I cracked my back tooth and wasn’t sure where to go since I don’t have a dentist I regularly see. I found Choice Dental and am so happy I went there.They took me in as an emergency appointment and performed an extraction on the tooth.Totally painless!! Entire staff to the wonderful dentist with exceptional chair side manner were the nicest and efficient team that went beyond my expectations.Now I will going there to back on track with my dental needs (cleanings and maintenance stuff like that) after this extraction is healed.Well deserved 5 star rating. They are amazing. I love the comfortability the office and staff make. They have awesome personalities and actually talk to you and have interesting conversations. They got me in and out fast easy and didnt dread going. Also love the fact that they take Medicaid insurance and they are open the hours they are.

I had my first visit today and immediately felt comfortable. Everyone was so kind and you could tell they genuinely cared. I did have to wait a little while to be called back, but I didn’t mind it too much. They took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, especially since I am pregnant and due in a few weeks. I felt the dentist was very positive and honest with me. I’m excited to go back!

Choice Dental is AMAZING!!! Dr. Kelly is awesome along with his staff. I went in todaynot sure what was gonna have to be done and found out I needed a tooth extracted. I was literally scared and so NOT looking forward to it. It was AMAZING!!! I literally did not feel a thing. I didnt feel the needles for numbing or the actual tooth being pulled out. Best Dentist I EVER been too. Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff you all are amazing.

I had been calling all over town for an office that would see me for my tooth pain and who would also accept Medicaid.... This office was the only one Willy to accept my insurance and they saw me the very same day that I called looking for emergency help... The entire staff made me feel at home. Which helped to ease my anxiety and fear of being there. The Dentist was amazing and got me taken care of.. And now I officially have a regular dentist... no need to avoid the dentist office anymore.

The building was very clean and the staff was beyond amazing I would recommend choice dental to anyone and they accept Medicaid and other insurance as well

First time in today and Dr Kelly was super friendly and did amazing work for me. Front desk staff incredible as soon as you walk in and the hygienist Kylee cleaned my teeth so good my wife was impressed! Definitely will be back again.

I was worried about visiting but they made me comfortable,dentist worried about my mouth more then me .

The best dentist in town. They know me by name, treat me like a friend, and always have my best interest at heart. Jude is the sweetest, kindest person and always takes such good care of me! Courtney is amazing and makes sure I always get the best treatment. And the doc is honest and does amazing work! I love everyone there and will never go to any other dentist.

The Dr was great. He was kind, honest, and remained hopeful even with bad news. The staff was great, the ladies at the front were very welcoming and kind, the ladies in the back were talkative and sweet. Only thing that I didnt like was my app was at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm. They did not call me back until 1:38pm. Then I walked out, schedule future appointments and got in my car and the clock said 2:03pm. I feel they need to find ways to shorten the wait time in the front office. But I will and already have suggested this dentist to others.

After half a dozen different dentists this was the first dental visit i ever had that i didnt feel condescended to at all. The Dr. Was profoundly helpful and made effort to make sure the work i needed would be affordable. Truly classy/outstanding quality of character and work at this office!

I don’t do reviews but this place is money hungry and awful. First visit, they wouldn’t work on me cause it was just a consultation even after they told me they would work on me seeing how far I had to travel. My second visit they told me they would fix my two teeth and after 4 hours of sitting around in the waiting room and chair, they only fixed one and told me I had to reschedule to get the other one done. Then on my way home not even 20 minutes later, the tooth literally fell apart. He rushed the job so bad that my tooth didn’t set and crumbled worst than it was before. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. It’s just a money game to them. The only caring person is the lady working the computer and I give her a 5 star. I wish I could say something nice about this place but save your time and energy and go to another dental office.

This place is outstanding, I am from the Los Angeles area and had to have a crown re-glued on. Theses people were caring and Told me “get in here and we will take care of you”. I can not thank them enough. I know when I move here, I already have a dentist. Thank you Choice Dental Team.

I just want to say how grateful I am for this place, I had a very painful wisdom tooth, and I live in Blackfoot, everything was close already so I couldn’t find a dentist to help me out and I was in so much pain, I call this place and they found me an appointment for an hour later, everyone was so nice and they treat me like a friend! They extracted my wisdom tooth and now I feel great! Thank you so much for your dedication ! You guys are my heroes !

I was rather unlucky and inherited teeth that couldnt hold nutrients. After seeing multiple dentists about removal of my teeth and being told Im too young and they can save my teeth, I saw Dr Kelly and he didnt even question my choice. He extracted 30 broken and horrible looking teeth last thursday and I feel great. It took an hour! He was condescending at all and took care of my needs. Definitely recommend this guy!

