Love getting my hair cut and colored here! All of the stylists are awesome!

Don’t go to Shane in Jones Valley. Nice guy but terrible cut. Worst fade I’ve ever seen. And hacked his neck to bits!

Apparently they dont help walk-ins anymore. The stylist was too busy dusting bottles to give me a cut. Ive been going here for 5 years and never have I ever been told I have to set up an appointment. The talent is great because every lady there has cut my hair at least once always giving me a good look.

I went in to get a trim on my bob style hair cut and left with patches of hair missing. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted done which was to reshape my bob but leave the front long. He took clippers and started buzzing the back of my head with out really knowing what he was doing in my opinion. He kept stating that this was how he cuts a bob and that every person is different. By the end of my experience I had ends that we’re not blended in, missing patches, and my hair was a lot shorter than I wanted. The manager(I assume that’s who she was) tried to fix what she could and managed to blend the back some more but in the end I am missing patches still where hair should be covering on the back of my head.

The ladies who work there are great and personable. But do NOT let the gentleman handle you, he would not stop talking for a half hour, and tried to turn my hair into his personal vision instead of letting me tell him what I wanted.

Overall pretty happy with my haircut, but the woman was very aggressive and kept scratching my neck and combing right over my ear. She got the comb caught in my earring at one point. She also didnt really listen to what I was wanting and kept trying to straighten my hair. I had to explain several times how I wanted my hair done. I also realized that she missed a big piece once she was finished.

We were there when the doors were being unlocked to ensure we were the first to be seen. A mother and 2 girls came in after, they took them first. The other person working was getting the register ready, meanwhile more people are comming in to buy shampoo and waiting. We walked out after 10 minutes with the lady still counting money and a line growing

When did a trim to “cut the dead’s off” become 5 inches?? I’ve been growing my hair out for 2 years and she literally just set me back a year. I cried all the way home.

Olivia is the best!! So sweet and charismatic. She very attentive and can articulate the style and color to transform what you are wanting done.

I get my hair cut here everytime it needs it and Im never disappointed. The staff is very wonderful and I never have to worry about a bad cut!! The prices are very good as well.

They are very kind here! Janet helped me find the perfect color for my hair today and it looks really great!

I got my hair cut and colored. They didnt come through on coloring my hair..I asked for a dark color and left with same color I came in with. They didnt even style hair afterwards. Not worth the price I paid for it. 😞😖👎

Great experience for a brow wax, bang trim and flat iron. Hairdresser who I think was the manager was super friendly and kind.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes and neither of the 2 people acknowledged me and my 2 kids. Wont go back and try again.

My hair is very wavy. I had a cut about a month ago. So i didnt notice until about a week after the fact or i would of called and complained. There is a section of my hair that is so uneven and just chopped up. Like a whole section and it is VERY NOTICEABLE. I had the asian lady do it. I will NEVER go there again. I even tipped her, Because i didnt notice it at the time. There is NO WAY she did not notice. I will NEVER EVER go back to that place again. A 3rd grader could of done a better job. I would give them no stars if it would let me.

I asked for just a trim and a few long layers. My hair was in the middle of my back now it’s up to my shoulders. The stylist told me after she messed my hair up she didn’t know how to do layers. She took about 4 inches off. I’m so upset I’ve cried.

The stylist doesnt even rub your scalp when shampooing, just ends of the hair. Didnt take any extra time, or efforts, most stylist will blowdry your hair enough to get some of the water out of it, so you dont leave so cold in the winter time. She was young, & undoubtedly not enough experience. Or just lazy. But this can hurt the business. Will not go back.

Ever since the new stylists have shown up, they never have anopen spot. This is supposed to be a walk in salon and twice Ive been turned away... Two separate days.Ive been coming here for ten years, but no more.

Hope is very good. give her a try her if your looking for a new stylist.She will take care of you .
