Great location, amazing staff members. The machines are in great working order. It looks like they have socials too for pizza and bagels and thats really cool! Im excited to be a part of this gym

I got a membership at Planet Fitness, because it was cheap. However, the change of hours on the weekend was a tipping point and I will be moving to another gym. Overall, the gym is good, but not great.

Love this gym. Clean and love the vibe. Great for beginners. All the staffs are friendly and will show you around the gym. Becky did a great job helping with my workouts. Highly recommended!!

I love how clean facility is, including locker rooms, and that all of the machines are in great shape. I really enjoy the crowd meter because it gives me an idea of what it looks like before I go in. I love using the hydromassage and red light therapy. Plus all of the staff and trainers are very friendly.

The employees are awesome and welcoming. The place is always clean. There are plenty of machines and equipment so waiting is minimal, however the place is never packed.So far, so good.

Availability and affordability. Also the crowd meter on the app is very convenient.

Ive only been going to this gym for about a month or so, but all the employees are so nice!As an example: I wore a mask with one of my favorite K-pop groups on it, and 30 minutes into my workout, they played a song from that group over the speakers! It was so sweet and made me feel extremely welcome. Thank you Planet Fitness team for being awesome! 😄

Personally I don’t like planet fitness due to a lot of reasons. I love LA fitness! They have friendly employees, a hot tub, a sauna, clean and friendly atmosphere. You could definitely find great friends at LA fitness.Planet fitness is very limited to certain amenities, and it’s definitely the general crowd

They switched over to an app, i guess due to covid the i incompetence level of said employees is at an all-time low the disrespectful girl in the front was too busy worried about their conversation then helping a new member with the app I downloaded the app accidentally put Hurst as my primary location and long behold 10-day limit for use of other locations I DIDNT READ THE SMALL PRINT! this was Saturday she said she couldnt cancel the membership because they didnt have a manager on duty today is Monday I live an hour away they telling me I have to come in to cancel a membership this is pathetic and disgraceful I work 6 days a week 12 hour shift its impossible for me to come in except on a Sunday what a joke

A relaxed environment with so much dedicated to being a friendly & comfortable environment. They want everyone to feel welcome and able to workout here. Almost all the machines are assisted workouts but they have dumbells too! No stress, no pressure 😁

Website says mask required only when not actively working out yet employees state otherwise.To your response; Then fix your website to accurately represent your elaborated rules. As per your website STATES For the enhanced safety of everyone, masks are now required, except when actively working out.Which is a LIE.

I am having a very hard time getting ahold of someone above Carlito. He has made it impossible for me to work out at my home club in the daytime because of a notation that he has made, insisteing that i not be allowed to come into this particular gym unless i download the app. I believe i may have to change home clubs soon if this problem is not noticed. I will keep trying to get ahold of corporate.I am very appreciative of the night time crew.

For the price really tough to beat, I heard bad things about how strict they are with water bottles, tank tops, or even slight noise that will set off the alarm the gym and employees have made a good impression on me.5* service however I was super upset that there is no barbell available and its only Smith machines.So once I get back from my injury I will be changing gyms as thats a huge deal breaker for me. Which is why Im giving it a 3* as not having any free barbells is really holding the place back.Other than that the employees and environment is great also 24hrs soo cant beat that.

Rules on their website say mask only when not actively working out.... employee at 5 am told me to wear one regardless. Will not be back and canceling my membership. Save money and do not go here. All about control and this dude thinks he is like Rambo. Very aggressive, needs to be disciplined or fired before he costs more paying customers.

It’s honestly been an amazing experience. Workers are friendly, the whole gym is clean, and the atmosphere is such a judgment-free zone.

I am Diabetic and my doctor wants me to loose 60-70lbs. I shared that info with a staff member. And he has pointed me in the right direction and has been assisting and encouraging me every step of the way. A true blessing.

I joined when the gym opened and have never had a bad experience. They actually maintain their equipment too and replace anything worn down.

This is the most ghetto planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Super old ellipticals that aren’t even worth exercising on - left pretty quickly and never coming back to this location when there are so many better planet fitnesses in the area. Even going was a hassle as they made you sign a sign-in form and haven’t seen this done at any other site I’ve gone to. Stay away.

