I will be returning back to Supercuts in Huntsville Texas. The atmosphere was pleasant. And the hairstyles that cut my hair did a very good job. I walked away very happy. And when I arrived home I looked at my hair again an I was still pleased. Thank you

Worst haircut experience I’ve ever received in my life. I usually cut my own hair. My wife talked me into getting a haircut.. The lady cut me pretty bad behind my right ear with the clippers I felt blood running down my neck and she said you’ll be alright the put liquid bandage on my ear to stop the bleeding. The haircut absolutely was horrible. How hard is it to shave a 3 all over?? Like seriously..... I went home and had to go over it because I had long hairs all over the place. She was super fast and careless. Super non professional business will never go back.

Great haircuts, place is always clean (manager makes sure of this), fantastic staff to supplement the manager. Business seemed to be slow, so if you’re lookin for a place to get in and out this is the one! Definitely recommend!!

Overall did not feel welcome in this establishment after my last visit. Things were said by the older stylist that did not make me comfortable and were disrespectful. Will not be spending my money here anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The haircut that my child received was an absolute disaster!! Unfortunately, I did not attend with him so all I could do was call to voice my opinion about the wreckage they called a haircut. I have attached pictures of just some the patches that were left around his entire head. The manager never once apologized and only offered to fix it. There is no way I would EVER allow anyone in this place to touch his head again. It was truly unprofessional to allow a child to walk out with a haircut like that and then turn around and make it so difficult to get a refund. They can keep the money but I hope no one else makes the mistake of going to these less than amateur stylists.

My haircut was absolutely terrible. Uneven and choppy and all I asked for was a straight cut. Don’t go here.

The lady that cut my hair was very nice. I had been cutting my own hair for years and decided to treat myself when I was walking past this shop. I could have saved myself the $16 bucks. It isnt a very even cut. Not many layers. I guess I should have went to a more upscale salon and paid more to get a better cut.

The general manager tried to keep my last payroll check, but thanks to Texas Workforce Commission she was unable to do so. The general manager appealed but it was a day late! Yet they are still trying to withhold a very small amount. The Texas Workforce Commission will be sending out a demand letter for payment. Its really sad when a company refuses to send your last payroll check of $100, is been three months and still hanging on to the funds. The manager also stated she was going to try to get more money from me!! I guess theyre really hard up! The training they speak of, I loved the trainer but the fact that theres 8 booths to 10 people with broken clippers and mannequin stands, a shortage of necessities makes it a little difficult to learn their technique. Great hair stylist, poor management skills. Look elsewhere. Also, three of the reviews are from the managers.

Horrible my husband an son goes in an gets cuts, then came out an my son had chunks cut out his hair on top and my husbands hair was a absolutely horrific cut. Most likely if they cant fix it we will have to shave his whole head. This is ridiculous and yall should have people that know what they are doing!

Do not, I repeat do not get your haircut at Super Clips. Ive used Sports Clips for almost a year now and the girls there do an amazing job. Every single time I am more pleased than the last. Today I just happened to be shopping at the GNC right next door to super cuts so I decided since I was there I would get my haircut real quick. Or the lady there said shed been doing hair for 35 years and she did a terrible job on my hair absolutely horrible.

Terrible, I told the lady to not cut the top off my hair and she cut it and made it Crooked. I will never go back, if you want a good hair cut don’t go there.
