DO NOT use this Lab. They are nice at first but once they receive your R&D fees everything goes downhill. They have not produced what I have asked them too.They deliberately leave out key ingredients. They will take weeks to respond to an email. I spent 8 months working with them. Tried to resolve issues throughout those months but nothing got resolved. It seems as though they are just happy with the big names they work with and dont really care to expand with smaller start ups

I do NOT recommend using this company. Their turn around time to receive a finished product is HORRIBLE. I was told their normal lead time is 8-12 weeks. I have been dealing with this company for almost a year. I was suppose to receive my product Feb 2021 and it’s April and my product hasn’t been filled yet. Curtis Reyes (operations manager) has lied to me several times over the last 7 weeks, saying when my product would be filled, and at this very moment it has yet to happen. I only have 1,000 units that need to be filled but they can’t handle the workload. My experience with Jackie Pack (sales and marketing) and Candis Eubanks (purchasing manager), has been pleasant. They both have followed through and their communication is A1. Unless you have a few years before you need the product, find another cosmetic company.

Some of the worst customer service Ive had. Staff were nice while selling you but turned rude in later calls. Lost items, wasted time and money. Could be that they are under staffed and need to hire more people, but personally had a bad experience.
