My husband and I are completely smitten with Regency! It is well managed, very clean and lots of activities taken place. The staff keeps us well informed of everything happening good or bad. When my father-in-law fell, they arranged a trip to the hospital and called my husband to meet them there. He was okay. They treat the residents like they would their own family members. The food is well prepared and we know that his needs are being catered by them.

Great staff and experience!

Loved going to this community to work with some of the residents. Place was well light, has plenty of floor space, and provided many activities for the residents. The staff were friendly and very assistive to myself and residents. Looking forward to going back soon.

My Mother has been here for 4 years now, and they have the sweetest people working. My Mother has felt at home in Memory Care since my Dad died. The attention they gave her, and the comfort was wonderful! They go out of their way to assist in every way possible. The staff in the Memory Care are all very sweet and helpful. They have a lot of activities going on, which makes it a fun place. Everyone is very sweet and friendly, Penny is the best secretary, receptionist and friend you can find. Jenny the Administrator is just so friendly and knowledable. I appreciate all of you so very much.

If you want your parents to fall and break a hip........send them here. They are always understaffed and always make excuses for not enough coverage. The staff is constantly changing ........need I say more!.I wanted to add that one of the owners just contacted me and my feedback was heard and a solution was reached that we both could agree with and I appreciated his help!

My step father was admitted here. He had constant falls that resulted in frequent ER visits. He lost weight, the ability to walk without assistance and the ability to toilet himself in 4 months! Basically he was left in his room to fend for himself....this is not a memory care unit. Do not trust the care here for your loved ones!

In August, 2013 we placed my stepmother at Regency. So far, we have been very pleased. My stepmother is not a social person but has participated in the activities which are many. Her overall health has improved since moving there. She is eating better, getting some exercise, and has nothing to worry about, so her stress level has diminished. Other than the recent price increase (which I thought was a bit excessive) we have been happy with our placement. The staff is wonderful, caring, and very upbeat and encouraging. I have and will continue to recommend Regency to anyone looking for placement in an assisted living facility.

My beloved Momma lived at Regency Retirement Village the last several months of her life. She received excellent care but the most important thing was how loved the staff made her feel. I highly recommend Regency Retirement Village!

My Mom has dementia, and problems were occurring at home that required immediate attention. After spending a temporary time at Senior Care Unit in Perry Co., Regency came to the rescue and placed Mom in a room immediately in the Memory Care Unit. Jo Anne was a big help in helping find necessary items that Mom would need, like a bed and lines etc,.... things we were not prepared for. Mom was placed in an area that was secure, safe, and friendly. The area was not only clean, (Important to me was the fact that the area smelled clean) the staff was very patient and helpful in getting Mom accustomed to the new surroundings. The staff urge residents to get involved with social activities but respect the need for alone time. She is treated with respect and dignity. Mom is encouraged to do the things she is able to do herself and help is always there when she needs it. I know from experience that there are two ladies that are willing to go to bat for the resident if the need arises.The staff is always available to answer questions from me, and I feel blessed to have my Mom in such a caring environment.Mary Ann Price
