The staff there is wonderful ! And the dentist is such a nice guy ! They make you feel like part of the family . I had all my top teeth pulled yesterday and one on the bottom . I was scared to death when I got there , by the time the dentist came to start I was good to go. . That gas made me relax really good. Little bit of pain but nothing I could not handle. Now I go back in a month to start getting dentures so I can eat solid food again. Its going to be a long couple of months for sure. Lol went for follow up today . When I got there I was wanting to change my treatment plan and the Dr and staff were amazing on helping me with changing the original plan . I think I got it all how its going to go so I will soon be able to smile and eat solid for again soon. Been many years since I could smile with being embarrassed about my teeth. Excited now and cant wait to get it all done asap. And nice to have found such a great dentist with a awesome staff finally . Soon as all of my treatments is done I will let you know the final results. . I am sure it will be awesome to !

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly here. I normally hate going to the dentist, but the staff and doctor make me feel comfortable. With the procedures I’ve had done here they always wait and make sure I am numb before starting any work and its always pain free! Highly recommend going here!

I was very nervous to get my wisdom tooth extracted, but they really helped to make sure I was calm and relaxed before they began. I only had one tooth extracted but it only took two minutes and it didn’t hurt one bit! No pain or swelling after the appointment! Definitely would recommend!

It was my first time there and people are so welcoming. The staff is amazing! I thought I was just going to get my exam done and get my fillings and braces another day but they told me they were able to do everything all at once! I loved it here. They even provided me with a cute little bag filled with goodies for my braces and I’ve never had that done before. 10/10 recommended!

This was my first experience and it exceeded my expectations. Octavia took my X-rays and helped me through the process. She’s very sweet, professional and personable and made me feel at ease. I need a lot of work done and the dentist really made sure to go over everything and answer any questions I have. And my nurse was so friendly! We were talking and laughing the whole time. It really helped with the overwhelming nervousness I felt. 5/5 would recommend!

Going to the dentist is NOT FUN at all...starting from the girls in the reception and ending with the lady, Ms Lorena the last person that i interact with, was espectacular. My experience with the dentist office has been very traumatic since an early age. I suffer from PTSD due to the mishandling of procedures and physical pain I have encounter. So when my wife suggest trying this location out, I had a hard time. The day before my first appointment, I had a panic attack. The day off the appointment, I had a nerves tick. The staff was very open and welcoming. They check my vitals and walked me to my run. My blodd pressure was obviously high due to my overacting brain, the situation and condition. I even remembered crying in the chair waiting for someone to just come in. My wife had to sit in the room with me. She explained my history and the team immediately knew what to do. They allowed my wife to be present while doing the initial xray and cleaning. After hearing that the previous work I allowed another dentist to complete was done incorrectly, my heart sinked. However, the dentist reassured me that he would take extra care of me. He referred me.to a specialist who handle me with great care. In and out with any pain. After finishing with the specialist, my information was sent back to the office. From there, we worked out a game plan to effectively complete and work that needed to be accomplished. Ive waited a little over a year to leave this review. I want to get all my work done before saying anything. I have come so far in this journey. I no longer need my wife in the room with me, the staff understand what we need to do to make this the best possible experience it could be. As well the doctor takes great care of me every time Im in his chair.

Dr. Rafiq is a very great Dentist. He takes his time when dealing with You. he answers any questions or concerns. Tried to get a normal 6 month cleaning here at daily smiles MacArthur this morning at my scheduled time at 9am. I arrived at 8:55 filled out paper work and was the third in line after waiting over an hour I was still waiting and 4 more people came in after me and walk back in a timely manner. The young lady at the front desk to told me they haven’t verified my insurance, but when I called last Thursday I gave them all my info including insurance and the lady assured me they will verify before I showed up so when I showed up all I had to do was fill out new patients paperwork. All LIES they never did verify my insurance and had me waiting over an hour when I had to be at work at 11am and my appointment was at 9am I told the lady I had to go and all she could say is im sorry we won’t charge you for X-ray when I have insurance ppo that covers X-rays. Poor communication at this place will never give them a 2nd chance nor did a doctor try to explain other wise I only pick this place due to good stars but starting to think they post there own reviews cause poor customer service at the front desk.

