travel nearly an hour away just to find them. When I got here, everyone was so nice and patient because I was scared to go to the dentist. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you helping hands.

Thanks yall saved me a lot of money. I priced getting this stuff done somewhere else but I couldnt afford it. So say what you want, these people are very nice and Im glad that I came.

This place is a joke.. the amount of stress they put me under is ridiculous! They will not admit to messing up anything and that’s all they have done to my mouth I gave them a lot of money and now I have to give out more money for it to be done right!!

Hi. My gratitude is on the 10/10 scale. Ive heard nothing but positive experiences and suggestions on the place to go. Im nervous as my initial appt and exam is coming up. Im in the process of getting extractions before getting dentures and smile. they cant tell me a price as i havent had the exam. But i dont want to be starting this process if its unaffordable at this time and have high hopes not able to be met. Can anyone give me some feedback of how much the expenses had been from personal experience?

I saw Dr Coffman and got a root canal. He assured me he would take good care of me. I went through with the root canal and afterwards I felt pressure when pushing down on the tooth but didnt think much of it. Went to another dentist 8 days later and got a x-ray to make sure the root canal was done correctly and turns out it had been overfilled way past my gum line. The pressure has gotten worse when I push on the tooth and now I have sensitivity as well. This ordeal will most likely result in my tooth having to be extracted and Ill probably have to be forced to get a bridge bc Im missing tooth beside this tooth as well. I had a funny feeling about trusting him and I should have listened to my gut.
