Tina is the best hygienist in town.!! I hope she’s getting a raise sometime soon. Tina was sooooo gentle and my teeth felt so clean after it was all done. I’m usually pretty anxious but Tina did such an amazing job that I won’t be such a scaredy-cat next time. After not having been to the dentist in a while, I visited Dr Mark, and Dr. Jake, I found them to be very compassionate, and caring, I still have much work to do, but I know Ive found the right place! Friendly and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend them!

Great staff and doctors, cleaning was though and relatively fast. Hygienist explained what she was doing and doctor explained what my options are. Not worried about going back for more care. Very understanding when i was told insurance was canceled……got it worked out tho.

By far my best experience with a dentist, and the quality of care is excellent. I have been so happy with the dental work they have done. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Dr M Tall is the best dentist in the town, Im sure about this, for his skills, his advice and his politeness. Sandcreek Dental is the BEST dentistry I have EVER received. Professional, knowledgeable, up to date technology, get in and out in a timely manner (no waiting). The dental technicians inform you of the cost (what insurance will pay for and what out of pocket will cost), no surprises. My teeth and gums are in the best condition, if you saw my smile, you would know that I have the BEST dentist this side of the Mississippi.

Argued about the treatment we wanted had no respect!!! Had to beg for antibiotics for an infection!!! Was given no painkillers to help with infection!!! Was not given a refill for the antibiotics to make sure it dose not spread!! Never going back!! They are going to send someone to the ER with their negligence and disregard!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jake and everyone at Sandcreek. After years of hating my smile I finally gave in and made an appointment. I had done lots of research on what I wanted done and Dr Jake actually listened to me. He made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. All the assistants and ladies upfront made sure I was comfortable too. The whole office is patient centric and it made for such an amazing experience. After all of our appointments I now have my perfect smile and a great experience to go with!

This was a new patient appointment for me. I havent been to the dentist for about 5 years due to recessed gums from hard brushing and pain felt every time I get my teeth cleaned at the dentist or any work done. Ally was my hygienist and she is amazing. I had nitrous and some oral numbing medication and felt zero pain. She and the dentist addressed all my concerns 100%. I recommend their office from their receptionist to the dentist they are all amazing.

I only had a short wait time in the lobby before going back. My hygienist Junior did a great job listening and explaining everything she was doing and seeing and what options were available to me. The Dr. was friendly and helpful and I didnt have to sit around waiting forever for him to come check me out. They didnt try to up-sell a bunch of things that I didnt really need

Traveled to Idaho Falls to have Dr Tall remove my mandibular tori. From my initial call to their office inquiring about the procedure through Dr Talls follow-up call to me the night after the procedure, my experience was excellent.Both Dr Tall and his staff were excellent to work with. I recommend him and his office to anyone looking for quality dental care including tori removal.

I hadnt been to a dentist in over 9 years for many reasons, but finally decided I needed to get in. I decided on Sandcreek Dental and couldnt have been more happy with my decision! I DREAD going to the dentist, but am so glad I chose them to go to!! They are super friendly and gentle. Above all, the dental assistant, Jr was the shining star for me. She went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel comfortable. She explained everything so thoroughly and made sure that I didnt feel so stressed about what I needed to get done. When the dentist I had been going to for over 30 years retired, I was really struggling with the dentist who had taken over. On a whim, decided to try Sandcreek Dental and have been incredibly please with their service. Everyone in the office is so kind. About a month ago, my husband (who despises going to the dentist) scheduled an appointment, not realizing this was the dentist my daughter and I have been going to. After 2 appointments he couldnt say enough nice things about this office ( Incredibly rare for him to actually say nice things about a dentist). He was so pleased with the staff and the dentist that worked on his teeth. I would highly recommend them. They are amazing!!!!

Everyone at Sandcreek is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love it there. I went to get some cavities filled this time. I am a little disappointed that my cheek and gums feel like hamburger. Very raw and sore. Although to be fair I haven’t had cavities filled in over 20 yrs so maybe this is how they always feel. It’s hard to say. But, I love Dr Tall and all of his staff. They are all great!

In the summer of 2019, I was interested in having a gingivectomy done on two of my front teeth. I came across this practice through Google, and was quite impressed with their good reviews and patient testimonials. Comparatively, I had a less than 5 star experience myself. The initial consultation felt rushed and it was busy in the office that day, though the procedure itself was painless and fast. The dentist had to fill in some missing tooth that was concave from my previous gum - now removed (an additional fee) and also recommended I get a retainer to align my teeth better (another, more expensive fee). Although I feel like this gingivectomy procedure did improve my smile and made my teeth appear more symmetrical, I wanted a revision to one of my gum lines after they had mostly healed. On two subsequent appointments, I asked for a revision, and Dr. Tall would not do it. He told me to keep brushing my teeth in a certain way (which I had been doing for 3+ months now) and that the gum would shape itself. Spoiler: it didnt! This was quite frustrating given that I had paid well over $1000 for everything thus far. It has now been just over a year, and I feel the same way about this one gum. Finally, I did not find that this dentist was the most gentle while working on my mouth. In fact, it felt rough. There were other things that happened along the way during my time there as a patient, but for the point of this review I just wanted to focus on the procedure I was initially interested in. They also heavily promote people to write reviews online. A lot of patients appear to have good experiences, but I am not someone who views this as a personal, patient focused organization.

