Dr. Boyle was very nice. I have no problem with him.The problem is with the office staff. Things were not filed correctly with my insurance. Furthermore, to describe the office manager as recalcitrant is a gross understatement.I have been ping ponged between my insurance, my primary care doctor, and the hospital administrators over a referral for over a month now.My primary doctors staff did a referral and was told by Boyles office staff a referral was not needed. It was. Now, I am being billed because there was no referral on file. It is ridiculous that everyone is blaming someone else for this problem. It is Boyles office staffs fault. They need to see that it is refiled correctly or write off the balance.You should also be aware that if you go to his office you will be charged for his examination and a considerable facility fee by the hospital. This information is NOT disclosed when you make the appointment.Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I regret seeing him. I would NOT see him again under any circumstances.
