Dr. Khan and his staff were upfront and thorough in taking care of our concerns about my father. Dr. Khan listened and acted after his diagnosis to help give us a plan of action and support. We all were impressed with the time he took for us!

Do not recommend this office. They treat people like numbers. On the phone for one hour, spoke to a total of 4 different people, was transferred and hung up on twice and, just plan hung up on the other two times. Called back each time, got looped into their incessant on hold cycle which was a minimum of 10 minutes each time and never had my questions answered or issues dealt with. Last straw was being asked if Id like to speak with their administrator to voice my complaints and when transferred once again fell into their black hole of silence. Good luck if you choose this office.

We have been patients of this practice for more than 15 years and I can honestly say that Dr Khan saved my husband’s life and has been providing excellent care for both of us since that time. Geriatric care is very different than the care of younger adults and Dr Khan’s knowledge and attention to detail in this area sets him apart from any other physician we have ever had. His nurse practitioners are also knowledgeable, approachable, and conscientious. I have recommended this practice to family members and to many friends, all of whom have been completely happy with the care received here. He is passionate about improving the health of the elderly and operates several free balance classes each week with the goal of increasing mobility and reducing falls in the geriatric population. I would (and have) trusted my life and my husband’s life to him, his nurse practitioners, and his staff, for the past 16 years. I can only assume that the bad reviews here are due to misunderstandings of some sort as the experiences of my family and friends have been completely different. As to the person who alleged widespread and intentional billing fraud, I can only say this is a gross, vile, and hateful comment and is completely baseless.

It should be Zaheer Con...as in Con man! Arrogant, non-friendly bedside manner and questionable office and billing ethics. Khan took my elderly mom off most of her medications, cold turkey, without doing any follow up or gradual reduction. This threw her system into stress, resulting in nearly having a stroke, and an expensive hospital visit. After withdrawing as a patient of Khan - my mom was further billed for 6 more consecutive days to her Medicare for office visits after her hospitalization. There were no extra office visits. When we pointed this out, the office manager, Roya - said - Oh, that was a glitch. This seems more like Medicare Fraud - than a glitch. I wonder how many more Glitches they have when billing elderly, confused patients? AVOID!

Condescending ,rude , always in a hurry, would not take time to explain my mothers problems . Diagnosed with ovarian cancer he refused to break the bad news to her and was annoyed that I refused to do so . I found out on a Friday and I did not feel it was right to tell her because she would have worried all weekend until a treatment plan could be devised with a gyn oncologist. Also he was rude to my sister. He was angry with her because she had flown down to look at several nursing homes, and because he had discharged our mom that morning, and my sister and I had only 1 day to find an appropriate nursing home, he had to come back to the hospital to discharge her once we made a decision. He refused to discuss with me the nature of her dementia, which would have been helpful for my sister and I to know-was it multi infarct or Alzheimers. He said and I quote, that can only be determined at autopsy. One of the rudest doctors I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommend him to anyone. Trying to obtain my mothers medical records, but it has been unsuccessful so far. My sister and I need this information for our own health. He gets a 0 out of 5 from me.Or worse, minus 5..
