Excellent service and care for my family member. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the caregivers are compassionate and kind.
Asked for dog friendly people only. Prepping for surgery at hospital, I get a call; Reece wants to put my dog in the garage while record breaking temps are occurring and I have to repeat the instructions. Again while medicated in hospital. Then at home recovering and a knock wakes me becaise my dog needs tending to at a shift change. Not a dog friendly person. Dog scares woman who screams. Dog bites. As shes leaving she informs me that Reece never told her of the dog. Now my family requires I get rid of my dog so I can heal(?) and never be fed once without buying prepared food, and then Ill take care of my mother 10 times better than they do anyway. A woman who has Alzheimers could at least have something cold to drrink without post-op me taking care of it. then $100 bought me two fried chickens, some blackeyed peas, some green beans and some scalloped potatoes with 3 2 liter beverages. I calculate that to be at least $50 for a tip. They finally were sent back for two days and things got worse. They closed the door to my mothers room so she wouldnt be a bother to their phone games. No food again, although I had am offer for some after I got up and dressed to get food. Kept being woken up while in pain to answer questions I find ridiculous; Are you okay? Well, I was. Do you know if I get off at six or seven? No, I just know I wont get back to sleep until Its time for medicine...and thats if Im lucky.. I wasnt lucky by the way.
We found their services were excellent. They were responsive and professional and coped very well with our frequently changing needs.Id definitely recommend them for care in your home.
