This place is horrible with wait times. If you are late or don’t show you get charged. If they are an hour late it’s not their problem. I showed up 15 minutes for an appointment at 150 on 11/10 and was still waiting an hour later. I talked to the front desk attendant who gave me a blank stare and acted as though I was bothering her. I asked her why it was taking so long, her response was that I “was already in a room”? Then it was “ they had to clean the room”. She was very rude.

Dr. Shane Davis is the best. Very friendly & attentive. The wait is long but as expected when you have a waiting room full of patients.

My first visit was today and was very pleased with the office staff and Dr. Shane P. Davis. After many months and several doctors I have really been at the end of my rope. But, after today, I feel like I have hope! Thank you for getting me in quickly, evaluating my issues, providing insight and being open to discussion! Wish Huntsville had more Doctors and office staff just like you!

I needed to be seen ASAP on yesterday 6/24/2020 after I had spoken to a previous ENT they couldnt see me until the EOM so I called ENT of Huntsville the receptionist that answered the phone was so nice cheerful and kind she accommodated me and got me in and the Tech , Dr Shane Davis , and nurse was very compassionate and listened to me and he explained everything to me in regards to my issue at hand I will be Recommending the ENT of Huntsville to my Friends and Family keep up the good work God Bless each one of you.

Dr. Benjamin Powell ENT Dr is the best doctor weve ever had Dr Powell is gentle, thoughtful, and really takes time with us each and every time we see him! We recommend him for anyone.. Adult or Children! HE IS TRULY 5 STARS AND BEYOND ! !

I.m use to seeing alot of doctors but Dr Brigance is one of the best I.ve seen he.s straight to the point and very kind he.s my new Doctor who I feel I can trust ya he could have done things for the money but he did what was best for me Thanks so much Doc

UPDATE!!!! Tiffany finally got back with me and was very apologetic. I have sense been there three times and my only minor complaint is the wait time but that is expected as every Doc office here in Huntsville has a long wait time. Tiffany and Jennifer are just as nice as can be. I will update more after my surgery. So far after the initial problem it has been smooth sailing. This place is aweful. If I could give it a zero I would. You call to try and book an appointment and after waiting 10mins oh Tiffany is the one who books these appointments. Ok send me to Tiffany. Oh she is on the line with another customer would you like to leave her a voice message. No I would not because I have left her three already and no return call. I can only imagine what the specialist is like if the staff booking appointments are this bad.

Dr. Brigance and his staff went out of their way to assist me and my little boy in a very stressful situation. We werent previously patients of Ear, Nose, Throat, Head & Neck Surgery Of Huntsville. I highly do not recommend this business. I scheduled an appointment because the hearing in my left ear is going out. My appointment was at 10:00 and I arrived at 9:47. I wasn’t told that if I didn’t arrive by 9:30, that my appointment is automatically forfeited. I also don’t know what type of protocol that is for a medical practice when I still arrived almost 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I have today off from work and this was an absolute waste of my time and very unprofessional.

I changed my review on this place because my son was seen by Dr.Brigance he did his surgery about a year ago everything went okay with that BUT my recent appointment with him for my son was awful I will never bring my kids back here! I took my son in cause he kept complaining that everything was to loud and his ears hurt. While we was there they did 2 hearing test when the doc finally came in the room he looked in mouth first and said his tonsils looked great MY SON DOESN’T have tonsils this doc actually removed them so when I told him that he laughed and said well I didn’t look at his chart before I came in! So apparently he wasn’t actually looking in his mouth, well after that he checked his ears out said it looked good he just has a small hole in his eardrum that it will heal itself ! Well the next day I ended up in the ER with my son cause he had red dots all over his throat and tongue the ER doc said he DOESN’T have a hole in his eardrum that he actually has a double ear infection and it had spread to his throat! So now my son is on a 15 day supply of antibiotics! I don’t know if he didn’t take my child’s health seriously cause of his insurance or because it was close to lunch time but am beyond mad about it. The ER doc told me that there is no way he didn’t see the infection it doesn’t get that bad within a night! I actually called them to let them know what was going on and I got transferred to his nurse and I left a message and she never called me back! So that just shows how much they actually care!
