Friends got me a gift card for my birthday and I finally used it. Grateful that they did cause ill be going back to InSpa again. The facility for very clean and neat, the gals at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My esthetician, Haley, was great and had some good recommendations after my facial. Overall great experience and can’t wait to go back. Prices are steep so be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. I was prepared because I researched online and know skincare is expensive.

InSpa is a fantastic place in this area to get a facial or massage! The employees are very professional and I always feel much better afterwards. Their prices are reasonable, too. Inspa does not have a snobby spa feel, but a place where everyone can feel comfortable.

I usually go to Lash Factory for my lash lifts, but they are currently moving to a new location and are closed. I came here in the meantime and WOW -- loved it! Such friendly and professional service.They also did a great job with COVID safety (screening for symptoms, asking you to wait in your car until time for your service, temperature checks, masks required, etc.).My technician did a wonderful job with my brow wax and lash lift. They might be my new go-to!

Service was for a facial and the esthetician did a good job. She had some issues with new equipment but she was skilled. My skin looks and feels good. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. I gave 3 stars as this is a basic spa and does not have the typical spa ambiance. Price was fair and I like the convenience of this spa. I would return.

I was at in-spa in issaquah today hoping to get my hydro plus broad spectrum spf 30 because I’m out. I need a new one but the lady on the front desk not so helpful at all she was rushing for the next customer. I was there two times already for my derma-planning facial treatment and I used to love the place and the service. But today she wasn’t really polite. I was standing on the side at the counter because I don’t have an appointment.I just want to get the sunscreen .also hoping to get a flyer for new price update but she says she don’t have it and told me to go online. I left without my sunscreen because I don’t feel like I am welcome . She treat me poorly

I am not one to write reviews but unfortunately my experience at In Spa was disappointing and I want to let other people know. A few weeks ago I booked an appointment for a 25 minute hands on tension massage and was disappointed that I did not receive the full 25 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 and I did not sit down on the table until about 4:20. When my massage therapist was finished, I took a couple minutes to get up, put on my shoes and was back in my car by 4:40?! I paid $55 for a 25 minute massage and am quite disappointed that I was shorted 10 minutes. I will not be returning. One star for the friendly receptionist and one start for the just okay massage.

My aesthetician (Mackensie) does an excellent job taking great care during my microneedle sessions which are virtually painless at this point, but also is a big blast of sunshine, which was super uplifting during COVID lockdown. She listens and notes my areas of concern and always does a good job of reminding me about aftercare since my sessions are a few weeks apart. I would highly recommend a visit!

Awesome experience! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Spa itself is very clean, super comfortable, and enjoyable during duration of visit. I got a leg and brow wax from Tiffany. She was super fun to be around and extremely professional. 10/10 will return for more treatments! Absoulety would recommend!

Absolute ripoff. Paid for it 45 minutes pedicure that got over in 25 minutes and the front desk didnt even have the courtesy to provide a reasonable explanation. Never going back again.

Friendly front desk and professional estheticians

I have had waxing services done there with several different estheticians and it’s all very clean, quick, painless and professional. Also, today I had a lash lift and tint with Kenzie as well and she did a great job and very thorough. You can tell she knows her stuff and was super nice to chat with. I will be back for sure.

I had a shellac manicure and a pedicure. The manicure chipped the first night, which is not typical of a shellac manicure. I went back and had the manicure repaired. A few days later the top coat peeled on my two thumbs, which is also not typical of a shellac manicure. I had to go back and have a second repair. The manicurists were very sweet and did the repairs, however, I was told by the front desk that they will not be doing any further repairs. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE MY MANICURES NEEDING REPAIR!. Its time consuming, not fun, and I paid allot of money at this high priced salon. I found it rude and insulting to tell a customer who had a bad experience with their manicure that the salon is not willing to do any further repairs. I should not need repairs. So dont worry InSpa I will not be back for repairs or any other service. There are many other wonderful nail spas who offer quality, friendly, responsible services...I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that you do as well!

I am not happy with service because I expected professional approach. The lady was nice, but she didn’t clean the nails properly around the edges before applying shellac, so it looks inaccurate :( I can see and feel some parts of dry skin. I do not know if I should come back and show how it looks. Make sure it is well done before applying the product.

Love this place! the ladies are great! the atmosphere inside calming when walk through the door is so Welcoming.

Watch out for FRAUD! Today I called InSpa to arrange to pre-pay for services for my wife and sister in laws who were visiting from out of town. They dont have a way to prepay by phone but assured me I could go in and prepay in person and they would hold it as a gift card which would apply to the service. Two hours later I had to call and cancel ( I first tried to reschedule for the next day but they would not accommodate us and asked them to just void my charge because my wife and in-laws were still out of town and would not make the appointment. They refused. They would not even let me speak with the manager when I asked. The receptionist called me back to tell me that it was their policy not to refund prepaid services and we would just have to hold onto the gift card. This was to be a treat for out of town visitors that turned into a nightmare. They took my money and we got nothing in return. There are far too many salons who take care of their clients and dont try to take advantage of circumstances to take your money. Stay away from InSpa.

This place is awesome! Whenever I come here to get mani pedis, it always comes out perfect, totally worth every penny. And all the aestheticians are super friendly, and I dont get them often but when I do get massages the pressure is great and the therapists are really attentive. You cant go wrong no matter what you get here.