At one hand this place (Daily Smiles MacArthur in Irving) is very affordable and they offer good discounts for first patients. And they are also very attentive and nice, explaining you everything. At another hand I came because I was concerned with only one tooth, and they made me do tons of x-rays of the whole mouth, which I wasnt interested in, but they still made me do it. I would say more - their x-ray technology is not the safest available - they use film x-rays and they are doing a lot of shots. I found out later that it is better to choose the dentist that does digital x-rays and not film ones, as digital gives you 80% less radiation, then film x-ray. Even if it might cost more, it is safer. More then that, the x-rays did show 2 small cavities, as they said but when I went to another dentist to fill them, she actually found 3 in the same area. So the x-ray for the most part was pretty useless anyway. They also as I found later, didnt do the right x-ray of the tooth I was concerned with - it needed one more shot with another angle to see the whole picture.

This is the best dental office I’ve been to! The whole staff is polite and they always do a good job! Highly recommend😊

This place was so wonderful, nice, and patient!! The assistant is so funny and fantastic at helping you relax and get comfortable while they do unspeakable horrors to your teeth. I first went to Daily Smiles in September or October when an old filing fell out and needed to see a dentist ASAP for help. Since Daily Smiles offered emergency services and were open a bit later than others, I gave them a call. They fit me in even though I was going to show up five minutes after their last appointment slot. From there, Dr. Rafiq has worked with me to make my teeth beautiful! I’ve told him that I’ve had some horrible experiences, which led to me not seeking treatment for quite some time. We broke my treatments into a few appointments to be less stressful and more affordable. Each time, he and the staff have been the most kind and courteous people, they’ve answered every question, they’ve worked with me if I need to reschedule, and today, I walked out in tears because for the first time in over a decade, I feel like I can smile with my whole mouth and not be embarrassed by my teeth.

I am so thankful to have found this place my 7yr old son went in for an emergency on Saturday 9/20 and they were able to get him in a chair and start treatment ASAP! He is autistic and theres a lot of nervousness when it comes to him being in new places. Thank goodness the staff and doctor treated him so kind and made sure he was comfortable at all times... Thank you Daily smiles for getting my son out of pain and keep up the great work he actually cant wait to go back ! :)

My husband and I went together to see Dr. Rafiq. We are so happy this is where we decided to go! It was my first time to the dentist in years and my husbands first experience in the USA as he moved here from another country. We were so pleased! Everyone was super friendly, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, we have no complaints. My cleaning was fast and my husband got four cavities fixed right then and there as well as stains removed. It was truly remarkable that we were able to get that all done so easily and pain free. We feel so lucky to have found Daily Smiles! Dr. Hirji is an excellent professional and the staff is SO nice. We were told at a different dental clinic that my 8th year old needed a root canal, but luckily we searched for a second opinion, met Dr. Hirji and he solved my daughters dental problem with a more conservative approach. My daughter no longer fears going to the dentist because everyone at Daily Smiles is so kind, plus they speak Spanish. From then on, we dont go anywhere else for our families dental procedures. This has been my sons dentist since he got his first few teeth (6 months old) and hes now 3, we are now also bringing our other son (10 months). The staff is very friendly and professional and the actual dentist is knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. They have a play area that my son loves and there have never been a long wait to see the dentist which is a major plus! We drive from Cedar Hill just to come to this dentist when we could be going to one closer to us so that says alot... I highly recommend from my experiences so far!

My previous dentist retired after i had been with him over 15 years. I would drive an hour just to see him. This provider, the staff, the doctors, have been kind, informative, caring. They put ‘family ‘ in the concept of family practice. I am so happy I found them! I would so drive an hour, even just for a cleaning, but glad they’re just around the corner.

The folks at Daily Smiles make a dentist visit feel like a spa day.Went in with numbing pain, doc finds the problem and gives me the best and economical solution instead of pushing for the priciest. Im deathly afraid of dentists, but Dr Gustavo was kind, reassuring and precise with his approach. The assistants were all very welcoming and polite from the get go. Wait time is non existent and the experience was overall pleasant. Def going back for a cleaning.If youre a contractor and need a decently priced check up, these are the guys to see. I honestly dont think anyone in town can beat their Exam & Xray prices.
