I moved to Alabama and this was a place suggested by my insurance as a primary care physician. My first visit was almost 3 hours. The next couple of times I needed to see my doctor I was told it would be a month or longer for an appointment or I could travel to another city or have someone from another location do a televisit. I did the televisit and there was no follow up and the referral I needed after being released from the hospital took over 2 weeks and numerous calls back to the televisit doctor to actually get done. They are strongly lacking in concern for their patients. I believe either they are severely understaffed or the level of care is just not up to the standards Im accustomed to.

I feel like these doctors will let you die! They take your money and make u wait weeks!!! They lie about your results just terrible. Not professional not my recommendation. Your better off going to the hospital fr

I had an appointment with a Dr Smith at 2pm. I checked in on time and waited for 2 hours to be called back with an attitude at 4pm. I thought I suppose to have the attitude cause I was the one waiting. The service is awful. I will be contacting the owner about this

Best clinic in the valley!

Started here as a new pt in May and was assigned to Dr.Fish who was wonderful both times I saw him. Dr.Fish is no longer there for whatever reason, so I was assigned to Dr.Kurecki and he was also wonderful. Im not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews, but I would recommend them to anyone that needs a doctor in the Huntsville area. The front desk on both floors were cheerful and helpful, all the nurses were great and all the doctors extremely knowledgeable.

I don’t recommend this place, they do nothing for you. They charge you for nothing just to wait and not doing a professional work.Now they are threatening me with this law firm called Stillman Law Office, LLC.

Dr. Fish is the most non professional rude inconsiderate so called doctor. I seriously dont know how he is practicing medicine. He has no knowledge of any blood work or anything. He couldnt tell me what my thyroid levels meant. He never treated me for my sicknesses when I went. I assume since he had no knowledge in my symptoms he said I was fine and nothing wrong. He did agree to send referrals to three different specialist. I would tell him everything that was going on and he questioned me and more less said I was lying. I told him I will be changing my PCM and he said I think that the best. He stares like he lost and only has basic knowledge of common things people go to doctor for. The office staff along with doctors and nurses are so non professional. Their facility is disturbing. You have just anyone walking in there for example homeless people that go in the bathrooms and mess them up. Everyone is rude. Ive never had a doctor or his staff ever make me feel like he did and his staff. I would not recommend him to anyone

How is this place in business! Get a malpractice lawyer before you go! You’re better off going to CVS and performing your own medical care. Or find an alcoholic bum and pay him in booze to diagnose and treat you.

The place, as a whole, is just so unprofessional. Ive been going for about 6 months, only because I lived close to them and was automatically suggested to them by my insurance. I tried to put up with them, as I only go to the doctor if I really have to, so I wouldnt be seeing much of them. Needless to say, I went 2 times when I first got put with them and I hated the setup up things, (dirty, unprofessional, loud) but stayed because it was my only off day to be seen both times. I was never even seen by Kurecki, (who was listed as my primary doctor), instead Breana Mackey saw me and she was great. Only seem Dr. Kurecki once the whole time with them, and I waited 3 hours in the waiting room and then had to go back and wait another 45 without an apology or explanation when he finally came in. He acted like I was holding him up and answered no questions. Flat out told me that everything I was asking was not in his field of medicine and I needed to go talk to the type of doctor that knew about what I was talking about and left. Had to go back a couple months later to get a two part Tb skin test for work and I was sent home the first time after signing in, paying copay,and waiting 20 mins. (without being called, wasted gas and time to go in person) because they didnt know what a two part Th skin test was and wasnt sure if they could give it. Then had to wait around another 30 mins. (With an anxious infant) to be told that Dr. Mackey had quit, (I guess that she was now in the system as my primary care Dr) and the doctor that does those wouldnt be back until two days later and to reschedule. I told them I would have to come early and leave quickly because I would have to work and they said, they could try to have me out but it wasnt guaranteed. (Appointment for 9, asking if Ill be out by 11 30) so I go to the appointment and wait like 45 mins and have to hunt down someone to ask if I could be seen. The girl at the back information counter kept talking about how hungry and ready for lunch she was. When I was finally seen, a clerk done the step in less than 30 seconds.........why was my wait sooo long for 30 seconds and for a clerk to do it and not a doc. Many more things went on as far as referrals and scheduling, and long waits, but thats pretty much the high points of what to expect. Youll always get an appointment, cause they will triple book doctors who are greedy enough to accept it and youre the one waiting, paying, and not being properly diagnosed when you do finally get seen.

Do not ever take your children or any other family members here. They are inexperienced, slow, unresponsive, and full of excuses. Worst healthcare ever. If it wasnt for my son breaking his thumb and needing an urgent referral, we would not have been there. My insurance assigned him to that horrible place of sloppy care. They couldnt even fax a referral for ortho consult because their phones and fax machines were down for 3 days. Their remedy was for me to come pick it up and take it to the ortho office myself!! The medical assistant if she is even one, was inexperienced in giving injections, I had to tell her what and how to do it first, just for her to not even do it. I refuse to torture my child with a injection from a complete idiot. They do not believe in HIPAA/PHI since they talk about every patient in the hallway while leaving other patients doors open for everyone to see and clearly hear. The staff in the pediatric dept is completely unprofessional and use vulgar language in office. Keep in mind the doors are all open and they are not whispering!!!! I could not get out of there fast enough! This place needs to be torn down and never considered a health care facility!