Fantastic dentist. I was under a time constraint with insurance running out in less than a month and needed a lot of work. I had 5 visits with them in just over a month for an exam, cavities filled, cleaning, crown prep and a crown. AMAZING!! Dr. Kelly is a very kind, compassionate Dr. He has a great sense of humor and puts people at ease. The whole office staff was amazing. They have a patient for life in me!! Thank you Choice Dental!

I kept calling and calling the office to make an appointment & schedule my new patient consultation and NOBODY answered several times over several days, and yes I did call during their business hours. I then was directed to make an appointment online the beginning of December (6th) which was rescheduled to the end (30th). Walk in with my appointment confirmation and they turned me away day of saying I was not scheduled. Waste of my time!

Dr. Kelly is very compassionate and understanding. Due to me being an addict i cant take narcotics for pain and he made me feel comfortable and confident i can go back or even text for any questions. Got 3 teeth pulled in a short amount of time. Im definitely happy with my experience with all the staff! I have already recommended choice dental to a few friends!! Thank you for getting me in so quick and explaining everything u were doing before you did it :)

Wonderful people here! Dentist is very patient and takes time to answer any questions. The dentist told me what he was doing before he did it so I knew. My last dental place was twice the price of Choice Dental. I’m sticking with them!

Dr Kelly is amazing! He is great at explaining what his concerns are, how the treatment plan should be executed, and is very reasonable Im cost. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Kelly is the best dentist I have EVER been to. I used to have a deathly fear of dentists, but 2 years ago I found choice dental and Dr. Kelly and his amazing team have renewed my trust and faith in the dental profession. I went today to get 11 teeth pulled, so that I can get my new smile... He and his team took great care of me and made me feel so comfortable, and I was done and out the door in 1 hour. I was forced to go to the dentist and orthodontist as a child and teenager by my mean parents. As it turn out they were good parents. Since then tho I go to the dentist only when I must. Well recently I had a must and because I put it off and put it off it became an abscess tooth. I called several dentists and got the feeling from them they were to good for me as I didnt have dental insurance. Choice dental was recommended by several people so I gave them a call and I couldnt be more happy with doing so! I called late in the afternoon and they got me in first thing in the morning! They got x-rays, looked at my grill, analyzed the problem and fixed it on the spot! Due to the abscess they had to pull the tooth sooooooooooooo out came 7 needle 😳 haha just kidding! I barely felt a thing while it was numbed. The tooth had to be cut into 3 parts because I have dinosaur roots and then it was take out like butter all the while I didnt feel a thing! We then made up a game plan for a bridge and some other minor work and I have never been so excited to go back to a place! The staff here is incredible! Courtney upfront is super easy to work with Trent (Doc) is an amazing dentist and everyone on his team is incredible! I couldnt say enough good about this place and look forward to my future appointments! If youre looking for a dentist look no further! 10 stars! 👊

I was very unhappy with the way I was treated at this place. Their plan of action does not have a patients schedule in mind, nor did they provide options that would work.Reply to owner-Get them done in three days, without any preparation or you will have to wait two months- is not even a logical option. The fact that I do not have a choice of hospitals through your company, if this is the case- is concerning. It was supposed to be two weeks out, not three days.

Dr. Kelly and his staff are hands down the best and most professional dental practitioners around. They went above and beyond to help me with all my issues. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at a dental office and are apprehensive about going to a dentist..don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Kelly, you won’t be disappointed.

Idk where to start, I have been in tons of pain due to my tooth, I had to call Dr Kelly on his day off and he waisted no time taking care of me. I have never in my life been to a dentist that cares that much to take care of me the day hes off, everyone has always said well try some ibuprofen and Ill see you Monday. Thank you so much for not just being an awesome dentist but for treating me like you actually care.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly. I am disabled and have odd reactions to meds including difficulty with anesthesia. He cheerfully took the extra time necessary to fully treat me. He listened patiently while I explained my complications and insurance limitations - he did not rush. It is obvious the entire staff is not money motivated.

Choice Dental is the best. This has been so easy for me and the Dr and the staff really cares, If your family needs a Dentist this is the one.

I made an appointment about a week ago for a tmj and when I made the appointment I told the woman I was talking to exactly what it was for and I just got a call and I was told they don’t do it anything for tmj so now I have to go find another one who can help me

My fiance called this dentist on spur of the moment at 730pm on a fri night while we were at dinner. I had been having tooth pain for about 2 days and ibeuprofen wasnt doing anything for it. I was eating dinner and i accidently bit on that side and couldnt stand the pain. Thankfully, they were able to see me tonight. Dr. Kelly talks to you and gets to know a little bit about you before doing anything. We went to a room and he took xrays, turns out it was a wisdom tooth which needed to be pulled. He pulled it with no hesitation and no pain during my visit. (ill prob have pain after the numbness goes away). I will forever recommend this dentist!! Unfortunately, i dont live here so i cant see him all the time.

Wish I would have known every xray increases risk of brain tumors before I let them do 20 xrays all over my head
