Needed a last minute haircut.. a hair maybe cut is what I got but probably could have done a better job myself. Had to touch up spots when I got home for not being even or random longer hairs sticking out every where.

The girl who cut my hair was very sweet, but I don’t think she really knew what she was doing. I asked for curtain bangs (which is listed as a service available on their website) and I ended up with very long, straight bangs (not even really straight). I’ve never been done wrong here, but after this I’m not likely to return. As I said, the girl was very nice, but the haircut was not good.

Online check in is fantastic. They have to do. (basically) dry cuts because of covid. I felt like i got a bit of an attitude because my hair is curly and I didnt want it to not be cut right. The lady who cut my hair was very nice I realized how i was acting and i apologized. She said she understood and proceeded to cut my hair quickly and it looks really good.I wish i remembered her name but Im sure she is professional with everyone with whom she works. Plus the other lady was nice and helpful too.Good job!!!

They should change their sign to say appoint only walk ins not served twice I have tried to get a hair cut only to be left waiting while on line customer were served and not knowing how long I would have to wait I left without service . I will goSomewhere else I have always used this store but Im done.

Bri and Jamie always do an amazing job! Everyone is very friendly and with the online check in, I can always get in and out. I get my haircut every 10 days or so, being a short style and I come here every time. My most recent experience was a bit off, when I got there I was greeted by a very rude woman. I figured she was new and having a bad day, but when I asked my stylist who she was, it turns out it was the Regional Manager visiting. I was blown away that the Regional Manager, Erica, could have gotten her position with her terrible attitude. Good thing she doesnt visit often and it doesnt rub off on the staff, because they are all ALWAYS incredible. Im glad it wasnt my first visit, because I probably wouldnt go back...but Ill just keep my fingers crossed that I wont happen to visit during one of her visits in the future. Great haircut, great price and excellent service everytime!

Okay. Kendra is on fire. She can cut your hair to perfection. She has the skills and patience to give you a great cut and its always a wonderful experience for me. She deserves a tip as much as a haircut costs, if not more. Cristina is also a great stylist and does a great job. When you go to Great Clips request them to cut your hair.

No matter which location I visit, Great Clips has my haircut preference on file. Sports Clips doesnt do this. Breanna at the Whitesburg location, ask for her. She will make you FLY...

Walked in around 7pm and got my hair cut right away by T. She did a great job, was friendly, and made sure I was satisfied the whole way through. And they happened to be having a special so it even cost less than expected. But even at full price this is a great place for a haircut.

My son has been getting his haircut at this Great Clips location for years and we have always had great experiences! Its usually always a different stylist but they are all good! Always quick friendly service. Normally no waiting even without using the Great Clips app.

I have Fibromyalgia and I use Great Clips all the time after I take my shower to get my hair washed as holding my arms to wash my hair is very painful for me. And Great Clips only charges $6 to wash my hair. I had a doctors appointment in Huntsville and so instead of going to the Great Clips in Madison that I usually use, I went to this one in Huntsville. I checked in online like I usually do and when I got there I asked for my hair wash like usual. After she washed my hair she asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair, I didnt think anything about saying yes because the stylists in Madison always ask me and I say yes. They blow dry my hair until its dry so I dont walk out with a wet head. And only charge me for the hair wash. When I was done here and got to the register to pay the total was $21. I asked why it was so much she said it was $6 for the washing my hair and $15 for the blow dry. I was shocked. Needless to say I will be not be going back to this Great Clips!

I love this place!!! You can actually check in on line and it lets you know about how long until you are up for your haircut. The lady who cuts our hair is named Melody and she does an supurb job. I recommend her and Great Clips to everyone. So so so satisfied!!! 😀😀😀😀

This was my first time going to Great Clips . I was very pleased with my haircut and the stylist that cut my hair was very nice and professional. I am a very satisfied customer and will return for a second time. And the price made it even better! I have had bad haircuts before and paid a lot more money for them!!!!!

I have come to this Great Clips location more than ten times, and only once or twice have I been satisfied with my haircut. I come in with the same instructions every single time. I want the hair off the eyebrows, off the ears, but the rest left long (less than 1/2 an inch cut off) and be careful of my double crown. (If you cut it too short my hair will stick up.)Almost every time I walk out of there, more than an inch has been cut off, my hair is sticking straight up in the back, and I look like a complete idiot. The staff is apparently completely oblivious to what the customer says they want and follows whatever stupid number they have in their computer system. They apparently have me as a number 8, and every time I tell them to leave it at least half an inch or more longer than last time. THAT THE #8 IS NOT CORRECT. And yet, they seem to cut it shorter and shorter every time.This last visit was the absolute last straw. I will NEVER return to a Great Clips location anywhere and will tell everyone I know to avoid going here at all costs. Ive been infuriated far too many times.

This is the best hair salon they havent Huntsville Alabama on Airport Road they treat you professionally the one thats in Walmart on University Drive 72 West they treat me to so mean and hateful to cut my hair wrong and want to get married van I think thats just hard I think her name was Tina or Tracy the place on Airport Road she did a good job I give this place six stars

I have been a fairly loyal customer of this haircut factory for the past few years. The vast majority of the stylists in this shop are hair butchers. There is only one that I would consider visiting again, but she was not in during my most recent victimization. The only thing this place has going for it is the occasional discount. Unfortunately, it winds up costing double when you have to go to a real barber for a correction.To be fair, I did not go back to Great Clips and ask for a touchup/buzz after this latest violation. I have returned previously after a chop job, but the employee seemed annoyed with my return, and then I had to painstakingly explain why I was dissatisfied. If I wanted to hold the stylists hand to ensure a presentable haircut, I would have cut my hair myself. A professional would have immediately realized that I looked like Lloyd Christmas without having to ask what was wrong. My co-workers certainly noticed, I would think that a trained stylist would too.Having visited a half dozen time, I can confidently say I have never received a good haircut at this location. The best I have ever managed here is mediocre, but that was only once. The biggest problem is that the stylists lack even the slightest attention to detail. Uneven sideburns, poorly blended sides, blocked neck when tapered was requested, crooked bangs, crooked and mismatched lines above the ear, and this is just a summary of the issues resulting from my last two visits. I have finally had enough, Great Clips has lost my business. I dont know where Ill go next, but it wont be here.

Ive always had good experiences at this location. Trying a new salon or stylist is always hard but I always feel connected and satisfied with my experience and they always check to make sure you like the look.

Took my 1 year old here for his very first hair cut. He hates his hair to be touched and was thrashing around and throwing a fit. his stylist was so great with him and his hair still came out amazing even with his fit. Give this place a 10/10 I 100% will be back.

I specifically asked for 4 inches on the top of my head and she wasnt paying attention and cut three. I also asked for the sides to be cut short but no skin showing but she screwed that up too. I will never go to a great clips again.

I just got my second haircut at Great Clips in Huntsville. The first one was a couple of months ago had a few problems. But the last one, cut by a stylist named Symone, was PERFECT. I wear my hair in a bob with a sharply angled cut in back. She nailed that and all other aspects of my cut. I have paid much more money for a cut this good. I will be returning and asking for Symone.

I seldom ever get a hair cut but I do get a shampoo & blow-dry (and the occasional beard trim) often and this place gives me the best deals with quality service, only complaint is trying to get a person you can get every time but with changing schedules and employee turnover I guess that is to be expected with these great prices.
