We had a wonderful first experience at this place! All 3 of my children were very nervous at first, but they all felt much better after their visit. The staff was very friendly and they all seemed to enjoy being there. This was such a pleasant experience! Thank you very much!!

The staff was great. Their wasnt a long wait. They made my baby and I feel welcomed. My baby enjoyed herself as well. They gave me more than enough information so that I can feel confident to care for her teeth. I definitely see this being her dentist that shell have for a very long time.

My kids love this place. This was their first time and the staff made them feel welcomed. They were very nice and generous to each individual child and suited their needs. My 3yr old did awesome and the staff loved how mature she was and did not need my assistance with her because she is so independent. My oldest did not complain about the roughness she had experienced from other offices that left her mouth sore for days and she couldnt eat after just getting her teeth cleaned. She said they were very gentle with her mouth and she loved that about them. Over all, all the kids were happy with their service.

We love Mississippi Smiles! Dr. Harris and his team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My kids LOVE going to the dentist (a MUCH different experience than I had as a child)! Im so thankful that my children wont have the same anxiety that I do when it comes to taking care of their smiles. They offer TVs with kids shows playing all the time (even on the ceiling, so the kids can watch while theyre in the chair), video games and a play structure in the waiting area, flavored toothpaste for cleaning, and parents are always allowed to go back with their kiddos. I couldnt ask for a better dental experience for my kids. I only wish that they saw adults too! I would definitely be a Mississippi Smiles patient if I could!

Amazing place with awesome staff! They were able to put my terrified child at ease. We had been turned away from other offices due to her phobia. They were so welcoming and fun that she barely noticed she was at a dentist. They were also very thorough and explained everything! Totally worth the drive for us!

This is a wonderful dental office especially for children. They have great Dental assistance and dentist. Love love this place! I was able to schedule 3 minors all on the same day, at the same time, within a week of my call. Most places would want to spread them out and push the appt 2/3 weeks out. When we went in for the appt, we were greeted and moved along swiftly. They are definitely all anoint sanitizing common areas right about now! Our hygiene assistant was the best. He was so excellent with my boys. Dentist was great as well. I highly recommend!

First I would just like to say THANK YOU! I came in with my 4 year old son because he was having some tooth pain. Not knowing that it was as bad as it was. Dr. GG took one look at it and told me that it needed to be removed. The staff was so great and patient with Caleb. They took very good care of him. Very informative about the next steps to take with keeping him comfortable at home. I kid you not, it took him 2 minutes to get Caleb’s tooth out. It was an awesome experience! I will spread the word about Ms Smiles and definitely will be bringing the other kids in to see them. Thank you all so much for seeing us in a time such as this❤️

All three of my children get dental cleanings and work done when needed. They work so well with kids. My youngest is three and loves it so much she sits and listens like the big kids. They always put a smile, a clean one at that, on my kids faces. Their staff is very nice amd we always end up laughing and smiling together over conversation. I highly recommend MS Smiles on County Line Road to anyone with children!

My daughter was a little nervous about getting a filling done. However when it was all over she was happy. From entering and exiting the facility every encounter was wonderful. I am happy that I switched dental companys, all of my children love it here.

Very child friendly. Fun waiting area, and TVs over each chair. Clean environment, nice staff.Mostly pleased overall, but disappointed with one hygienist who was in charge of cleaning my 18mos teeth. She did not even attempt it and had me brush my child’s teeth. She said it’s fine but to use the polished brush, even until 4. Why am I recommended to take my baby to the dentist if I’m just going to be the one brushing? At another office with another baby, the dentist did polish my 18 months old teeth, and had made her feel safe and comfortable prior to doing so. Disappointed this hygienist made no attempts at all. You’re welcome for the break 🙄

County Line Road Location: Very quick service. My 8 year old was very comfortable with the technicians and the dentist! They were very patient and understanding. They did not mind answering the million and one questions that my child had! We will definitely be coming back here!

