Dr. Montgomery is such a wonderful doctor and his nurse is just the sweetest. He delivered my 1st, helped me through my miscarriage, and now pregnant again using him as my doctor. I truly thank you and your team for being there for me and my little ones. You guys truly are a blessing!

Connie is extremely rude to clients and they have a way of making me feel extremely unwelcome

I am about to give birth in about 12 days. I have been with this staff my whole pregnancy. Dr. Montgomery is fast with appointments but is very thorough. Shelly (the nurse) is very sweet and always makes you feel comfortable. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to go back after my arrival time. Many times I have showed up 20 minutes early and got to go back well before my scheduled time. The receptionist (which many of the bad reviews is based on) has never been rude to me and has always been professional. I have never had a bad experience going to this doctors office and am very happy with my decision in choosing Dr. Montgomery.

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and my fiancé and I had just moved to the area and my previous OBGYN was too far away. I was trying to find something closer. I called to explain my situation and the receptionist didn’t ask for any information and was very rude over the phone. All I asked was if we could make an appointment and if he would take a new patient and she abruptly said no, never asked for further information, never checked with the Doctor, and was very short. So unprofessional.

Dr Montgomery delivered my oldest 19 years ago. He was one of the best Drs Ive ever interacted with. Great bedside manner and very caring. Theres a reason why I remember him after all these years. Amazing Dr. !!!

I was considering him as a obgyn but the way I have been treated from his receptionist the past few days I am just going to another OBGYN. And after I started reading the reviews they tend to treat alot of people this way and I have heard nothing but good things about the doctor but to keep my sanity and freedom its best for me to seek another OBGYN

Going there for the first time was crap because I had to wait a month to go. Then wanted me to take a health background on line but NEVER RECEIVED it after 3 calls to resend it. I got there and had to do it in person which took an hour. Then they got my birthday wrong after looking at my ID twice. I called to change it and it never was changed. They prescribed me prenatal vitamins and said it should be ready Monday. I went to get it Monday and they never called it in. I called three times after that to get it sent. About two and a half weeks later the nurse called saying its ready. I went to pick it up and CVS never received the prescription. It may not be the doctor but the staff is crap. I have yet to meet him because Im switching before I have more disappointments for my first pregnancy.

Has a very good bedside manner towards my wife very respectful to me and his staff is very helpful one of the few doctors in Huntsville that does not hold it against you to be on Medicaid

I had heard great things about Dr. Montgomery and in my experience with him he is a fine doctor, however his office staff is very unprofessional and incredibly difficult to work with. I wouldn’t recommend seeking care here.

So, I am a medicaid patient and I called a week ago to make an appointment because I had to transfer from my doctor in Livingston (who is an hour away) because she will be leaving the practice by my delivery time. I got the office fax number so I could have my other doctors office fax over my records. The receptionist actually told me she would call me once they received my documents and that it may not be that day because they were extremely busy and didnt have time. I did not receive any calls for the remainder of the day. The next day, I called them and the receptionist stated she received them, but now I had to wait for a NURSE (not the doctor) to review my records before they can make an appointment. I was like, but you didnt tell me that, you just told me you needed my records. Not only does she not give you all the information at once, she is rude. She cuts you off mid sentence. Once again, I waited for a phone call and still hadnt received one so I could make my appointment (also I am 22 weeks pregnant at this point). I called and she stated the nurse looked over it and I could make an appointment. This was on a Thursday and my appointment was set for 2:45 the following Monday. I leave at 2 pm to head to my doctors appointment because its 20-30 minute drive there. In route, the office calls me to tell me that after a more in depth review of my case, I need to go to Conroe (which is an hour away from me). I said ummm the nurse reviewed my case already, if it was a case yall couldnt take why did yall even bother making my appointment when yall wouldnt even allow me to make one without looking at my case? She stated that it was just brought to her attention 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY ARRIVAL TIME. First thing she stated was that she noticed I would have trouble with transportation getting to my appointments. I asked her who told her that???? She stated it was on my case records from the other doctors office. I said, I dont have transportation issues, that doctor was an hour away which is one reason why Im transferring on top of her leaving when Im due. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL!! THEY ARE ALL RUDE! It seems impossible to get in to see the doctor so that the doctor can tell you what he needs to tell you instead of the office staff just wasting your time. and being rude. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT I SHOULD GET A PHONE CALL 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO TELL ME I NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHEN I COULDNT EVEN GET AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL MY CASE WAS LOOKED OVER. NO EXUCSE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The way they reflect their attitudes, they dont even seem like they care about their patients and I feel bad that the doctor are going to lose patients just because of their horrible office staff. LEARN TO TREAT YOUR PATIENTS BETTER AND LEARN HOW TO TALK TO A PATIENT!!!!!

This is my 4th child Ive came to here for. The nurse us awesome and everyone is polite and sweet and everything gets done quickly and as needed he is defiantly the best doctor ever and is great with delivery and they make you feel very comfortable plus the doc is super funny I always have a food laugh at every visit I will recommend him to everyone I know.!

He has a great bedside manner. Also a great sense of humor.

GOSH I JUST HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH A GUY NAMED JUAN RAMOS TREATED ME SO BADLY

Waited a month for results and contraception, after I called them JUST to hear I was supposed to fill out paperwork, unbeknownst to me and had to wait ANOTHER two weeks for it. Not a single member of staff took responsibility for their mistake of not notifying me on the proper protocol. Very very disappointed with my experience here

Great staff, and Dr. Ward did an awesome job with my broken hand. He was so good that I recommended him to my wifes grandmother that broke her arm.
