Jason was the best! I needed to get my fingerprints done and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so friendly and bright even though it was early and I was the first appointment in the morning. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I recently got a job at a Spa and they required a pre-employment drug test. It was quick and easy, I was in and out within 15 mins. The staff upfront were friendly and beyond informative. Highly recommend this place for any testing!

This lab is a drug testing lab located in a business center. Not exactly the kind of place Id like to spend my time. The building itself appears to be a run down mis-kept area, but the staff are very professional and take excellent care to keep you safe and offer you great service. Dont allow appearances to fool you. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great service! Very clean and efficient lab. Highly recommend this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus if you are getting a covid test, Jason does the least painful test of anyone that has given me one by far!

My experience with Katie was awesome and fast. I had an appointment, and longest part of the process was me washing my hands. Overall time spent in lab for fingerprinting was 5-7mins. I would definitely recommend this location. They are friendly and happy to assist you.👍🏼

Was there 2 days ago.. Quick fast and easy. Went in with my son and a few of the staff members said hi to my son. Very professional. My 2 year old son was flirting with the hispanic lady that finger printed me. We both thought she was nice and goooooooorgeous 😁

- The employees of this company are the backbone of what makes the company who it is today, however each employee is not compensated for the frequent over work they do, so when you walk into this facility please respect each employee, just being nice to them and making small talk with them will make their whole day. They are also a great group of people to work with and are the most hard working individuals you will ever meet.- The oversight of this company was able to change how it runs, however management does not care about their employees, although they may make it seem so by simply providing lunch on some days and making small talk. This company recently terminated a long term employee who had been with the company even before internal objectives changed and chose to stay despite the company’s notorious employee turn over rate. This employee never missed a day, was never acknowledged for the hard work they did and the positive changes they brought to the company. The termination was a surprise and even surprised the other employees, surprised a few patients as well. The company knew about the poor financial situations of this employee yet they still chose to terminate them instead of talking it out, which shows that the company doesnt care about their own employees. A few examples of this is that there are no benefits for the employees, and often times if an employee has a medical appointment during the work day, the employee will skip eating lunch to make up their hours, the company was going to try and get the covid shot for their employees but failed to do so, and would not pay for the time off for employees to get the shot for their safety and to safely work at a covid testing site. During the ice storms none of the employees were given any pay even though the weather was out of their control, the company expected employees to risk their life during this time to work and to even work on a day when there was no running water in a facility that needs water to remain sanitary. Weekly covid tests were stopped for employees due to the fact the tests were expensive and could no longer be used on employees although they come in very close contact with covid patients. Again, these examples show how this company does not care about their employees and they only care about the money being brought in.The employee that was terminated wanted to grow with the company, but was never given the opportunity to do so, but when one door closes many more open.

This place is only an 8 minute Uber ride from DFW if you need a last minute COVID for a flight. They were quick and efficient. Jason was a Rockstar, he stayed 10 minutes after closing to make sure the ride back to the airport made a safe pickup. Would recommend!

They told me my lab results for a UA would be back in 3 days its been a week and a half and still nothing from them. Ive called only for them to say they will look it up and update me. Only to never receive a call back. Very unprofessional, if you have anything that is time sensitive dont have it done here. Still awaiting results.

Came in for my Texas License To Carry IdentoGo Fingerprint Appt. Very simple and professional service. Bring your Government Issued ID, they will sign you in, you will proceed to the hall to left of entrance, wash your hands and wait 3 - 5 min for fingerprints. Pay $10.21 with CC/Debit get a picture taken, get receipt and go. Whole process took no longer than 10 - 15 min. 🙂👍

I visited your Irving lab in April and had the Covid Antibody test. Staff were professional and efficient.I have had to go back several time to ask for a receipt, another time to ask for procedure codes and now need to ask for Tax ID. Each time it is treated like it is a special request?This at the request of the my health care provider.What is the problem here? Why isn’t all this information located on the receipt and test results? You know this information is going to be requested by a healthcare provider.It makes me questions your labs professionalism and quality of service. Is this location a flyby night -pop up lab?Disappointed.

This is for Identogo:I arrived 10 minutes early. The employees were kind. Out of nowhere this young lady who says she is the manager storms up and says, sir if you are in the building you have to wear a mask. I jokingly covered my face up with my shirt. She immediately began acting vicious towards me. Do you have a mask? If not get out? She then says you know what just get out I do not need your five dollars you can just reschedule. She was rude and literally like the people you see on TV who is angry at everyone.I may have said 3 words. I even put the stupid mask on to please her but she simply wanted to be her.The state needs to find another place to contract with.

