This place has always done a great job with my hair. I have gone to several different braiding shops in the city, but I keep coming back here. I will admit that the negative reviews about the customer service are correct for the most part. The ladies are not the best at communicating with clients. One thing is for sure though... they know how to braid hair well and fast! I get so many compliments when I get my hair done here! Everyone wants to know where I go! I would recommend this place to a friend. But I would say, make sure you know what you want and be assertive!

This was my first visit. I highly recommend it and Im glad that I found this salon. The ladies here did a great job braiding my hair! Excellent protective style. Quick work. I feel so much better and confident with my hair. My natural hair feels well protected.

The ladies here are amazing!! They have braided my hair several times and all times my braids have lasted well over 3 months!! She takes her time and always listens to exactly what you want in styling and does her absolute best to match it!! I would recommend her to anyone!!! Please check her out!!!

I’ve been to tsquare braiding a couple of time and the service has always been nice. Their work is of good quality. They get you in and out fast.

I really would like to give them zero stars. This place is so unprofessional, money hungry, and unorganized. I had a terrible experience here and so did my sister on a separate occasion. The owner talked to me 3 different times prior to my appointment, I told her what I wanted to get and she gave me a price. I came in the day and set time of my appointment and had to wait 2 hours. Then once I get in the chair she acts as if she doesn’t know me and tries to charge me $50 more than the original price she gave. I told her I wouldn’t be paying her that much and she gets an attitude with me. My sister had a similar experience with them. Very unprofessional. Will never be going back! Take your money elsewhere please!

Made a appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:45am. There are two clients in the chair no were close to finished. It’s is currently almost 11:30am, I’m still waiting. They need to learn time and quit telling people to come on in and that they are not busy. This is terrible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never showed up to my appointment so I couldn’t get my hair done for my birthday. Go somewhere else

This was my third time visiting this establishment overall it’s a pretty well-rounded place. One thing I have learned however if you have to be very, very clear of what you want if it’s anything other than box braids. Last time I went I asked for “fulani” braids based on a picture that I saw on Google. I showed the picture which showed 15 or 16 cornrows at the top with individual braids in the back... by the time I was done I had 30-40 small cornrows at the top and while it was still pretty, it absolutely destroyed my edges and was not what I initially wanted.This most recent time I wanted a braided Bob that had some curly hair left out going for that “boho” look. I was not told that I had to bring my own curly hair so I was a little disappointed but whatever I was already there. When we began I stated that I wanted all the braids to be the same length and not angled and for the length I wanted them at my shoulders. She did two braids and showed me the size and length and it was at my shoulder like I wanted. Now I understand that when you first get them done in the hair is a little stiff and automatically curls however there are some very uneven braids on my head and my right side is shorter than the left. The length comes just below my chin on most areas even if I do straighten them out. I didn’t get a good look in the mirror before I left so I was initially in love but once I got home I noticed all of the inconsistencies....even if I had noticed in the shop it would’ve been too late to change anything. If they relax a little bit and look better than I will come back and edit my review however this is where I stand right now. Overall they’re good for the price and what they do just make sure you’re clear about what you want.I rate 3 stars because even if it is a reasonable price, if Im paying for something it needs to be what I want and that is very important to me.

We arrived to our 8:30 apt to an empty shop. I called to see why no one was here and was told via text 15 minutes later all the braiders had a family emergency and the shop was closed.Horrible customer service and poor communication. Don’t be like us and waste your time with these people.

These ladies are awesome. I got exactly what I wanted each time in a timely manner and I feel so beautiful. These ladies got some growing hands too.(my hair has grown a lot since the first braiding experience) I highly recommend 100%. The prices are very reasonable. Ive gotten so many compliments on my braids. As soon as I walked in I was in a chair and was done in 3hrs.( Pretty quick for the style I got) and they turned out perfectly. I love them. Thanks Ladies for a job well done. I am a lifetime client.

Knotless braids in 2 1/2 hours! I have very fine hair and was worried that my braids would look “scalpy” or slip out! They were diligent to make sure the braids would Stay in. No pain! I will be back!

The lady parted my hair hard af felt like she was scratching my scalp as she went, screamed in my ear across the salon at each other or on the phone, theres some annoying beeping literally every 2 minutes or so & they dont do knotless braids correctly.. one good thing i can say about them is that they are quick. i only been here once for knotless braids but would not recommend them for anything else honestly because of the unprofessionalism they exhibit.

Would have given a zero if there was an option. Pulled my hair so bad while braiding and didnt care. Had sore scalp and bumps...didnt sleep. Had to undo my hair at night....very poor service

I love the faux locs I got from Bebe. She was careful and gentle with me cos I have tender scalp. She was so nice and professional. And you the most thrilling thing is the hair was done first. I recommend her so y’all should start booking your appointments.

I am a hairstylist with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry and professionalism will always be a major factor for me. I got braids done there 4 weeks ago. I wanted to get my edges done again. I made an appointment earlier in the week for Saturday morning at 7am to get my edges done and when I went for my appointment she was braiding someone else which is fine. The problem was she told me she couldnt braid it until later that day. I had already taken my hair down the night before and arranged for a sitter for my baby only to get told my edges couldnt be braided. I was livid!!!! I can only assume that she didnt want to braid mine because the other lady getting her hair braided was getting more done so that would be more money. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.The young lady was going to be my permanent braider. However, after this incident I will never go back again. If these are qualities you are looking for in a braiding stylist this is not the place to go.

Not professional, never introduce themselves, lean on client while they are braiding, eating while doing hair, while twisting hair alot of tugging and pulling which hurts badly. Using a silver clip to part hair not to mention it feels like its ripping your hair out every time they part it. The smoke detector needed batteries beeping every two minutes. They just some rude and unprofessional people. I will not go back or recommend to anyone

I called late in the day ( 4:30ish) to make an appointment for Sunday. They were able to get me in the same day maybe 30 mins later. They were professional and punctual. My knotless braids were taken down and rebraided within a timely manner. I will definitely be back. This service was amazing! My new go to braids!

First time customer as of yesterday. I got crochets and I am really impressed with the results. My hair was neatly braided underneath and the crochets are laid and knotted neatly. I’ve been to one other shop in Huntsville and while they were ok this has been my best experience. Bibi was my braider.

Today was my first time coming here.. Had ONE lady on my head we still finished in like 3 1/2 hours.. Friendly environment, CLEAN, The lady was super nice! I will definitely return!

My biggest issue with braid shops is the time but Tsquare was fast! I think the lady who did my hair was Bebe, but the other braider was fast too, she was doing some bomb lemonade braids! I think Im getting those next!
