Jordyn thoughtfully rearranged her schedule so that my 2 wax services would be back-to-back, instead of 75 minutes apart. Jordyn has an upbeat personality and she made sure my comfort was a priority. Her waxing process was meticulous and clean. Online booking (via Vagaro) was straightforward and the reminder texts were appreciated. I also appreciate how this business offers hard wax as well as sugaring. I will definitely book with Jordyn again!Peyton at the front desk was very welcoming and left me with the impression that she is an honest and confident team member. Joie is literally the best!! I’ve been seeing her for sugaring for a while now and she does an amazing job and is so easy to talk to and friendly. It can be super awkward getting your bikini waxed/sugared but she makes it easy and relaxing.

She has a bubbly personality and knows what kind of music I like and has it on when I get there. I saw both Katie and Brooke for sugaring and Im so happy! A friend recommended this place to me for sugaring and Im so glad she did because everyone there is so sweet and professional. Everything from the communication and appointment reminders to making me feel comfortable and at ease. I was not looking forward to the brazillian haha and was having some body shame issues but they made me feel completely confident about the service and were so accommodating. They also went out of their way to look up product information because I have sensitivities to certain products/ingedients. They use several product lines that are made from natural ingedients and I feel great knowing they invest in premium products that are safe for my skin. I went for the first time with my friend to have a facial done. First of all, when you walk in, you feel like youre in a different city! The decor is so beautiful and it made me feel relaxed right away. Their entire staff is so warm and friendly, and they have the best tea also!! I was really impressed with the quality of products that they use- they are imported from Europe and are all very good for extra sensitive skin like mine. The facial was WONDERFUL!! She used an ultrasonic cleaner that felt really good, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. I have found my go to place for skin care now- Im a client for life!!

I have been here twice now for waxing and sugaring and Katie is AMAZING! She is very friendly and welcoming and totally put me at ease straight away. I was quite nervous about going for a bikini wax as I am pregnant and everyone was telling me how much more painful it is because of increased blood flow, but despite this I think the wax with Katie was one of the easiest and least painful I have ever had. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Brooke is a sugaring/waxing goddess. I was extremely nervous to try it for the first time, as Id only shaved a few times in my life and usually just kept things trim (at 30yo). Not only was her staff extremely welcoming, but she walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable getting my first Brazilian. Ive gone back at least 4 times new (every 5 wks) and things have just been getting better!I am very prone to ingrown hairs (hello, curly hair!) but shes helped me find the best process around them and never pressured me to continue getting the service. She also lets me nervous chatter through the entire appointment - which would drive most people nuts.I could wax poetic (...get it?) about this place but will stop here. If youre looking for a great staff, knowledgeable estheticians, relaxing atmosphere and PLUS a fantastic looking Brazilian, hit this place up immediately!

Went in today for my first ever brow tint. Although my brows are already pretty dark, Joy found a great shade to not overdo, but give me the depth I needed to feel more confident. Excellent service, excellent price. Will definitely be coming back.

Went there the first time to get a Brazilian. She did a great job until the next day I was ridiculously sore. Come to find out she just didnt use enough powder. So thats fixable if I decide to go to them again.I also went to them to get a eyelash lift and tint she did a absolutely amazing job. And the whole staff is super super nice I definitely will be returning to them.

The new space is gorgeous, elegant and inviting. The online booking system is easy to use, everything is well thought out. I wont go anywhere else, they really understand sensitive skin.

The absolute best! Ive gone to her for eyelash extensions, waxing, and sugaring and there is no one else I would ever go to. Shes not only the best at what she does, she also educates you. I always learn a new trick or tip when I go to see her. Plus shes so sweet and so much fun to be around.
