I have been trying to get help from the staff for over an hour and I am still not able to get help , I dont have a remote to use for the TV and I cant get comfortable because the bed being to small with no rails to make sure I dont fall into the floor. Also I have medication to take and I am told that they dont know what to do anything,

If I could give zero stars I would.Source: I am a Paramedic in the area and responds to calls here frequently in a 911 capacity.• Dirty rooms• Dirty masks and ppe laying around• Previous patients belongings still in room for new patient• Old food and trash under the bed• Dirty diapers found in the rooms• Non working beds and equipmentDisgusting place. If this is what new residents come to, imagine what existing residents experience.

The owner was very disrespectful to me. I was a staff member of 3 days in training. Mr. Sudden I think that is his name because he introduced himself as the owner had approached me on the 3rd day asking how was my training going. I told him good, he stated if its not fine then dont say its fine. I told him that I would tell him if it wasnt. He goes on to say, oh I dont do the mumbling (not realizing that I was mumbling) . I then say if I wasnt getting treated right I would tell you. He said its not about being treated right Its about the training. I said well its all the same. About 20 min later here comes the DON asking me to come to her office assisted with the ADON telling me that unfortunately we have to let you go because Mr. Sudden did not like your response. I was just to outdone. I was not rude nor disrespectful.

Theyve been doing a pretty good job of taking care of my father. I come visit frequently and he seems well cared for. Sometimes I come at mealtimes and the food looks and smells good. I talked to the administrators and the caregivers and they all have good attitudes.

Really deserve 1/2 star. Business office lagged obtaining Medicaid for Aunt; State caseworker didnt owe up to this job. BOTTOM LINE: Nursing home made sure they cashed BOTH INSURANCE POLICIES and will NOT forward documentation that the policy was cashed...perhaps will get investigative reporter to find out if this was done wrong.

Love this place the owner is always there helping out in the building. Nurses and aides are very attentive to patient needs like every nursing home there are minor concerns but Administrator is very knowledgeable and jumped right on top of it. I would definitely recommend this home to all my family and friends.

Overall this place is one of the best my father has stayed at. I get calls on a regular bases from staff if his medication or status changes. They are open to visiting time but that can be a minus as well because people kind of come and go as far as visitors. Just research be involved ask questions and get what you want.

I understand some reviews are negative but I disagree completely. Their service and professionalism to Us has been above and beyond. I could detail the reasons I feel this way but I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Disgusting place. My grandma was sent here from the hospital. It was so run down and disgusting we couldnt let her stay. It reeks of smoke and pee. The room they put her in had a broken toilet and ac. The toilet was broken to the point they had to bring a new one in. There were flies in the room. The blankets were thin and looked like they were from a cheap motel. The carpet had a layer of dirt around the furniture where it hadnt been properly cleaned in years.

My father almost died because they missed his dialysis. A nurse at the hospital said she hates this place. There is more to the story, but they are under staffed and night staff does not check on the patience as they should.My fathers neckless with his mothers ring was stolen. The sim card in his phone was stolen. Money has been stolen. Just a few examples.During the day... A woman was walking around without pants or underwear a few weeks ago and going in and out of the male patience rooms. She was even on the wrong hall. How long had she been wondering around and not been noticed? I went and told a worker, she took her back to her room. Just an example.There are some staff members that are great, but this facility is extremely understaffed. I wouldnt send your parent here unless ypu had no other choice .

I would HIGHLY recommemd that you DO NOT trust these people with your family members. My father went there for rehabilitation after surgery and within 2 weeks he was back in the hospital for severe dehydration and within 10 days he passed away. The doctors and nurses at the hospital he had to be rushed to expressed how ashamed these people should be for letting my father get that dehydrated. I see that the same thing happened to someone else a few years ago. Also, my father (who couldnt walk after surgery) was left on the toilet the first day he was there for an hour. Anytime we questioned any of the staff, my father pleaded not to say anything because he would be treated poorly if we did. One night when I was there, one man screamed for a nurse for half an hour. I personally went to the man to see if he was ok and he asked me to get him a nurse. I went to the front desk where the receptionist and a couple of nurses were gossiping and ignoring his pleas and told them he needed someone and they just blew me off. We met with a superior about leaving my father on the toilet and we are convinced that they let him go without fluids to get back at us for doing this. This place is horrible, it is the last place on earth that you want someone that you love spending their final days. Please dont make the mistake of trusting these people, you should be able to pick up very easily how little they care about human life. I am convinced that this place accelerated the death of my father.

My mother was just crammed in a room that had no room for her.

The people in the office are the rudest people I have ever met!

This is the worst nursing home ever they dont change the residents like there soppose to they have bugs and the nursing staff sucks I highly recommend for people to not put there love ones there.....
