The staff are very nice and they work really well with different payments plans I highly recommend this place for braces

Staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter is a transfer from another state and the acceptance and transition was very smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 😁

My experience was very bad I paid 5000 thousand dollars for my braces , and when they were removed I noticed that my lower teeth were still a little crooked and they said it were fine and they gave me some retainers to keep my smile. but I am not satisfied I feel that it is a lot the money that is paid to not be satisfied.

With every visit staffing was always helpful, informative and courteous. With insurance the price was very reasonable

Smile Doctors is a great place for braces. They are quick, précis and I definitely see a change in my sons teeth so it won’t take a long time to correct his teeth. Only thing, their hours are not that great for a working parent. Last appt is at 3:30 so make a mental note of that

The Entire staff is a great team from the receptionist, the office personnel, the x-ray tech, and the Orthodontist. I highly reccommend this location. They went above and beyond for me. You can tell they love their jobs. That makes a difference in their commitment for the best results. I cant say enough good things about them. Two thumbs up!!!

My braces came off today!!! The time passed fairly quickly and I had no pain and no complaints. EVERYONE was super! Today I was fitted with a permanent retainer and a nightime retainer complete with instructions. What a difference. I only wish I had a Smile Doctors around about 50 years ago. Thank you Smile Doctors.

Awesome experience. From the moment I called all the up until I got my braces on (just yesterday) staff were amazing. Very nice and caring. I first went to the dental office to get an examine and the dentist confirmed I did not have cavities. Really earned my trust because I had a cleaning 6 months ago and was told I did have a cavity. I told the dentist this at Apple so he could have went along with it, but instead he was honest. I then set up my consultation with the orthodontist and was able to get my braces the next day. All my questions were answered in a caring and concern manner. Also all options in regards to treatment and financing were given to me in detail. I would recommend this place not only on their great customer service, but their treatment as well as honesty.

OMG!!! After a horrible experience with another dental office...(I noticed this office because it’s in the same lot as my nail salon) my daughter and I decided to give them a call. The young lady Ashley (call center) was an absolute doll. She listened to me murmur and complain about the experience I had just endured. She scheduled the appt and was even able to get me in the same day and added my son. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by a young lady (can’t remember her name 🥴) she took our temperature and confirmed who we were. The office staff was absolutely phenomenal. Ms. Lisa is my new bff. Dr Wang was wonderful!!! There was another young lady that took my xrays (can’t remember her name either 🥴) I fell in love with this office staff only to have my heart broken to find out they weren’t in my network🥺. I honestly am contemplating just paying OOP just to come there for them. That’s how awesome this office staff is/was. Thank you again ladies for everything you do ❤️❤️

I am so happy with my experience at Apple Orthodontix in Irving! Dr. Hernandez is warm, personable, and approachable. She is what makes my experience at Apple so enjoyable. She knows me by name and takes the proper treatment of my teeth very seriously. She is skilled in multiple treatment methods and dedicated to addressing all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate her level of professionalism, her sense of humor, her attention to detail, and most of all the smile I see on her face each time I arrive at the office. She is the best!The office staff and assistants are awesome as well...so helpful and enjoyable to be around. I never have to wait to be seen and they go out of their way to work appointments around my busy schedule.After consultations with three different orthodontists, I am so happy I chose to go with Apple. The experience has been excellent and my teeth look amazing (This is my second time to wear braces). Dr. Hernandez has been the best! All 3 of my children have gone through braces and she has helped get their teeth to perfection. Shes really sweet but has no real orthodontics skills , one of her workers actually asked me if I had won braces yet after my braces were taken off after 2 years. I wish i went somewhere else , she paid no attention to detail or lack of progress, was too busy to focus on my situation. I remain with an overbite $5k later.

My daughter had her braces removed last Wednesday and we went in today to pick up her permanent retainer. Shes super excited and I have been very impressed with the overall Apple Orthodontix experience! Thank you.

First time here, I had a 8:15 appt. and at 8:50 have yet to be seen. I recently moved and had to relocate to this office from another. Im already feeling regrets and missing my orthodontist. I guess I will be late for work today....in years an ortho appt has never made me late to work. Very bad first experience! I ultimately had to leave after not being seen for almost an hour, people were coming in after me going right in... Wow!

I started my braces at the Bedford office when I was 14. I had to have some surgery to extract a tooth so my care went longer. Dr. Whiteside who was my initial Doctor was great and when he decided to go I was sad. I tried the Western Centre office but the doctor there was rude, condiscinding, arrogant and just outright unprofessional. I transferred to the Irving office and what an experience. Dr. Hernandez and her team are the greatest. They are friendly and caring. Always ready to greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable. I finished my braces with them and are now in retainers. I would recommend anyone who needed to braces to see Dr. Hernandez and her team. They turned a horrible experience at the Western Centre around 100%.
