Care was good. Staff was all very nice, professional, and caring. I did have to wait a long time but a work injury came in so I understood they needed to deal with that. The front person must have been helping in the back because no one was at the front desk for about 20-30 min. She should go out and explain she she would be back after helping in the backing.

Super nice staff. Fast and really professional.Had to wear a muzzle AKA mask.Which doesnt help. Its so scary how peeps believe this mess.

I like this place more than the rest. I got frustrated at the one in meridianville for not being open past 9 when they are labeled for 8. I went out of my way by 30 min just to go to this one, they are very informative and easy going. And I was seen in a timely manner. Any questions I had they were great at answering and helping me learn more about my condition.

I forgot the young lady name who collect samples for test but she was very understanding and courteous about ones needs. Also the young lady at the receptionist desk was nice as well on the day I visited.

Doctor and nurses are always friendly. Overall a good place to come. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes but I dont mind it because the staff really do care. They are not rushing you out the door just to have a empty room they really are making sure you get the best treatment. You guys rock!! hank you for that you especially with all that going on.

I woke up really sick on a Saturday morning.After getting ready to go in I went online to check in but they were booked for the day. Since I was so sick I called to see if I could come as a walk in but they were so kind to work me in and scheduled me an appointment for that same day. When I checked in at my appointment time they took me straight back to a room. The nurse came in within ten minutes and asked me permission for doing a covid test and flu test. I consisted to both and she said it would take about 20 minutes for the tests to come back. In about 15 minutes the doctor came in and said I had type A and B of the flu. The entire staff was very nice and compassionate and they worked very quickly to get me home as they knew I felt terrible. The following day I developed thrush. I called the office and they called in some mouth rinse to relieve my symptoms. The nurse said they would call me on Monday or Tuesday to see how I was doing and to make sure the medicines were helping to relive my symptoms. I have only used a walk in clinic a few times since I have a family physician but this was by far my best experience at a walk in clinic!! If I ever get ill on the weekend I will definitely be going back! I am so appreciative of there kindness and compassion, it means so much especially when you feel terrible!

I’ve been to this location many times and have been pleased with the care and service. On my last visit, the nurse practitioner forgot to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, in working to rectify this situation I encountered an employee that was so Exceedingly Rude to both myself and the pharmacist that it was shocking. The experience was so offensive that in all likelihood I will never go back. It’s unfortunate because there are several pleasant employees there as well. The woman refused to provide her name as she knew her behavior was unacceptable.

I’ve been here three times and every single time has been an excellent experience! Going to an urgent care can be daunting and often turn into an all-day event. This is not the case with this group. You are treated like family, your issues & concerns are thoroughly evaluated, and you leave feeling like you’ve made the right choice for your health. So grateful for this team!!

I went in as a new patient and was seen had a really nasty eye infection and they gave me an Antibiotic shot then antibiotic pills and eyedrops!! The best I ever went to they also learn I was short on Bp medicine they made sure I got that as well while I’m transitioning over to a new doctor!!! Thanks for all of you guys help!!! I’m in a happy place and my eye is feeling much better!!!

I had a bad UTI. They took the sample and found I had a UTI. They then gave me the correct prescription. The people were very nice. Good place to go.

My wife and I found this clinic to be very accommodating and professional. We particularly appreciated the help of Dr. David James. The receptionists at the front desk likewise were very helpful.

In one word - amazing! I left my blood pressure meds in Virginia. How? Lord knows. Went in to Urgent Medicare in the hopes they could help. And help they did. They took my blood pressure, let me see the doctor and the doctor called in my prescription. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my care. The facility was clean and efficient. I had a very large gash in my knee that required several stitches and I was taken to a room soon after I completed the paperwork and was take care of by Dr. A . The doctor was very kind and helpful.

Had a good experience here. The staff was kind (obviously tired. Duh. Its a hard job.) The wait was shorter than expected and I was seen promptly by the doctor.We didnt find an answer for the problem I had but the doctor was straight to the point. He didnt assume what it was or give a list of possibilities. He told me he wanted to help and gave me next steps to get that help.Thank you to all for working so hard every day to help people who arent doing great and need a hand.

Ive been here a couple of times. The first was when I cut 3 of my fingers badly with the hedge trimmers. It was the closest place so I thought I would try it. They were great! The doctor first examined my hand to see if it was something they could do or if I should go to the hospital. She decided she could stitch me up and she did, gave me scripts to prevent infection etc. Had the stitches out a couple of weeks later. My fingers healed nicely, I have some scar tissue but they were pretty mangled. Ive been back once or twice for minor issues, will definitely go there again if the need arises.

Had to get a covid test asap, they were the only place close to my house. I had never been a patient, they got my info and I waited in my car until they got a room available. I didn’t wait very long, I got tested and got the results back soon. The staff was great, would go back again.

Horrible service!!!! They call you back based on who they think needs to be seen, or what they want to do. We waited 2.5 hours for a very simple 1 minute visit with the nurse. Not professional. Very uncaring and snotty receptionist to add, she could care less. Don’t waste your time- go see a real doctor at a real practice. Waste of time and money!!!!!

