Dr. Lalani (Dr.Sam) has very poor communication. He said he would give me a call on Monday but I never got my follow-up call. Even when I called them and said I wasnt feeling any better I did not get a response at all. Never going back to the money-hungry urgent care. Not recommended at all. They are there just to get the money. Health is not a priority to them .

Do not work here! Dr is very unprofessional! Doesn’t communicate I worked here for a couple months I have to keep messaging the manager for a W-2 when I finally got it it was calculated incorrectly. On my last day he didn’t deposit my check and couldn’t answer why he just came in a couple hours later with a check. I have been asking for a corrected W-2 since March and Dr. lalani has failed to provide me with that as well as my paystubs. Was also told my W-2 was never submitted to the IRS.

What a joke! I recently moved and havent had time to find a new primary care doctor yet so I decided to stop by this walk in clinic to see if I could get my annual physical. The receptionist explained that the doctor sees you via video and isnt actually in the office which is fine since I wasnt there for any type of illness. I handed her my insurance card and license and she proceeded to verify coverage then another lady comes from the back complaining about how shes ready to go home which I thought was odd since they had only been open for about two hours and I was the only person there. I sat there for about 10 minutes and then they put their phone on speaker at max volume and I heard them confirm my insurance coverage but the one who was complaining about wanting to go home then tells me my license is expired. I started to explain that because it expired during the pandemic DPS granted waivers and my license is still valid. I had the document ready to show her but she hands me my insurance card and license then says we cant take insurance with an expired license but you can pay cash. Why would I pay cash for something that is covered 100 percent by insurance? I declined and told her I would just go to a regular doctor and left. If youre a cash only business just say that upfront instead of looking for a reason to not provide service to insured clients. To interrupt me as Im explaining that I have a legal document from the Department of Public Safety showing that my license renewal was extended due to the pandemic because you only want cash and youre ready to go home was ridiculous.

Quality care provided at this clinic. they really care about your health. I will make this my go-to clinic.

Lalani Shamsuddin, am not even gonna say a doctor because I don’t believe he’s a real one! Such a jock! you go there, you spend money and YOU STILL SICK! this Lalani keep asking to do the same test over and over while it showing normal just hoping the test results will changed! Apparently he knows only one disease, Lalani go back to school man and stop playing with people lives!

This clinic is charging over $600 to do a rapid COVID-19 test. They charge over $400 to be seen by the doctor first so he/she can ask you if you need the test and why would you need it then another $200 for the test itself.It’s a disgrace that during this very critical times that our nation is going through and yet this clinic is trying to take advantage of people.Shame shameClinic owner, this is indeed correct. You can ask your receptionist and she will confirm that she quoted me a little over $120 with insurance and she said that’s my part which is 20% of the full amount charged to me and my insurance which is a little over $600.

I am here to highly recommend Care Live Medical Clinic! Dr. Sam and his medical team were very professional, patient and passionate in what they do. Calm environment. Fast service. Maria and Shawna are the best!!! Please go and see this lovely team and wonderful facility.

Came in for a cough I was having for 2 weeks. First time coming to a virtual clinic. I was very skeptical before coming here because I was afraid the Dr. would not be able to diagnose me without being there in person. The receptionists were nice and they are the ones that help the Dr. see your vitals and such. Dr. was very nice and he made sure he understood everything that was going on. If you dont have insurance its $79 and they will add additional cost if extra testing is needed.

Great service and highly recommended! I recently went for a sick visit and needed some medical paperwork for school filled out, the staff was not only attentive to my needs but made sure I had everything in order for my school before I left. I will most definitely be coming back to this clinic in the future.

Fastest and easiest way of getting in and out of the doctors office! From check in to check out, I was very pleased with my experience at Care Live. A very technologically advanced clinic that makes for a fast and effective doctors visit. The nurses and doctors were able to treat me almost immediately from when I walked in. I will definitely come back to this clinic!

Service was extremely slow. Now here is the catch we have insurance and with insurance it will be $200 and without insurance is $79. So what are the benefits of a virtual doctor with ridiculous amount of charge.