This is by far the best Planet Fitness I’ve been in since moving to Texas 4 months ago. The staff is friendly and the gym is always clean

Its been so hard mentally but going to a gym is an open door for me to feel so much better and I have to say the employees at planet fitness are super helpful I enter the gym tired and they be so nice and I feel so good about going every day when leaving they always say have a goodnight thank you for coming ❣️ sounds silly hit all that is helpful for my mental health that I dont want to go to the gym but I force my self to go💝 thank you planet fitness 💜🌻💜

I love the environment! There’s a variety of equipment selection. The gym is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Best gym in my opinion.

I was leery returning to the gym after a year of not going because of COVID. I thought I would feel I uncomfortable around other people, but my fears were put at ease. The gym was clean and every one had masks on. I also noticed that the cleaning stations were fully stocked and everyone was wiping down equipment after use.

Been coming here for months working out, and the rules on the website say mask only when not working out. Well thats untrue and misleading as of today after an employee told me to have one when I couldnt breathe lifting weights. Whoever the employee working at 4:30 AM is the one. Will be canceling my membership due to him as this is the last straw. I tried moving gyms and working with them but it wasnt enough I guess. Sick of being bothered and telling me how to live my life when Im working out. Im literally not around anyone else so I just dont get it anymore.

They make it so difficult to cancel. They wont do it over the phone or by email. They really expect people to come in person during a pandemic just to cancel their membership? Finally got someone to tell me to write a letter and send it in. Who still uses snail mail? SEems they just want to make it very difficult to cancel.

Go to the Euless location. Here, Two of the smith machines aren’t working as well as the hip abductors and abductions. The kids working the front desk couldnt care less. Restrooms door handles are sticky and nasty.

Great place. Has all the equipments I need to keep me staying healthy and strong.

The fountains don’t work, the tanning beds don’t work, this place needs better management on top of stuff... been like this for a couple days now...

Before the gym it was cleaner now I just look at the employees talking

I went to planet fitness last night after months of not going. They were not enforcing the state mandate on masks. There were 4 women (one employee) and a man not wearing a mask at all. Others had their mask below their nose. These people were never asked to put a mask on or to leave. When I walked out of the gym there was a Hispanic blonde female employee in her early twenties with a mask under her chin. She did not have her face covered. There were three employees last night (two male and one female) on 12/16 and they were all congregated together. Some of the gym members who did not have a mask on were not socially distanced as all the signs state and people were not sanitizing their stations. I feel that the other members have a right to know what is going on at this gym and that they are not following state guidelines or enforcing them for the safety of their members.

Love going here...not too crowded at all. Comfortable environment!

I used to go to Bally Total fitness back in the day and one thing I didnt like about Bally was that the machines were always filthy and greasy. One thing I notice at Planet Fitness is that they provide the materials to wipe down the machine, that way the machines arent oily. I also love the 30 minute workout!

If looking for convenient low cost gym , this is it. Even with all the New Year resolution activity this place doesnt get too crowded. However I wish members would remember smell goods and sweaty booties are a no go. Come workout save the cologne/perfume for happy hour

The associates are friendly, very pleasant and helpful. The facility is always cleaned to the nth degree. The equipment is plentiful and always in perfect working order. I am an older, larger type woman and i am always treated like a friend. I feel very comfortable here.

Hard to work out. They had slow gospel music on and then they made it weres by playing faster music to cover it up. Just sounds really bad and annoying.

I love this planet fitness! Me and my boyfriend come here all the time. The staff is great and just a overall nice environment. The only thing I will say is the women’s bathrooms are always dirty. Besides the bathrooms everything else is great!

Best place to workout and tan!! Laid back, never too crowded and the staff is always pleasant. Very clean as staff is always in the process of cleaning and there are cleaning stations all over.

I just gotta raise the issue--can you really be a judgement free zone when youre ridiculing guys as lunks for wearing body building tank tops, grunting when they lift, and carrying around gallon jugs of water? I do none of these things, but I know some cool dudes who do, and this seems to me like the very essence of judgement. I doubt they have anything to worry about, however, as the plum and yellow color scheme would induce projectile vomiting in any self-respecting lunk.

