The front desk is terrible!! It took me three weeks to schedule an appoitment . I left multiple messages and never get a call back. Once I got through the lady said she is on lunch (at 2030) and she call me back, but never did! Got the appoipment afterall after refusing to be put on hold or call back the next time I called!! What a challenge!!

An office is only as good as their front office staff, and this front office gets a 1 for service. They rarely answer their phone during business hours, do not return voice messages, and when they say they will call you back right away they do not call back. Stay away from this place!

I received poor quality of care here. I have gone here many times before and was happy with the care I was receiving until recently when I saw a different doctor. For starters, the medical assistant that assisted me had awful bedside manner and Dr. Evans, who did my procedure was talking to me about billing while she had a speculum inside my body. Incredibly unprofessional and insensitive care! I did not have my new insurance card with me and told them that because of the importance of the procedure that Id rather pay out of pocket now and send it to my insurance later if that is what was holding up the exam. They explained to me that the procedure had to be done and I was unwilling to risk my health because of not having an insurance card on me at the time--apparently they had a different idea of what was more important. I had already undressed and was waiting on the exam table for the doctor when she told me I needed to call my insurance before they could continue. Having a pelvic procedure is already a vulnerable and uncomfortable situation and then to have your doctor ask you to solve a billing problem when you dont even have pants on is an absolutely repulsive model of care for a patient. I was literally pulling out my credit card to hand to my doctor while on the exam table. Then when she finally started to do the procedure the medical assistant opened the door to tell Dr. Evans that I do have insurance. I then expressed to Dr. Evans my feelings about having someone open the door during my procedure and she explained to me that the MA letting her know that I do have insurance was important for her decision making on how she is going to proceed with my procedure. When I asked how me having insurance or not informs the kind of care I receive I then learned that less biopsies would be taken if I did not have insurance. So unacceptable! With or without insurance I deserve the best quality of care and I believe that she was stereotyping me and making the assumption that I could not pay out of pocket. I work in a clinic and when someone forgets their insurance card we call their insurance and it is no problem, but this whole experience felt like a shakedown. I will be finding a different obgyn.
