I have been coming to Olson Family dental for a few years now. My experience and expectations have been exceeded!! Always friendly staff and they don’t make me feel bad about visits and not flossing (oops!) the last dentist I went to I found out I was paying for fillings that weren’t there, and listened to smart comments. In turn this has made me feel very self conscious. I would recommend Olson Family dental to anyone and your not paying for their brand new building 😊

I have loved this office since I was a child. I started seeing Dr. Olson when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I always felt at ease in his office, whether it was for simple teeth cleanings or intense extractions. After being away for 7 years, going back to his office was extremely comforting. The friendliness, attentiveness, and gentle care of Dr. Olson and his staff is the same now as it was all those years ago. I appreciate this place so much!

Ive been to alot of dentists. Not only is Dr. Olson the most reasonable priced, but he always genuinely cares. He fixed a mistake of minor cosmetic dentistry done by someone else for no extra charge. Dr. Olson is probably the best dentist I have ever had in my life. Another dentist said I needed a root canal 10 years ago. Dr Olson fee was much more reasonable and when I was in the chair, he could find no valid reason for it. This year I finally got the root canal. on different tooth! And nowhere near the discomfort I anticipated. I have found him to be ethical, knowledgeable, skillful. communicative. reassuring, friendly and patient. Hes the best!!!!😁

I go in twice a year for a thorough cleaning and enjoy their talented staff. They take care of all the insurance billing automatically for me. Competent, honest, and compassionate. I am uninsured and found their out of pocket prices to be very reasonable. They offer some in-house plans for uninsured people that are a great deal and will save me lots of money over the next year.

I have been going to Dr Brant Olsens office for about 17 years.. I was always scared of Dentists... until Dr Olson...I started my children out early going to Dr Olsons office so they wouldnt be scared.they always look forward to going in.. all my kids.... I can honestly say I look forward to going ... I love going in on my every 6mos visit cause nothing feels better than a clean mouth!!!! But honestly I love going in to see my hygienist too.. we always leave off from the last chapter we talked about before.. and my teeth are so clean I dont want to eat.. and those who know me not wanting to eat is unusual😂Dr Olsons office is absolutely wonderful...everyone!! And if your getting a tough time getting scheduled its cause hes an awesome Dentist... if you are staying up on your cleaning schedule you will always be scheduled and its not a worry..

Everytime I have an appointment at Dr. Olsons office, Im reminded of how much I like going there. Dr. Olson and all of his staff are friendly and competent professionals. They dont have fancy marketing because they are not trying to draw you in and sell you unnecessary treatments. They are simply offering care that is best for patients.

Due to the quality of my teeth, I have had the opportunity to use many dentist. As such I think Im in a position to judge quality of a practitioner. I find Dr. Olson to be conservative in approach, diligent in practice and kind in hear. For me this trifecta to be a perfect match. In a world where dentist give out gift cards and such. Dr Olson is a solid practitioner and would recommend him most heartily.

He was able to get me in on short notice. I dont know if that is normal or if they just happened to have an opening. They were all nice staff and very professional and answered all my questions. The best part was they had a super soft toothbrush, the kind that I cant find in the store. Im a hard brusher so I need the ultra soft ones for my gums. If we stay in the Idaho Falls area, hell be my permanent dentist.

I was referred to Dr. Olson by a friend. I had a broken tooth that was causing pain and needed immediate attention, since I was going out of town. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a day. Dr. Olson took care of the broken tooth, and was very gentle, as I have anxiety about going to the dentist. The staff has been great to work with as well.

We were on our way to Yellowstone National Park and my daughter had an issue with her braces. We stopped at Olson Family Dental and Doctor Olson got us right in and fixed the problem for us. They wouldn’t let us pay them for the service, but we were very appreciative of Dr Olson and all of his friendly staff. In looking at their reviews, it looks like this is what to expect from them and if we lived up here we would for sure use them for our dental needs. I hope if anyone is looking for a dentist in the Idaho Falls area and see this review that they will go to Olson Family Dental. Thanks again for your help.

Dr. Olson is an excellent, friendly, and very skilled dentist. We have had a couple of appointments that were scheduled weeks in advance somehow get deleted from their schedule, but they managed to work us in since I had the appointment card and it was their mistake. We were also once left waiting quite a while past our scheduled appointment time while staff talked, told jokes, and laughed in the conference room. For those reasons--which were entirely staff-related problems--I shaved off one star. But, aside from those few incidents, I highly recommend Dr. Olson. He does a thorough job and weve never had any problems with the care our family has received from him.

This man and our experience at his office was a horrible nightmare, I explained from the start that my child had extreme anxiety with dentists. even after I explained this to him at the beginning of the procedure after the main reason of her anxiety was over (the numbing shots)he still violently shoved the mouth guard into her mouth. yelled at her to open her mouth, close her eyes and let him do what he had to do at this point my child was crying and shaking she was so scared. only after a few minutes of trying to work on her mouth he threw his hands in the air exclaiming he was done causing her to flinch. Even after leaving his office the nightmare was not over, he had billed the insurance for a root canal that he didnt even do. when I explained the situation to the new dental office I took my child to they said they had another patient, a child who had dealt with similar circumstances concerning Dr. Brant. I reported him to the insurance company for fraud as well as the state for his conduct. This man shouldnt work with children.I had to take my child to my family doctor to get a prescription to sedate her for the next dentist, but after her 1st visit with her new dentist he was so wonderful with her that she now reminds me of her appointments, she no longer has her extreme fear of dentist as and all it took was a little compassion, for a child who was in a extremely scary situation. I wouldnt recommend Dr. Brant to anyone with children or adults with anxiety.