Wait time was excellent and the staff was friendly and provided prompt service. The ability to check in online prior to arrival made it easy to book the appointment without having to do paperwork when I arrived. Though I was in a lot of pain when I arrived, the staff made me comfortable as I awaited test and medication to elevate the pain. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking care until able to reach your primary care physician.

Thank you!I had a sinus infection, and went here to have a doctor check and see if I needed to take antibiotics for it. The girl at the front desk was very short and almost rude. She put me in a room to be tested for covid even though I have already been tested like 5 times and dont have it. The girl that came in to give me a test, and I asked her if they could do it shallow, not deep because my head hurts so bad, and I know that I dont have it. I dont mind being tested, but Im already miserable with a headache. She rolled her eyes and said you dont even know what I was going to say, you havent let me say anything yet. I said you know what, Im not going to stay here and be talked to the too that way. So I left. I definitely will not be going back here. Im new to the area and expected people to be nice, but not so much.

Urgent Medicare saved my life. It did not take long to be seen. I had abdominal pain. The doctor touched my stomach a few times and told me to go to the ER for appendicitis. It was appendicitis and I was home that evening after having an appendectomy. I am so glad I went to Urgent Medicare because I did not think the pain was bad enough for a trip to the ER. The whole staff was amazing.

I had to do a lift test for a job that I’m starting. The staff was super friendly, and the lady that gave me the lift test was awesome.

The only issue I had was the time I came in and left. It was 8 a. m. when I came in and was taken back a few minutes after I got there, which was great. However, by the time I left, it was after 10 a.m. when I was released. I realized that being one of the first group of patients to come in, I was the only one that was still there for a while. For the most part, I was just sitting and waiting. Other than that, my experience was good as always!

I had a great visit at this urgent care facility. The Doctor was very helpful by explaining the causes of problems and gave me some ideas on how to correct my problems. The nurses was super nice and made me feel very comfortable, super nice team!

This is Jessica Reimer, David’s wife. My experience was as good as could be. Was taken to a room immediately. Got a rapid Covid test. Saw the doc for lass than a minute but he told me all I needed to know. Got my steroid shot and prescriptions called in. It was probably the shortest visit I’ve ever had which is great!

Was brought back quickly, treated efficiently and kindly.

I am TERRIFIED of shots. I’m 41 and normally act like a child when it comes to getting a shot. I went in with a severe allergic reaction to poison Ivey. The young lady that gave me my steroid shot was amazing! I barely felt it. The Doc and other nurse was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less the 40 mins! Definitely will be using them again for situations such as this. Thanks guys!!

I was about six minutes late for my appointment and I thought I might have to wait a long time, but I didnt. Actually I got seen before some people that were sitting there when I came in. Most of the staff appeared to be concerned about my care. The nurses and Nurse Practitioner that I saw were courteous as well to me during the visit.

I have always had a good experience with Urgent Medcare! But let me tell you the way they handle Covid-19 testing with the drive through and distancing was well planned, safe, and very professional. Especially when compared to where my friend went where there was no social distancing and a free for all to get in the door. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience. Very nice staff. I thought I was going to wait forever and it actually ended up not waiting not to long at all. I did feel I receive adequate care for the problem I came I for. I felt like the nurse practitioner was very nice and quick about her assiment. Dont really have any complaints about the place or experience I had here!

I have frequented this location a few times and have been pleased however my most recent visit, I left feeling underwhelmed & an extreme lack of compassion on behalf of the staff. While they do accept Medicaid & do physicals at this location, my foster child was denied an exam by the on staff doctor. We were told since he had never seen this child before he would need to go to his primary care physician for this. 1) This child doesnt have a primary physician - he is in foster care. 2) Isnt this place for people who dont typically dont have a primary care physician? I wish he could have been treated respectfully. He is already going through a difficult time right now & then to have a doctor deny him, it stung & hurt his feelings. Not to mntion mine, on his behalf. Treat others how you wish to be treated!

I took my mother n law to the clinic for covid testing. I am so impressed by the whole experience. We were in and out in a timely manner, and the staff was fantastic and the whole process was very professional. The Medical Assistant that came out, I believe her name was Becky, was so friendly and made my mother n law feel at ease about the process. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Called and asked do they do Federal regulated D.O.T physicals, inwhich they stated, yes. Told to come on down on 01/30/21, in and out in less than an hour!!!! I was so happy they saw me an treated me. I had to come from scottsboro because their rapid so called care stop seeing new patients at 4:30 . This urgent Medicare took very good care of me.

It was a Friday and i needed medical attention that couldnt wait until Monday to be seen by my primary care physician. I called around only to find that most clinics only do drive through COVID testing. The staff was very friendly and thorough.

I needed to get a last minute COVID Test for school. I scheduled online, the system scheduled me for a time after the facility would be closed. A staff member took the time to call and tell me, I was supper greatful! They were quick, courteous, and very professional. The establishment was clean and sanitary.