From when I walked in, the ladies up front make you feel right at home, from the cleaning and the Dr. Working on me, all were professional and I will continue to go back for all my dental work. Dr. Mark, Dr. Jake and staff were excellent with all of our needs. They scheduled all 6 of my family for the same day and time and were able to accommodate my 4 young kids while mom and dad were seen. I have extreme dental anxiety and Tina and Junior were both gentle and excellent in meeting my concerns and needs. Dr. Mark advocates for natural-term breast-feeding and respects a patients autonomy and decision making.

Always a great experience! Listening as they work with children makes me wish they were around when I was a kid. They are wonderful with children. And they have always treated me like I was family. No chance I’ll be going anywhere else and I travel to ensure that.

I lost my dental insurance. I compared three carriers and spoke to two other dentist offices and found high premiums or no help. Then, I found Dr. Mark Tall’s office. They offer a reasonable price for the year. I had my first cleaning and it was the most genitalia my husband and I have ever experienced. The office staff are so friendly. They greet you and treat you as if you’re an old friend. Dr. Mark spends all the time you need to answer any question you have. Most of all, they are the most generous dentist office I’ve ever met. They see me for any concern at sometimes.... no charge! I highly recommend them!!!

Courteous people, very comfortable environment.

To be honest....I’m switching dentists. I have been with them for several years and have always been happy with them until Dr. Jake. On Monday I went in and was put with Dr. Jake who was to proud to ask for help when he was not able to get My cracked tooth Out. So instead decided to dig it out 2 hours creating the worst jaw and tooth pain I’ve ever experienced. (I’ve had a lot of work done so that’s saying a lot). So today I went back in because the I have not been able to sleep or even think of anything but the pain for 2 days — they immediately did a dry socket Packing. I was getting sick with the treatment and sat back there for 40 minutes starting to cry. 2 hygienist had to tell them I was sick needing them and they still didn’t come for 15 minutes. Then I asked if they could do something to help with the pain and Dr. Mark was the typical ibuprofen and Tylenol doctor that makes you feel judged for even asking for any pain medication. I am unhappy with them. I have had teeth pulled and root canals and never asked for pain meds but because his son dig out a tooth 2 hour turning my gums into hamburger meat i am in excruciating pain and I asked for any help. So when he finally gave me tramadol he says “I’ll be surprised if this even helps you.” Needless to say... I won’t even be going back if I do another dry socket treatment on Friday ..I’ll find a new dentist to do it.

Dr. Tall and his amazing staff have ruined me for any other dentists; they are the most friendly, helpful, and happy lot Ive ever come across. Its weird to say this, but I actually look forward to my appointments there. They have worked with me in the past with payments, and have even got me in at a moments notice to help with some major tooth pain. Im also SUPER impressed at how adept they all are at understanding their patients while trying to speak with cleaning implements and dental tools in their mouths. I truly cant recommend this place enough, they are so welcoming and treat you like youre part of the family!

10/25/21 Sandcreek Dental is very patient oriented. Ive been going there for the last 3 yrs for all of my dental care. A few days ago I had my semi-annual teeth cleaning and once again was very satisfied with the experience . They are very professional but likewise very personable. I highly recommend Sandcreek for all of your dental needs.

She took so much time with him and did a phenomenal job on his teeth. I am so pleased with the whole experience-receptionists, Dr. Tall, and Taylor. Great people, Jake did a good job

I went to doctor mark for years and dont get me wrong he is a great guy. But in the last 2 years I have had to have 2 crowns replaced and lost 1 tooth because he left a little piece of root at the bottom of a root canel that the tooth got impacted and infected so bad I had to have it removed on a emergency situation on new years eve day.

We love Dr.Tall and his amazing staff. Sandcreek Dental has taken care of our dental and ortho needs for our family of 7 for almost 20 years. Not only is Dr.Mark and his staff invested in our teeth, he and his staff are invested in us personally. They always take interest in our lives and our children’s lives. Office staff ruined my opinion of Sandcreek. They failed to get the requested service scheduled for me. Im finding another dentist after 15 years as a dedicated customer. Was there a response by the dentist owner???? Not a word. Not a call. No follow up at all. Poor attitudes ruin companies. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment somewhere else. To bad they have Nicole the attitude working the desk.
