Dr. PATEL is the best! His staff is also very friendly and efficient. They worked with my insurance and got me in for an appointment all in the same day.

The only dentist that could get my daughter in and fix her tooth the day of….and amazing service once we arrived!

After weeks of waiting to get into dentist for my 7 year old grand daughter who is in pain the so called dentist didn’t listen to the mom or my grand daughter he gave her antibiotics still screaming crying in pain weeks later she finally gets in this so called dentist has no bed side manners didn’t say a word to her jabs her in the mouth with needles no explanation she screams hyper ventilates he walks out says he can’t do this but he didn’t realize he knocked out another tooth left bruise on her cheek and left her in pain not a work the hygienist was awesome said he should of never did that was very considerate helpful ... after all this we have to wait another month to see another dentist while she sits in pain!!!! What’s is wrong with dentists where is the rule it’s a cardinal sin to have a toothache !! I’m disgusted with all this and concerned how our world has no compassion anymore!

Supposed to get a thorough cleaning, I didnt know that they were supposed to remove any tartar etc. My insurance is paying for this! I also have an infection in my gums they told me they wanted to see of it gets better! It doesnt get better. Science says it gets worse if it isnt removed. I dont feel like I should be doing their job , I have my own things to handle. This is probably why most people who live in the mid south have dental issues or no teeth! Another day ok the phone trying to get a proper cleaning. Hygienists told me a deep cleaning would cost $600 so I canceled my insurance. Found a dentist who said they have their own plan for 225 for the year which includes a deep cleaning. This place is terrible. Not to mention I never got treatment for my jaw pain Ive called about. So done with this place. Im not buying insurance for a free tooth brush every visit. Cmon.

My hygienist Rachel was very kind she made me feel like she was genuinely concerned about my overall oral health. I loved the dentist and it was by far my best dental experience since my regular dentist retired in 2016.

Super friendly people. I had a bad tooth which needed to be pulled. Every where else told me it would be a month before I could get in. They got me in same day. I am super grateful. Thank you so much!!!

Ok. So Im just gonna say that the ones rating this place anything below 5 stars are just crazy or impossible to please. Let me start this off with a little backstory. I did not have any dental care until I turned 18. I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in my life when I was 22 after joining the army. Im now 28. I started going to Dr. Patel back in the summer after a horrible (and excruciatingly painful) experience with a dinosaur of a dentist in Somerville, TN. (Literally a dinosaur. This female was tutored through med school by a velociraptor) Anyway.....I had 2 molars and two wisdom teeth in my bottom jaw that needed to come out. But one molar in particular was giving me a LOT of pain. He had a lot of trouble numbing it due to infection but I toughed it out and he managed to extract the problem molar. One of the roots broke off and I ended up having to be sent to a surgeon. Since Dr. Patel didnt get the ENTIRE tooth out, this angel of a dentist GAVE ME A REFUND of the out of pocket cost I paid (what my insurance didnt cover about $200ish). Fast forward to about 6 weeks post surgery. I made another appointment because while dealing with the aforementioned problem tooth, he stated he wanted to do a full exam, xrays, etc. for a few fillings that needed done and so on. 6 weeks later this man remembered who I was. Even remembered the fact that I told him I was getting married between the time of my surgery and this particular visit. (Talk about patient attention😁) We did the full exam, xrays, came up with my treatment plan for two root canals a few fillings. He gave me antibiotics and even a prescription for pain killers for (just in case the two teeth i need root canals on start hurting. He really goes above and beyond and thinks ahead) I went back today for my first round of fillings. Top and bottom on my left side. He remembered that he had difficulty numbing me before so instead of starting with basic lidocaine he just jumped ahead with the stronger stuff. (Why stick me more than I need right? He really is an angel like that😇) Anyway the fillings in my upper teeth went through no problem. My bottom jaw of course wouldnt numb. So I have another appointment in 3 days for the other Dr. to try it. If that doesnt work he will try something else. Hes like a machine, he will NOT stop until his patients are fully satisfied and with a happy beautiful smile. Bottom line if you expect a perfect experience in anything in life you will always be disappointed. But Dr. Patel always goes above and beyond for his patients. He pays attention to you and not only as a patient, but as a human being as well! And his staff is amazing. They are quick to answer any and all questions. If they cant explain something they will just play a little video for you. I will never see another dentist as long as this man is in practice. Keep it up Dr. Patel!!! Anyone with a medical degree really needs to take notes from you!!! And thank you so much for all your help and thank you in advance for all of the future help! See you Thursday!!!😁😁

