Dr. Johnson and his staff do an exceptional job in providing quality care. Dr. Johnson is simply brilliant! He stays abreast of current literature, procedures, & medication. He goes above and beyond to make sure each and every patient has his/her issue resolved.Due to his expertise, he has a huge client base. Sometimes you have to wait. But anything worth having is worth waiting for!He has helped me manage chronic conditions. He prays for his patients!!I really wish people would consider how difficult it is to run a busy practice before they leave a bad review about a truly gifted physician. Theres only one greater!

Enjoy the fact when going to see Dr. Johnson its all about you. Staff is friendly, but Ive to admit the wait time is a bit lengthy, but this is something that I was well inform of when becoming a client/patient, thank goodness that Im a patient soul. None the less Dr. Johnson is very excellent at job, has a great deal of care about his clients and responds well to certain and any and all questions. Love and respect his honesty on a professional level with a personality to match.

Very upset. Myself and a friend was referred and had nothing but bad service. My friend went 4 times and still haven’t been seen 1) first appointment had blood work and initial visit, $30 2) Second appt was to get results of blood work but appointment was cancelled and rescheduled because doctor was in an important conference call 3) third appointment waited over 2 and half hours and left, paid $30 4) fourth appointment went in and guess what...she said we tried to call to reschedule because the doctor is not here.....Still haven’t been seen, still haven’t seen doctor and have taken off all 4 appointments.As in for me I been seen but had to wait 3 hours...But you say support black businesses. This is why it’s so hard not too

The best doctors experience Ive ever had in my life. Yes, it can be a long waiting time, but the nurses do ask that you give at least an hr of your time as they are always in high demand. Not only that, Dr. Michael Johnson is extremely thorough and has great bed-side manner. He very efficient and he even drew a diagram to help me understand what was going on in my body. I had gone to at least 7 different specialist, but he is the only doctor who took that time with me to explain to me what was going on. As I stated before, this was the best doctors visit Ive ever had in my life.

Front office lacks professionalism. Front receptionist is very rude. Exceptionally long wait time to see the Dr. (2 hours to be exact). Too many good physicians in the Huntsville/Madison area that will value you as a patient to settle for sub-standard care.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went to this office and the office manager, which happens to be the dr’s wife, charged me $215.00 with insurance which I paid out of pocket. Usually when the claim is submitted and u paid too much every office I’ve ever gone to will cut me a check back for the overpayment. Well this place won’t even file my claim!! I e placed several calls to them as well as made personal visits to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PROVIDER!! This is incompetence at its worse! No one takes pride in their work any more. I feel like they stole from me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson from day one of his practice. He always renders a thorough exam which results in a proper diagnosis. My fiance is now a new patient of Dr. Johnson and has been extremely pleased with his care and professionalism. Keep up the great work Dr. Johnson!!!

Dr. Johnson is a great doctor and gets five stars, HOWEVER, his wife Monique who runs the office is very unprofessional. I’ve never known someone to be so rude towards patients. I believe that she’s ran many people away. The way she talked to my mother on the phone today was unacceptable. I know for a fact my family will not return as long as she is in control of how the business is ran. That office needs a clean sweep.

Great doctor, nice staff, lab in office, nice waiting area

Dr Michael K Johnson prescribed 180 Opiod pills a month for 7 months to my 82 year old mother who did not need pain medication stronger than Tylenol. The particular drug is not approved for use beyond 5 days. She almost died as a result. Her bowels were so impacted, they were shoved up into her lungs and she vomited feces. This Dr is clearly incompetent and a danger to nursing home residents. He is the Medical Director at Whitesburg Gardens and North Alabama Hospice.

Dr. Johnson is the best decision my husband and I have ever made. Healthcare knows Healthcare and Dr. Johnson is detailed and he cares.

Dr. Michael Johnson is the most thorough and compassionate physician from whom I have ever received care.

I tried to call 7 times this week and it said they were closed during the stated business hours. Go to someone where they care about their patients, not here. Ive heard from multiple sources that this doctor is the very definition of a piece of garbage. After dealing with this place, its obvious his staff is the same.

Takes entirely too long to be seen by the dr. Arrived at 3:45 for my 4 oclock appointment and still hadnt been seen at 5:30. Ive tried to be patient but sitting for for almost 2 hours is unacceptable.

I’ve been calling this office for two weeks now and the phone hangs up or the office is closed 🙄