My babies first visit!!!! And I was excited, from over to the phone, to the check in at the front desk, even the walk to the back to get Roman started was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Everyone was so nice and gentle. The assistants even kept Roman entertained while we wait for the doc. Dr. Harris was very observant and professional and offered great advice. This was my daughters first dental appointment and I am so glad my mom found this place. We had a nice time from start to finish. They made the children feel comfortable in many ways and had play areas and games they could enjoy while they waited! They are FAST and friendly. My 2 children had an appointment to get their teeth cleaned today. They were in and out in 20 MINUTES! Thats sign in until the dreaded choosing of the toy. When they call your name, you are given your appointment card for the next visit as soon as they call you to the back so there is no need for any stops after services have been rendered. We chose Mississippi Smiles for my one year old son, and it turned out to be a great decision! The office and waiting room itself is such a fun environment with lots of toys, a play area, and kids movies playing on a big TV. My experience with them on yesterday was awesome, everyone was so nice and professional from the assistants, doctor and the student. The student who worked with my very nervous 4 year old was really good and gentle with her, she was so comfortable with him that she gave him a hug at the end. Your children will LOVE this place. Theres a play area in the waiting room. And they have TVs in the ceiling, which play the most recent, popular kids movies. So your child gets to enjoy the show with a pair of sunglasses while getting their dental services. The staff is also very friendly and prompt.

They have a natural fear of dentist but because of the child friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff, they are very excited about future visits. The ONLY pediatric dentist Ill EVER take my children to from now on. They are AWESOME with children. From regular checkups to surgical procedures - weve been through it all with 0 complaints so far! Theyve even had to correct what a previous dentist did wrong. I would switch to Mississippi Smiles if I were you.

I have been taking both of my babies since they were 6 months! I wont go anywhere else! The staff are so friendly and a helpful. The doctors are patient with the babies and so professional love them!

Lucy is a very great employee she always attends the children very well.She works great with her staff and is very sweet. I also notice they are not like other dentistries who dont really talk to their patients. I really enjoyed it because they made me feel welcome and didnt criticize anything. Having just moved to Mississippi from Washington State, I was happy to learn about Mississippi Smiles. The wonderful staff came to my sons school to do a presentation. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.

The dentist was professional & handled my 2 year old like a pro. She observed a stain which we highlighted to his original dentist (without us prompting her). Mississippi Smiles is now my childs dental service provider.

My little girl was terrified of a dentist/doctors office. When I brought her for the first time she was scared to death, she cried with everything they did up till the doctor came in to see her and she was a totally different child. And when leaving she said mommy im not scared anymore:-). If the doctor made my little girl fill that safe I would highly recommend her to everyone. Go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Just Saying!!!!

All the staff members are professional. They explain in detail everything being done, what needs to be done, the rate and exact amount insurance covers. It is a peaceful atmosphere where ALL the employees work together. Clean! I would highly recommend.

My daughter started going to Mississippi Smiles shortly after they opened and we will continue to be seen there for as long as we live in Jackson. Love the staff & Dr. Harris is awesome, all of the dentists are from what Ive seen. Everyone is nice, professional, and the office is very clean. We never have to wait long, even with a walk-in visit due to an unforseen dental emergency, we waited about 10 minutes. My munckin is 6 & she is always excited to go to the dentist. I LOVE Mississippi Smiles & highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for the kids.

Tried out Mississippi Smiles for the first time this morning. They were very quick and professional. My son was in and out for a cleaning and xrays in less than an hour. We will definitely be returning.

The front desk check in young lady with the spots wasnt very welcoming for this to be our first visit maybe she wasnt feeling good or something I like to be greeted with a smile and a smiley voice when coming into an establishment for kids she was dry and not happy at all I look for customer service when visiting for the first time My kids was excited to visit mississippi smiles bc of the commercial but she almost made me cancel and leave back out wow..but the dental assistant in the back was awsome!! High praise to her and the dentist put the cherry on the shake he was very personable explained in English were I can understand about my kids dental health loved him there the reason I will be returning bc I was skeptical after my check in was so sad but they turned it all around for me thanks

After 3 years I wouldn’t trade this Dentist Office or the staff. Whenever we are there, the staff is always so nice and friendly. My daughter had issues with her tooth while in Gulfport for the Summer and the clinic there took great care of her and made the Jackson office aware of what took place. Today’s visit was amazing, I had 3 of my 5 kids scheduled. Had to be at work at 10, and we were out of there by 9:15. If you are looking for a Great Family Denisrty this is the one for you!!! Your kids will love the staff and so will you!!!Precious G
