I did a virtual tour with the sales person about a month ago. She was very sweet and took time to listen to all of our family issues. She made the tour easy for me being a person who is not tech smart! The assisted living apartment was perfect for my dad but he passed away before moving in. I just wanted to thank everyone at Elmcroft for being so kind and patient with me and my family while we were going through a difficult time. I never felt like they didnt care and we were looking forward to moving in. I would recommend this community and the caring sales person to anyone looking for a place for their family.

I came to Elmcroft as the new Executive Director in March 2020. I am returning to my home town after 50 years. I am blessed to be here. My expectations of the staff is very high I must admit. AS is our residents expectations of me to deliver high quality care and support. I do not have any comments about the past however, I do have an open door policy. I am always available to speak frankly about Elmcroft of Jackson - today.

I have been a resident of Elmcroft for two years and I would not consider being anywhere else. This is my home and I enjoy everyday here. The staff has really become part of my extended family and I truly love them and they love me. All my needs are met in a timely way and I have no hesitation in recommending Elmcroft to you or to your family member. This is assisted living as it was meant to be.

Amazing residents. Amazing staff. Amazing administration. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Residents and staff always seem to be very happy. And I’m am blessed and honored to be apart of this family.

I enjoy visiting this community. The staff is always kind and very helpful, they truly love the seniors who live there. The activity director always has wonderful events planned and I enjoy volunteering and being a part of this community. The director always takes time to talk with visitors and the people who live there and she seems to generally care for all the staff and people who live there. I would highly recommend this assisted-living to anyone who loves their seniors !

My dad has been at Elmcroft since March of 2017. The staff do an excellent job of resident care. I would recommend Elmcroft to any who are making a decision about assisted living. Judy

I DO NOT recommend this place. My mom was in here but I took her out asap. They would not keep me updated on her care. Even after being told I ONLY wanted her seen by her primary care physician, they took her other places to get seen. They also took her, without my knowledge, to get flu shots. I drove over 1.5 hours to take her to her doctor for her scheduled visit to get her shots only to find out they had already taken her somewhere. it felt like they wanted to take total control and did not allow the family to have any say, any dealings with, be included with her whatsoever.

I met with the Administrator, Resident Services Director and Marketing Coordinator today and was so impressed with their Professionalism and Hospitality! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My Mother-In-Love has been a resident of Elmcroft for just over a year and she absolutely loves the staff, and calls it home! She enjoys bingo and the weekly outings, and her room up front, so she can watch people come and go. We are thankful for the love and care she receives!/

Nastiest place in Jackson. Don’t put your family members at this place. Administrator is on drugs and falls asleep at her desk frequently. Her family gets drunk at facility with residents often. How would you leave your parents in the care of these people?!?! Drive past this place PLEASE!

Not good under the new management. It has gone straight downhill. They are bringing in anyone and making promises that they can not keep. They can not hold or take care of the residents they currently have. Even the caregivers are leaving. Since my last review I havent in my opinion and have even left the establishment upon their threatening words to me I would not advise anybody to listen to their continuous lies just to get your dollar.

It is a joy to be back working in Memory care . i was gone for 3 years and missed being with the Staff and residents and their families. It is good to know that their is the most loving and caring staff we have here at Elmcroft . I am glad to be back.
