Tasha at Cuts by Us on south parkway is amazing she has taken good care of mine and my daughters hair for like 8 years now. We have really curly hair and Tasha does a great job making our hair look beautiful!

Ms. sue has cut my hair two times now and has done amazing both times, she was super kind and respectful the whole time. When I sit down she asks me what im wanting and she makes sure we are both on the same page. while cutting my hair she is gentle but makes sure she gets it cut properly, and I was able to keep my mask on with her while getting my haircut ( which was something I was worried about ). Both times I was happy with the haircut and havent had a single complaint. I will come back here every time I need a haircut just because of her.

My favorite person is kat she is not only a great hair stylist but nice rl friend she is a wonderful person she is very hard to get an appointment with because shes so good she doesnt work that much so its really hard to get an appointment with her but I understand she has a family and she has other things going on

My hair looks great after being straightened. They did a great job on my long naturally curly hair. Plus, I just had back surgery and the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Its the only place I get my hair cut for 10 years or more, the staff is very friendly and all do great work in a timely fashion. Todays visit was a little slower than usual, but these are unusual times. They did a great job sanitizing for everyones safety. I wont go anywhere else for a haircut.

I have been coming to the south parkway location for a couple of years now. I love that I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and ask what service I need done. The wait is never long unless they are busy and then they tell me how long the wait will be and I am written down for that time. I have never left unhappy with my hair. The staff is awesome. Great location and price.

Crystal did a very good job on my wifes hair doing exactly what she needed done.

I went here by recommendation of a friend - bad mistake. I have had sort haircuts before that looked amazing. I even brought in a picture of myself from the last time I got my hair cut short. But going here, this time my hair is butchered beyond help. It isnt evenly cut. Some spots are way too long and other too short to the point there is no styling. It wont style no matter how many different ways I tried. I cried for a week. I had to spend more money on a hot wig in the Alabama heat. Trust me, avoid this place.

I love this salon! Leslie is always so friendly and she is a MASTER at making my hair look great. After I had surgery, she and Tasha were very accommodating with helping me sit up and with moving to the shampoo station, etc. I would definitely recommend this Cut By Us to everyone. I think they really care about the customer and that they make them happy.

Took the 14 year old boy to get a trim today. His hair now looks like it did when he cut it himself when he was in 1st grade. I can’t even begin to describe how his hair looks. Like a combination of part Larry and part Moe maybe. It’s horrible. Currently driving somewhere else to get it fixed. Last time we’ll ever go there!

I worked with Melody for years she is an amazing woman and hairstylist, my grandmother goes to her for her perms and loves her hair, loves how Melody is sweet and gentle..... I wouldnt want anyone else doing my grandmothers hair.

Showed up at 8:55 so I could get in and out real quick. Which was 5 minutes before they opened. Didnt open until 9:05. Three hair stylist show up, along with 3 other people. Two had appointments, and went back immediately, which was appropriate. Instead of being able to get my hair trimmed, which takes all of 5 minutes, the 3rd stylist took the person that showed up last. 45 minutes later, that person leaves, and instead of taking me, she said she didnt have time and took an appointment that was booked for 10 oclock.This place is a joke. If you dont have an appointment, theyll let you wait until you leave. They wont actually tell you that they cant get to you.

I went to have my hair washed and styled and they di a great job!

Poor quality and chatty hairstylists who talk rudely to all clients.

This place had good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. The staff was nice. However, my hair stylist kept going back and forth to assist other customers while interrupting my own cut. She came back and said we were finished. I went home and realized that she hadnt fully taperded my haircut, leaving the top long and sides short, with no work down in between. 😕 I dont plan on going back.

Went here with my daughter to get our hair cut, we both ended up with butchered short hair, mine grows back quickly, but it took my daughter years to grow hers out and now it is so short! Never ask for layers they think that means a lot of short layers instead of one blended one, our hair has natural wave, so now we both look like shirley temple, they were told not to take off any length and the woman took 5 inches off of my daughters hair, and would not stop cutting it even when my daughter insisted it was too short, horrible experience, will never go back!!!I am going to buy a pair of hair cutting shears and cut myself from now on, at least I dont butcher it!!!