Arrived before closing. Was told they already closed. Asked to at least leave a urine sample. No. Recommendation: make sure your online info says you will not be seen if you arrive..(time)...before closing.

Dr. A was very rude and insensitive to my problem. He apparently didnt think that my neuropathy required urgent care. Thats the second time Dr. A has treated me rudely. There wont be a third.

Very unprofessional, customer service is lacking. I walked in to make an appointment thinking I have a sinus infection for them to tell me they do not take walk-ins for Covid, flu, or anything like what I stated I needed... firstly, Im confused what else you have walk-ins available for. Second, the woman up front today was lacking in the professionalism and needs a new HIPAA briefing ( I work in healthcare as well). When I asked what they take walk-ins for, without answering my question, she just said we will just get you in in a very rude manner. She then stated she would have to schedule me an appointment and when I asked how long it might be she stated that there were only 3 rooms available and they had someone in there who they think has a positive test result and so it would be another 30 minutes on them atleast. Needless to say I got out to my car and decided this office definitely is not where I needed to be so I called back to cancel the appointment. I would never recommend this office on professionalism and possible HIPAA violations alone. To the person in the room with the positive test result, I hope you feel better and I would recommend choosing somewhere else for your next visit.

Fast and friendly service, receptionist was very nice. I went for a SOT physical, they were quick but thorough and I was in and out within the limits of my work lunch break. Ill definitely go again when Im due in 2 years.

Wait wasnt to bad, about 1.5 hours total to get covid tested and the results. Staff seemed friendly in what little interaction there was. Doctor was willing to answer a few questions when he returned with my results. Well use again if needed.

Wait wasnt bad. Dr. Alameda was Awesome!!!! Receptionist personality of a goat, same with most the rest except 1 lady, said she was new there, kind respectful, pleasant. A man in the lobby, decided he had waited to long, this was 8:15 am. He made a call, handed the phone to the receptionist, after getting off the phone the man was called back within minutes. All the while there was 3 others ahead of me. This was disgusting!!!

Signed up for telehealth, received texts confirming telehealth. Then received texts saying to show up at office. Then received texts saying I was removed from the line. Called no less than 25 times and the receptionist said she put me back in the line but doesnt know when they will contact me or how.Edit. 10:30 reschedule has passed its time with no calls or info. Now trying to call to cancel and make sure Im not billed.Edit: they blocked my phone number so I cant even contact the office.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, they have a list of what they treat and even though my issue was on the list they refused to see me and told me to go to emergency room that they didn’t see anyone for that issue. However after I got back in my car I went to the website and found my exact problem on THE LIST I suppose they just pick and choose what they feel like doing that Day!!!! I was told that Dr.James was there and Nurse said he don’t see people for that however he seen me for very same issue 3 years ago because his name was on my prescription bottle that was expired and all I wanted was refill and it was stomach medicine non narcotic.

I had a set time for a covid testing appointment at 4 pm today. 4-12-2021. Its been almost an hour past that set appointment time and I showed up 20 minutes early (3:40pm) like you do for doctors appointments. I have things to be doing this afternoon and Im sure others do too.I have another person sitting around me whos wife has been waiting since 3 pm and she is just now Im the back room. (Its 4:45 right now) I have asked when I will be seen 30 minutes after my appointment time and the reception lady didnt have a clue when I would be seen. Simply saying that it is a window to be seen. An set appointment time is not a window. If they want a window time then state so and dont give people false hope with a time that will be nowhere near the actual time they will be seen forming them to sit out in a hot car for over an hour... You are not running the cable company who gives out service window, Doctors set appointments for a reason and its a bit rude to have people sitting around for an hour+ just to get a rapid covid test that takes 15 minutes to administer. I will be late for important things this afternoon due to me not knowing it would take OVER AN HOUR just to be called back into the building. Much less to actually have the test administered and the doctor to see me. The facility has been administering tests for almost a year now they should be faster than this and handle their patients with more care for their time.......VERY UNIMPRESSED.

My back is still killing me, even with the muscle relaxers, toradal and steroid shots. With my history of severe scoliosis and fused spine surgery, I wish they had taken X-rays for my piece of mind. Hurts worse today than yesterday. Can hardly move. Feels better laying flat. But with Christmas this week, I can’t spend all day laying flat.

Went for a drive through rapid Covid test. Took about an hour from start to finish. Handled very well and minimal contact. So much better than having to wait in a crowded room!

They were all very nice and the wait time was reasonable especially considering I was a walk in.

I was just in there and apparently the rules changed. There is no more walk in or drive thru testing. I was told there is appointments only , no exceptions. This apparently just happened.The receptionist was very nice. I was there at 8:50 AM . Management on the other hand has made a dumb decision as the numbers rise. I sat in the parking lot for 10+ minutes looking for an alternative place to go. Not 1 car came in and I could have been seen.

I love the fact that they have an X-ray machine. I didn’t have to go to the emergency room, especially due to COVID. They also do the rapid COVID tests and are very informative about everything. The nurses are fabulous and so is the doctor I saw. Even though I left with a fractured foot, they were very nice. Definitely recommend this place!! I always have a good experience!
