Signed up for a new patient appointment for me and my spouse with a 2 month wait time. A week before the appointment they canceled one of the appointments because of double booking the slot. Rescheduled both appointments with another 2 month wait time and AGAIN they double booked the date of one of the appointments. After calling to reschedule, they called back to cancel telling us that other doctors in the area are accepting new patients and we should probably try them.

I have been a patient at this practice over five years. The doctor has always provided me with the best care and treatment. I recommend Dr Chapman for both her knowledge and experience. I also commend the staff that supports her.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Khan and staff - Always return my calls, always call with my test results. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Khan knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my concerns.

I do not understand comments about not calling with results. I have been going to this practice for years. Every three months and they always call with my blood work results. Also, there is a online health portal. Dr Kahn is knowledgeable about my condition and treatments.

This is the 4th dr in this office in 11 years and the treatment has been going down hill since the 1st dr left. This time is the last time my family will visit this facility, we have already contacted another dr office. I called yesterday morning right after the clinic opened to get my daughter worked in for the flu, was told they would call me back with an appointment. Called back at noon and was told that Dr Chapman had not reviewed the call yet and that I would be getting a call back. Instead went to an urgent care clinic, and yes she had the flu, got great treatment. Then today at 8:30 am got a call from dr chapman’s office, 24 HOURS LATER! TOO LATE! And they were not sympathetic that the call took so long!

Dr. Kahn is not a good doctor doesnt care about anything going on with you thatsthe way i got treated quick to get you out of the room unprofessional and sorry as hell dont go to her if you have serious health problems and stuff going on she will look at you like you crazy i would rate her 0 no stars at all