Very nice medium fitness facility. Operate 24 hours a day which most of that time is Not too crowded. Stuff is very friendly and keep the place organize and clean.Plenty equipment with large variety, allowing all to find and use per their individual fitness needs/ levels.Excelent maintenance of the place and equipment.Very recommended.

Im a Black Card holder, so I frequent different locations when Im in their area. Ill be brief, this location is clean. However, the employees LACK simple customer service skills. Of the 3 men standing around at check in, not one of them said hello when I entered or goodbye when I left. This is such a simple gesture to do and reflects poorly on your establishment.

Nice location. Much better than the new location that was opened in the more affluent neighborhood in Hurst. The staff is always attentive and friendly. They seem to keep the place pretty clean. Only complaint I have is, I wish the staff would walk around more and tell those that are on their phones talking loudly or sitting on machines, to stop!

I like being at PF on pipeline. Never have an issue. The staff gives great customer service. The gym is clean. I transfer from the Lancaster PF fitness. Once I started going to the pipeline location i loved it . They always make the time to help and answer questions. 👍🏿

This gym is my home away from home. The people are great, no matter what shift! 4am, or 8pm either way! Definitely recommend!

Its clean, not overcrowded and open 24/7 again so I can go during non peak hours.

Emily is the greatest person. She is detailed and so nice. She greets everyone with the smile and treat everyone as if they are the only person there. Emily is a wonderful worker at the gym

Very friendly staff and very clean gym / Locker rooms. Also has a wide selection of machines and was never too packed when I came. I love that about this chain.I know at 24 (which isn’t even actually 24 hours - like PF), their gyms are so packed it’s like they don’t even attempt to keep it clean anymore. And they cost way more.Won’t ever return to them!

I love this gym! The staff is great, especially David! Theyre all helpful with the equipment and with questions. The gym is Very clean, the equipment works well, and its definitely worth the money! $20 a month and you get 24 hour gym access, tanning beds, massage chairs, and classes if you like!

My husband signed up before I did so he told me about how much he enjoyed it there naturally I signed up as well! We love it!!

They got a bad rap among the hardcore. But for the laid back guy like myself its the most economical choice. The black card benefits are excellent. They never try and sell my guest.

I love going here. the black card is so worth it.... you get everything with it.... and its always open, you can tan, use a massage chair or work out any time that is good for you. place is always clean also

No one enforces the mask requirements. its not just people being sneaky either, Employees will blatantly walk past people with no mask on and not say a word.Crazy that this place got popular because of its rules about Lunk Alerts and its judgement free zone where they have the right to kick you out for grunting, but wont enforce a rule from the Governor of Texas.

Holy moley! You will not believe how nice this is!! Just go look. The photos dont even come close. And fresh air! I am allergic to everything! And during cedar season especially. I mean even the rubber items in the gym, idk the mats? Can bother me. Here, no issues! No odor, no stale air, no mildew, no fragrance. Just fresh beautiful air. Im not sure they understand how upgraded this location is. This is a gem. Seriously if you live anywhere near here i would snatch this up! Unfortunately i moved ;(

Great new location. So good to have a place so close to home. All new equipment. Most of the staff is great. One kid at the front desk not super friendly but other than that its great!

I enjoyed the visit and workout, thanks PF for not hounding me and giving the space to join when I’m ready! Huge facility, you have a lot of options available. The only thing missing I didn’t notice was a Sauna.

The gym itself is spacious, however the machines seem limited. For instance, one leg press machine will not cut it for a gym this size. I do like the rope stations.The staff is pleasant and I have yet to see this location crowded which makes the limited machines tolerable. I give it 4 stars because it has whats needed to have a solid workout but lacks additional equipment. If someone is on the one machine you want, you are out of luck. Overall solid place though.

Everything is great at this club except for missing a weight scale in the men’s locker room and hand drier. Women may not want a weight scale in their locker room because they’re more sensitive about their iwn weight.

I love that it’s 24 hours, so no matter what my schedule looks like, I can always go to the gym! Plus, the machines are always working, the staff are nice, and the facility is clean!

Great, brand new gym with friendly staff. Ignore the other reviews about it not being a 24/7 gym it IS 24/7. Smells new, super clean and can’t beat the Planet Fitness price $10/month or $20/month for Black Card. Extreme value, highly recommend it.
