L15 Salon and Spa was amazing. My hair was exactly as I wanted it to look. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The salon was super clean. They explained exactly how the whole hair process was going to go, offered my water or soda. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are really good at what they do.

I recently moved to Issaquah and was looking for a salon. I also had been wanting to do a very short hairstyle and was referred to Tempe at L15. She did an AMAZING job with my hairstyle and is an all-around great person! If you’re feeling like getting your hair cut super short, book an appointment with Tempe! I can’t recommend her enough!

My hair was a wreck having not been cut in a long time due to quarantine, I didnt know exactly what I wanted going in to get it cut, I just knew I needed help making it healthy again. I shared my concerns with Man and she knew exactly what to do to treat my concerns AND end up with an amazing cut. She accomplished exactly what I didnt know I wanted and was so friendly and professional along the way. I would 100% recommend her and this salon to anyone looking for a stylist in the Issaquah area. Stephanie was fantastic. I never quite know what will work best and she was a great balance of suggesting new ideas and asking for my feedback. I felt like she really spent extra time to freshen things up and I exited with a different cut and color than normal and I love it.

I recently had my hair cut and colored by Tempe. She did an excellent job. She took the time to go over color swatches with me and haircut decisions. She seemed very knowledgeable about my hair type. I came in with discoloring and damage and came out with healthy looking hair.I did have to come back to get my cut evened out, because I forgot to tell her how I do my part. The receptionist got me in right away without charge. Tempe was very patient with me. She took the time to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely go back.

Asia always does an amazing job on my hair, shes very efficient and it always looks incredible. Super clean and pretty salon. Had an issue with being double charged but they resolved the issue quickly.

L15 is very conveniently located for Issaquah residents. The online scheduling is easy, and I usually dont have any trouble getting an appointment that is convenient for me - though my stylist is usually booked about two weeks out. Im extremely happy with the salon environment, service, and my cuts. I only knocked one star off because the color Ive had isnt the greatest. Not enough to really complain about, but never exactly what Ive asked for. I do recommend L15 for those interested.

I was a regular client here for about 3.5 years for both cuts and color treatments. I always liked the environment, and Ashley, who was my main stylist, always did a great job. I referred friends who also became regulars, tipped well, and always held my appointments. Recently, I had a crisis at work (I am a teacher, and this meeting involved a student with a mental health issue ) and was late for an appointment. I could not call in advance, because I was in this meeting, and when I did call, it was about 20 minutes in to a scheduled 2-hour appointment. I was in tears from the meeting, which I would imagine the receptionist could hear, and I asked if it was still possible for me to get either the cut or color service I was scheduled for, as I could be there in another 15 minutes. She curry rep lied that it would not be possible because I was late, amnd that salon policy was to charge me for half the cost of the scheduled service. It was clear there was not going to be any flexibility, so I thanked her and hung up. 30 minutes later, I received an email alert of the charge.I understand the reason for such policies, but I was very disappointed and frustrated at the way this situation was handled. I spent literally thousands of dollars at this salon while I was a client, and was responsible for their gaining other clients as well. I was treated impersonally and coldly when I was in a stressful situation, though I was apologetic, polite and flexible. Though the services - and prices - are high-end, this experience made me feel they thought I was expendable and my patronage was not valuable. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere.

Been going here for haircuts since it opened. Enjoy the complimentary coffee or tea upon check-in. Frequently see new faces at the front desk, but am a regular client of Jeremys for the past several years. A beautifully renovated building.

Such a warm and friendly salon. Beverages are always offered as soon as one arrives (including wine). The stylists are friendly, not snooty or gossipy. It is a great environment. The downside is parking. When it is busy, one may have to park on the street, which has no sidewalk, and can get muddy.