This review is a bit personal and may never even be read by the employees, but I hope Im paying their kindness forward by writing it. There is something to be said about healthcare providers who take the Hippocratic oath and actually uphold it years into their career. In many ways, I get it. People are often generally disappointing and impossible to please, so many caregivers get burnt out and their jobs become more about pretense and money. They certainly deserve it for the years of studying and work that goes into a medical degree. There are so many who seem to tragically forget though why they wanted to help others to begin with. Dr. Patel and his staff are the real deal though, and I feel they deserve this praise. Due to special care needs and a yearly $5,000 allowance, I hit a very depressing snag that was so worth it in the end. My name came up at the beginning of 2020 finally for a state program with a very long waiting list. After all the x-rays and measurements were done and approved, the sponsor decided to abruptly end the program. The day I found out would have been devastating after 10 years without decent insurance, and 2 years now of fighting off infections in my wisdom teeth, among several other things I needed fixed badly. I would have been turned away with 3 of 4 wisdom teeth removed and nothing more, but Dr. Patel and Bree somehow worked a miracle and got me back to perfect oral health. They are great people, genuinely, and now that it doesnt feel so hopeless altogether, I will plan to continue care with them after I secure decent insurance. I hope this helps someone uncertain of who to trust for their oral cosmetic and dental needs. Ill never forget the kindness I was shown here. If you guys ever read this, thank you a million times over once again.

Insurance staff is underqualified, poor work ethics. Went in for root canal and Breanna said insurance hadnt responded with approval. I called insurance and they said tjey hadnt received any claims and they typically get it within 24hrs of request. Ive been going there since I moved here and always had insurance yet they made me pay out of pocket full procedure then yo have insurance tell me I OVERPAID. Breannas explanation was that its cheaper if you have insurance... unacceptable and unethical... during a pandemic she has the audacity to OVERCHARGE payients who pay out of pocket if they donthave insurance?! Doesnt make sense at all!! Out of $1,050 Insurance took off like 300 saying they were BS charges. SMH Still waiting on refund... switching all family elsewhere where they actaully care about patients and dont rip em off.

The staff is very kind. I had a good experience with a routine cleaning, but not so much with having some cavities filled. I felt a decent amount of pain during the procedure, and some of the fillings did not even last two months. It still seems like a good place, but Im not going back.

The worst dentist I have ever been to. They messed up my bite and couldnt fix it after multiple attempts. I was in so much pain. I finally went to a different dentist and they had me fixed and pain free after a single office visit.

Went to this office 6 months ago for fillings on almost ALL of my back teeth. 8 of them to be exact. I brush my teeth daily and have never had a problem with cavities. I had just recently switched to dr. Patel and 6months after my fillings were done they fell out. Went to a new dentist and NONE of my fillings were done right. I was told I had phenomenal teeth. I would not recommend this place!! My mouth was not even fully numb when they did my fillings and they came in and did them. I was in that office literally 15-20 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I highly recommend this place especially when it comes to Dr.Minesh he is in my opinion one of the best Ive seen ,he is professional, caring,compassionate and explains things thoroughly. .with me having lupus he always takes that into consideration and takes extra precautions. Thumbs up!!

I made an appointment for a routine checkup. They checked my info and said they had my up to date insurance info. I drove all the way out there just to be told that I wasnt covered and I had to pay out of pocket. They should of told me when I made the appointment and I am soooo pissed off because I wasted time and gas with something that could of been taken care over the phone. It is very unprofessional and rude.

I hate going to the dentist, I have always put it off until I absolutely have to go. They were so friendly and nice. They numbed my mouth up before they shot me up with nova cane and the worst part of it all was hearing the drill. I have always panicked at the dentist, but not this day. Im definitely going back before im in serious pain and they are AFFORDABLE TOO!!!

Dr. Patel is a great Dr. His staff however are not!I took the drugs prescribed by Patel for anxiety and TMJ.I had to schedule family to take me and pick me up being on the meds they prescribed, and when I got to their office I was told the doctor wasn’t in that day.I was like ok, why didn’t someone have the Decency to call me? What am I suppose to do now that I’m all loopy I can’t work like this?So unprofessional on their part!!This has happened before and I am now going to find a new dentist. They just lost a customer that pays their bills and never owes! Their loss.

My husband and no longer see dr.patel. His fillings fell out twicebetween two of his teeth within a week. Put in 3 times. They encourage buying crowns which are expensive without insurance.

2 visits and 465.00 to get a tooth pulled when I wasnt in the chair over 15 minutes total is robbery...

So I just left there having a tooth pulled. For starters they did not have the numbing agent that I have to use due to allergic reactions, however, I was in so much pain I said go ahead and use what is on hand and Id deal with the consequences. She then informs me that she cant give me any gas because shes pregnant. Ok, still just get the tooth out. While waiting for numbness to kick in she starts vomiting from morning sickness. Then I go to leave and am handed a little baggie with six pieces of guaze in it which an hour later I have went through. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist and I have had a lot of dental work done.

Went above and beyond for me!!! Everyone is super nice!!
