Takes staff a long time to answer your call light and then they will go to find someone who can help and they will show up to see if youre still needing them to help get you cleaned up , Ive laid here for 3 hours ringing and ringing waiting to get cleaned up after I have a bowl movement 💩🖖

No one ever answer phone. Can not visit patient in room can never get to talk to director or doctor concerning care. Will not recommend this place to anyone

Horrible new owner of this facility that let go hard-working good workers. My grandfather was showing real signs of improvement but then the new owner cut corners and let go good staff which in turn affects all those staying within the facility. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, find s place with a more caring owner who cares for employees.