Go elsewhere for fingerprints. I just got notified I have to get re-fingerprinted. Does not really surprise me as the same two fingers on each hand were rejected by the machine. Employee seemed rushed and I dont think she was doing it right given it was the same two fingers on each hand. This is the last thing I have time for because of incompetent employees.

I posted a review addressing the lack of sanitation with the hair sample collecting. Ive never had any other issues with this facility when giving urine samples. I even praised the polite and professional staff. I voiced my concerns so that improvements could be made or proper procedures could be readdressed and implemented. I did not make this claim for fun. Im a busy woman. Instead of apologizing and assuring your customers it would be taken care of, you STRAIGHT UP called me a liar. I wasnt mad before, but I am now. Where did you learn business tactics? Calling someone a liar gets you nowhere in life. I now hope your business gets cited for your incompetence.

We have had ARCpoint labs do two DNA tests on our dogs on two separate occasions. They have been a great group to work with! They are professional, friendly and very thorough! I have loved having the results of our mixed breed dogs brought to light by knowing their genetic history. The results are amazingly accurate by my dogs appearance! We have told all of our friends that are dog owners about their services. We will bring all of our future testing needs to ARCpoint. Thank you ARCpoint labs!

Best service of all time!!! Did my hair test you and you cant even tell thanks to the young hispanic lady. They have all the essentials for sterilizing everything and making sure I was taken care of. They are very professional, very clean site and so friendly I felt I was at home! I recommend anyone and everyone here and the prices and wait time is something you CANT beat!!

Sat here for an hour and there were 2 people in front of me. Was told no appointment was necessary, yet 2 people who had them walked right in.If you have anything else to do that day find another facility that wants to work and is considerate of your time.

Went for fingerprinting. New guy said theyd be fine (even though machine said otherwise) Back today to be reprinted. Wouldnt be so bad IF they were even slightly professional. Appointment time TOTALLY ignored - its now 45min past my appointment time. Just asked the guy about appts - he said its first come first served, regardless of appt - Incompetent and unprofessional, AVOID this location!

Im writing this because I feel like sanitation laws are being broken. The tech who helped me was very polite and professional, and was just doing his job as he was instructed. This incident was not his fault. Im a hairstylist so I know the sanitation laws I must follow. We have to soak our combs in barbicide after each client after we scrub the debris (i.e. product and dandruff) from the utensil. For hair follicle tests in this particular location, they reuse the same comb and scissors and just toss them in the same basket after each use. They briefly wipe down the comb and shears with an alcohol swab before using on the next patient. This will not remove debris or sanitize the comb whatsoever. I could visibly see dandruff or organic material buildup on the teeth of the comb before the tech used it on my own head. This opens doors for cross contamination, the spread of disease, and highly contagious lice. I left disgusted and creeped out by what I was potentially exposed to.

BOOO!! Find somewhere else. They do not adhere to appointment times and will end up wasting your time if you make an appointment and have to be somewhere. I had a 3:30 arrived 10 mins early, waited 10 minis past 3:30 and was told its 15 min wait because someone who had a 4:40 appointment showed up early!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! i JUST WALKED OUT OF THIS IL-MANAGED OFFICE

So me and my wife got here first thing in the morning, staff not friendly at all, very rude and facility is dirty, we have an appointment for finger printing but this place seems that they do not have any of there stuff together. None of the staff here seems like they care or that they like there jobs, if you didn’t want to be here than quit and find something that makes you happy!!!

This Lab does not do any blood work and does not draw blood very often! But when I stopped by the lab to draw blood, they lied to me and told me that that they drew blood every day! But based on my experience I could tell that they dont it very often. Now I have doubt that the needles they used on me may not be sanitized, so I am freaking out. Do not go to this lab!

Terrible place do not allow these people to touch your hair for hair testing. I now have an itching scalp where the lady cute a huge hunk of hair off my head. The director lied when she demonstrated what she was taking. I knew going in this was a mistake!

Ive used ArcPoint Labs for my company drug testing, and theyve really been a pleasure to work with. The location is very convenient, the prices are extremely competitive and the people are very personable and great to deal with.
